Its ok breakfast decent but unfortunately they allow smoking in the rooms so if you end up on the same floor or next to a smoker all your clothes will smell of smoke. Have this in mind when you book we were not aware of this and thought that in 2022 this would not be accepted.

When we first came to the hotel and checked in Saturday 11th 2023, we got our room, but he did not brief os with the check out time or when breakfast started and ended. I know it’s common knowledge to know, but usually it differs a little from hotel to hotel. We didn’t even get to know what floor our room was at. When we got to our room, the bed wasn’t even made, the pillows was on the floor in each corner. We called the reception and got a new room, I know it probably wasn’t his fault, but usually they apologise, but he didn’t, we didn’t really feel hospitality at the start. I will though say that other than that it was a nice stay, food was great and when we checked out the other receptionist was kind and was very friendly

Harassed by police outside the hotel while checking because “uk left EU so we have a right to stop & check details “ those were the exact words by police. Hotel staff watched us be harassed never intervened, very sad that I paid money to be made to feel like a criminal.

Amazing location, close to everything yet very quiet and directly at the sea. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is great if you arrive by train. Great breakfast with a lot of variety.

Comfortable room, hotel is very central. Service was friendly and great. Breakfast was very good with many, many options. Frontdesk helped with every question I had. Good Wifi in the room. Shower was also very comfortable. Had a good stay and would recommend the hotel. Will book it next time again.

We had a very good experience here! We had to stay with our cats between moving apartments and they allowed us to stay in our room a bit longer with them while we were waiting to get the keys for our new place. We found this to be really amazing service, and they were generally very kind and helpful! Västra Hamnen is also an awesome place in Malmö and the room etc was nice. The WIFI in our room wasn't too strong, which would be the only "negative" thing to say!

Safe location comes first when choosing hotel i Malmö. Ikea standard style hotel room, but no refrigerator in the room, it provides really good breakfast. Hotel at nice location before travelling to CPH.

Upon check-in, they gave a room with separate beds, which did not at all correspond to what I booked! When asked to change the room, she said that there were no rooms with a large bed, I asked if someone would come and connect the bed and put the topper on top, in response, I heard from the girl from the reception: Im alone here and no one to come and do it? Seriously? 4 star hotel?? and she gave us a room for the disabled, which I didn’t like at all, but there was no choice, I arrived late and was tired. As a apology no drinks were offered ,nothing ... big minus and unpleasant memories ... I can praise the breakfast and the staff there, brought food and clean tables on time and quickly. Can't recommend and won't be back.

Nice breakfest, fine Rooms, 20mins walking to the city Center. You can walk through the pretty park so its fine. Reception guy was kind of rude but I still give 5 stars

Rooms are small but extremely clean. The bathroom looked functional like a hospital. There was only one English speaking TV channel and no news channel. The air conditioner was either defect or too weak, it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was good.

I will start with the stuffy non-air-conditioned rooms and bathrooms without ventilation. On the upper floors you could smell sewage in the bathroom. Cleanliness and room service I thought it was good until the 2nd day I discovered spots of old blood on the bed sheets. Breakfast is terrible, coffee drama... Italians for such a coffee would make a row 😂 Definitely I will not stay thare again.

Nice location, cozy and spacious rooms, kind and welcoming staff. Exceptional breakfast with lots of options. The place also cares about sustainability, so bonus points for that. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious, clean, with good beds and a big bathroom. Generous breakfast choices. Plus, the location near the seashore is fantastic and it has a parking lot right beneath.

Great hotel for that value! I'm glad they have bicycles, which you can rent and ride around the city. Very friendly stuff at the reception, glad to see it.

This is a lovely modern hotel and our room was very clean containing everything needed for an overnight stay. BUT the receptionist’s manner when checking in at approximately 5.30pm left a lot to be desired and the service did not improve later in the evening. We arrived back at the hotel at 10.55pm and asked another young receptionist if we could have some more English tea bags. Yes she replied , go and help yourself over there pointing vaguely to a far corner of the room We found a wooden box containing lots of different types of teabags but alas no English ones. I went back over to her and told her the situation and she asked if I was sure- I replied that two of us had checked. She then conferred with 2 other male colleagues who suggested perhaps try in the cafe then decided that only housekeeping had access to the tea bags. Just to confirm all of these staff were hanging around and were obviously not busy. Perhaps it’s a training issue? - it’s a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential.

Value for money. However, they charge extra for car parking! The receptionist was more professional at night in comparison with day one. The room lacks some accessories. The food was good.

Very convenient hotel for visit to Copenhagen and Malmo. Near local bus lines and places to eat/drink. Staff on reception were great. Had two restful nights sleep due to quiet location. Room was of good quality with nice rainfall shower in bathroom.

It's such a gorgeous hotel! It's not glam fancy but it's functional and neat. Super comfortable and very spacious too. The receptionist, Tan (apologies if the spelling is wrong), was super warm and welcoming. Our room was on the 7th floor and had a nice sea view. We had a small fridge and a cute tea point available. There were bathrobes and slippers for use too. I'll recommend for sure and make it my go-to for my next visit to Malmo/Copenhagen.

Terrible hotel to stay in. They served coffee in broken cups. Breakfast was empty, and I hardly had anything to eat. Eggs were out, and they didn’t have another dish to replace that absence. The big man at the front desk was not helpful and suggested underground parking, which cost us 200+ SEK overnight, whereas there was other parking nearby, which was much cheaper. Overall, it's not a good hotel to stay in! DO NOT BOOK!

Room was smelling of sweat and air conditioning was very weak/not working. I feel they have never steam cleaned any rooms, when you travel you only come to room in night and when you don’t have decent night time sleep, it’s hard to get on your next day travel. There were no tissues and general items like shower caps and no fridge.

Lovely hotel, great welcoming and helpful staff, strategic location. The no. 3 bus will bring you directly from the Malmo Central Station across from the hotel. Maxi supermarket and several restaurants lies across the road, the World Trade Centre is next door, the Malmo Museum is a 10 min walk away. The seafront is also another 15 mins or so walk from the hotel.

My stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in Malmö was a refreshing experience, marked by meticulous cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. Nestled in a standard double room, the provision of complimentary coffee and tea, alongside the capability to synchronize my phone with the TV, enhanced the convenience of my stay. The bed, a cocoon of softness, ensured restful nights. While the hotel boasts a gym, my itinerary did not permit its exploration. The morning meal, a significant aspect of any hotel stay, was tasty, albeit with a limited selection. The absence of an espresso machine was noted, with only filter coffee available - a minor hiccup for those who cherish a robust morning brew. Positioned conveniently, a brisk 15-minute walk from the central train station and a mere 20 minutes from Malmö's allurements, the hotel's location was more than satisfactory. The efficiency of service at Park Inn by Radisson Malmö was evident during check-in and check-out - smooth, swift, and hassle-free. Additionally, the provision of complimentary luggage storage and reception-area coffee was a thoughtful gesture. When it comes to pricing, the balance struck between cost and comfort was fair. The hotel’s design exudes a contemporary charm, contributing to the overall pleasing ambiance. Suggestions for enhancement include diversifying the breakfast options and the addition of an espresso machine. In conclusion, Park Inn by Radisson Malmö stands as a commendable choice for travelers seeking a blend of modern comfort and efficient service in the heart of Malmö.

this Hotel has an average of 4.1, so what i dont understand with that is who gives this place a 5? this is defenetly not a 5 star hotel, and maybe even not a 4, im giving it a 3. The rooms are ok, a bit cold designed. The whole hotel is very cold, doesnt have any cozy atmosphere. The place of the hotel is a bit off the main city center, no near places to drink or so.

  • 4/5 Daria K. 2 years ago on Google
Perfect beds, perfect linens - as usual in Radisson hotels, very clean rooms, comfortable bathroom and an iron in each room, excellent breakfast. Strange fact is that there is no refrigerator in a room number, but every room is equipped with a cattle. The only one negative part in my feedback concerns the bar in the lobby. It’s not immediately clear that this bar has nothing to do with the hotel. And barman spoils everything with his rudeness even towards hotel visitors

Perfect location, super well equipped rooms - with small water kettle and some hot tea and coffee. Superb breakfast.

The hotel is clean and comfy but it was cold in the room so we pleaded for a heater at the reception. Breakfast is very tasty. The hotel is quite far from the city centre.

Not to be recommended as the rooms are NOT warm enough. I heard both neighbors coughing all night. Could not sleep and had to put my clothes on during night. So unfortunate. They should increase the price if they are concerned with heating cost. Would have preffered to pay those 10 euros extra to have extra night sleep ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The best thing was that it was quiet, usually I can't sleep in hotels because of the noise. Breakfast was mediocre. Everything was fine. I received email from you. Rating was changed. Thank you.

More 3+ than 3- for us. We travelled two people and a puppy and chose this hotel because it was dog-friendly, spending two nights there. Rooms were good, though they lacked a place for our dog to sleep, so we had to improvise. The next day, they had helped make it much better, so that was a very pleasant. Cleaning was very good, although a dirty towel on the floor was missed one day. Restaurant was a disappointment, particularly for me. There were few options for anything resembling regular bread at breakfast. It's possible that it was worse for us as we ate fairly late, but it was like this two days in a row. One of the evenings, I ordered food from the restaurant as well and expressed very clearly that I didn't want anything added. I took it to my room and learned it wasn't edible, as they had added something I didn't like in spite of my request to avoid adding anything extra. My wife could use the food, but it put me in a difficult situation with regards to getting proper food that evening. The area around the hotel was clearly being developed and there were limited options for eating and even fewer places of interest to visit without a long walk. Overall a fairly good experience, though there's definitely room for improvement in some areas.

Hotel was Ok. Air con in the room was completely ineffective, like being coughed at by a mouse. One of our party sat at the bar and had two members of staff tell him how awful they thought the team of skateboarders staying at the hotel were. That was our party. Big fail. Didn’t feel welcome there. Would not recommend on this alone. Only redeeming feature was the breakfast. Staff need an attitude adjustment.

Had a pleasant stay here over the weekend, and I can definitely say I recommend this place. Me and two friends stayed in a family room. The hotel workers were nice, polite and accommodative to our needs. Our room was on the 7th floor and the air definitely felt a bit warm and humid, however the window in the room was big and easily opened so it wasn't too big of a problem. They also had a cool ice machine on the floor. I was hoping for a bigger variety of foods in the breakfast section, pancakes were missing, but their crossiants were lovely. The TV felt slow at times, but other than that everything reached our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Inn. The staff were exceptional with answering questions and help in general. The Rooms were good. Although I would have liked a fridge. The view from our room we loved. Re the location, it was a 20 minute easy walk to Central station and other great locations nearby. There are many restaurants nearby and grocery shops across the road.

Everything was great! Very nice rooms, amazing personal and only 20 minutes from central station. The only minus was the internet.

We stayed only one night. We have a little baby and asked for a crib prior and we found one in our room but it was not so clean also expected more from the facilities but they were average, for our opinion not a 4 star facilities. Room had no slippers. We were on 4 floor and wifi wasn’t working well. In general it was clean.. Staff on the other hand was fantastic and super helpful. Morning was buffet and had a lot of different foods which were tasty. We also rented bikes for 15€ per day and enjoyed the city.

  • 3/5 Brendan H. 1 year ago on Google
Just OK; Clean, comfortable, functional. Location in nice area with lots of access to waterfront. A short way out of the main city centre if that is where you need to be. Breakfast could be better balanced with more fruit and less over-cooked, factory farmed bacon, etc. The bar is pretty average and overprived (but bars are already expensive in Sweden).

  • 2/5 Alexander M. 1 year ago on Google
Hello All, outside is plus 25-27 degrees and you can imagine that in room easily can be 30 plus...air conditioning doesn't work at all. I got as solving solution - air fan...for 120 euro per night....no comments. Additionaly: dust in waste bin was not cleaned, and look like personal forgot to replace some accessories...tooth set was in bin without replacement in bathroom. I will not recommend to stay here.

Good location if you want to go for a swim on the beach. In my opinion, it’s a bit expensive for the hotel facilities. The breakfast hasn’t got many options for vegetarian people, and the wi-fi connection is not so good.

The hotel is in a very green area close to the see. Our room was big and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly to their guests: humans and also dogs. 7 stars for you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
