Perfect place for a weekend getaway, right next to the central station, so if you plan to visit copenhagen, this hotel is a place to stay. They have breakfast, nothing too fancy it would be nice if they served breakfast a bit warmer than usual due to the temperature in the breakfast area. The other thing I can say is if it was possible to change temperature for heating system. At some point, the room felt a bit cold.

Scandalous !! I've experienced overbooked planes but never overbooked hotels! 10 people without a room. 1h30 waiting time at reception with a faulty computer system. Manager not on the phone. I had to share my room with a colleague. No apologies from staff. To be avoided

The lobby and common areas are quite nice, however the rooms are very small and offer only the basics. There is no mini fridge, closet, or iron. And oh my god the worst beds I've ever slept on. A little 2 inch mattress topper sitting on the softest box spring in existence. My back has never been more sore after sleeping. For this price point, they should have nicer rooms and proper mattresses. Very overpriced hotel and you will pay for it even more in back pain and restless sleeps.

Long queue at the check-in, but we were able to get access to the room before the check-in time. They have stations for self-service check-ins that are connected to what must be dial-up Internet given the “Searching for your reservation…” latency. A combined reception, bar, food, and snacks counter at the lobby. Decent breakfast, but no pancakes as far as the eyes could see. Clean room and shower.

Great place! Been living here for some weeks now. Atmosphere in lobby is super with friendly Staff. Breakfast and rooms definitely have good standard.

Small rooms but it was nice and quiet and had everything you needed. Nice and modern ambience to the hotel, friendly staff and superb breakfast !

Spacious rooms with pretty good beds, good breakfast (but quite limited for vegans), very nice staff and excellent location when travelling by train.

Want breakfast? Don't book this hotel, it's a total mess. Way to few tables and waiting time is insane. Also nobody is cleaning the tables, so you as a guest have to do that...

We booked the hotel last minute and the price was quite ok. The room was super clean, as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied, we had breakfast for 3 mornings and we were able to eat something new every day. Pancakes, sandwiches, eggs, omelette and all the typical hotel breakfast options. I will surely return whenever I am in Malmo

Hotel is Not Accessible After 12:00 pm. Several People Standing infront a closed door and Nobodys Opens. Luckily some guest Supported us to get in. Victoria the Girl on duty didnt care and ignored the guests around the reception Area. Bad service but Good located. Next Time Not an Option for sure.

Great hotel to stay at if you're in the area. It's right near the Malmö Central station to take a train to the Copenhagen airport. Very easy to walk there. Our room was quite small, but very cozy. Also they have breakfast included which is nice. The workers were very helpful and checked us in and out very quickly.

The hotel was very good, but I want to mention the hard working women receptionist Jessie who welcome very warm and make us feeling very very good hospitality. She is so nice and help us with a lot of things. She deserve to be a MANGER of the hotel. She is the best there . Adelina, Kosovo

Stayed here with my husband overnight before taking the train to Copenhagen airport. Room (especially bathroom) was pretty tight, but it was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good, and the “Barception” (bar and reception) downstairs was a cool concept. Location was perfect for us as it was walking distance to Malmo train station. Would go back again if needing another short overnight stay!

Arrived in july 15th.We booked a double room and arrived with 3 year old child. We are given single room even though we booked double room. The reception did not change our room nor considered the fact that we actually booked for double room. The room is literarily like a box. Two persons cannot stand side by side. Very disappointed with the attitude and reception not helping out even though we came as family.

Everything is ok, but one small remark from me, the lack of possibility to connect the HDMI cable to the TV set is installed where it should ;-)

The hotel is literally visible from the station (that's how close it is) so that is convenient) There were flies all over the breakfast and the coffee area in reception to. The beds move around if you barely touch it and the mattress slips off all the time. Breakfast is nice and has a good selection but the flies were off-putting and the fruit juice was off (so stick to the coffee).

Small & ground floor rooms. If you open the curtain in your hotel room, everyone walking along the hotel can directly view in your hotel room. If you open the windows, everyone could just enter your room. Very strange. Receptionist celebrates himself but not the customer. Long waiting queue at reception but unfortunately no second employee who could compensate his incompetence. Morning buffet is okay but very standard, coffee below average. Would definitely not stay there again.

Very clean. My room quite small but we'll accommodated. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Disregard others reviews about not checking in after midnight. All fine there.

Very close by from the trainstation. Walking distance from the old town and all the sights. Rooms were very clean, restaurant had many options.

Good basic hotel with very comfortable beds & pillows. Everything was very clean. My room was very quiet at night, which I really enjoyed. The light concept in the room was rather dark, yet, the light in the bathroom was unfavorably bright. Friendly, helpful staff. I liked the barception concept and the relaxed open lounge area very much. Breakfast was OK, coffee not my favorite part of the buffet though.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the central station, which made it perfect for me. Checking in is a very simple process that you can do by yourself. The hotel felt very modern and open, the breakfast was great and had a lot on offer. The only negative thing I can say is that the light switch in the bathroom and hair dryer had seen better days, but everything worked just fine. I felt very welcomed here and would definitely return on my next trip to Malmö!

I have never experienced worse customer service. I had to give my laptop for 2500 euro in deposit in order to get access to my hotel which I already had prepaid. Literally the worst hotel in Malmö. The rooms are poorly made and the finish made by craftsmanship is really low standard considering that Sweden is a part of Scandinavian and the European Union. The design and interior are in my opinion not appreciated. Use this review for reflection, please. Kind regards Tandlaegen Engin Okutan,

Location is perfect! Hotel nicely decorated and breakfast is nice. Only issue I had is that the beds are not comfortable.

Awesome hotel, perfect for my teenage daughter! She loved the old-school pinball, the ping pong and "bogan ball". The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of selections for every diet. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Cwntral station is across the street, and you can walk to the canal boat tours. We extended our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Hotel is near the train station. The building and interior is beautiful and attracts a trendy crowd. The rooms are sufficiently large, the bathrooms are super clean, and the beds absolutely comfy. The breakfast is plenty and healthy. The gym is well equipped and located downstairs in a old bunker. Very fancy place, love it!

Good internet, kind staff, clean everything, fast lifts. Good food. Teerible air condition system (cold, always blowing, not regularry cleaned, not possible to turn off or contol temperature, super noisy).

While visiting from Florida I’ve stayed in many beautiful hotels. This establishment is top notch! Clean, friendly and centrally located. Nice places to eat inside the hotel and in the immediate surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable and the shower tub was Excellent! Overall it had style and ambiance! I’d highly recommend staying here while in Sweden! My only gripe was they closed the bars too early for my liking!

Fantastic hotel just next to the station. The rooms are cozy and beds super comfortable, slept like a log. The breakfast is good and honestly you cannot ask for anything better for this price at 1000 SEK per night. Gym in basement and is huge! There is also a lot of games like foozeball and pétanque at the lobby floor. Very authentic old building. Love this Malmo hotel 🏨

Have stayed at 4 other hotels in Malmö and this is my personal favorite. Great location, good clean room with perfect temperature in the summer. We love the lobby area and we found just the right selection at breakfast buffé.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to. I really liked the concept of self check in and out. I came some hours before check in time and got a room without problem. The room was clean and fresh, breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel is unbetable.

  • 2/5 Patrik J. 1 year ago on Google
Unfortunately not really worth the price. The lobby and restaurant has a very youthful, creative and non traditional design. Unfortunately the room did not have that at all. The room and bathroom was extremely small. The bathroom was also far from modern. Not what I would expect at this price range.

I asked for a quieter room, as from the one I initially was given I could hear outside noise and as a very light sleeper this would be a problem. The staff were very helpful and moved me to another room and also asked did I want ear plugs. The breakfast had everything, a very good experience all round.

This place had a wobbly bedding. If you move your other half will move along with you. Besides that the bed was 👏 amazing 👏 slept great and had amazing service! Breakfast was good. Malmo it self.... at night don't go out 😅

THE WORST HOTEL ROOM EVER!!!!! I booked a double room for two people for one night and it was the worst hotel I have ever stay in. It says it have a queen size bed, but it was 140 cm and only one cover the same size. This size is only for one person!!!!!!!! The bed it bends when you sit on. The room is so small that I couldn’t close the door from the bathroom because of my luggage. The window was inside the building and people passing by a corridor could watch you. The noises in the room are very load. I can’t sleep because the bed it bends and I don’t stay in a good position, so I thought i should write a review. Look on Trivago, Kayak or momondo and compare other hotels. You will find better quality for the same price. Thsi is the shi*hotel!

It’s OK….great soft beds ..some nice staff and location…save the 4th star…. BUT….as usually you have to tell breakfaststaff that it’s lots of emty servingplates….and sour milk is not the same as youghurt ! Parking right behind the hotel is great….and easy to pay with several apps…EasyPark etc…. But watchout…..there are lots of diffrent rooms….from large and great to tiny and bad….if you don’t order a Superiorroom you can get a ” cleaining scrub”….More or less… The front desk with it’s ”tired” personell its a very weak part of this hotel…they prefer to sell beer and chat with barguests before welcoming hotel guests….a place for improvements….

The rooms are OK and the breakfast too. Nothing to complain about for accommodation and food. Whats lacking here are additional facilities. There was a gym in the bomb shelter area of the cellar but that was pretty depressing and not somewhere you would want to spend time freely. No sauna either which would have been perfect on a hotel weekend.
