I recently stayed at Quality Hotel the Mill and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue that plagued our stay was the malfunctioning air conditioning system, leaving us in an uncomfortable and stifling room throughout the night. To compound the problem, the windows in our room were sealed shut, preventing any natural ventilation. The lack of fresh air made it difficult to breathe and sleep, resulting in a terrible night for us. We promptly reported the issue to the receptionist, who regretfully informed us that the maintenance staff was unavailable as they were away with their family. Despite our efforts to contact the hotel manager, no one was available to address and resolve the issue. What further disappointed us was discovering that other guests had encountered the same problem with the air conditioning. This suggests a recurring issue within the hotel, causing discomfort for multiple guests. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly, ensuring a better experience for future guests.

Quality hotel The Mill Malmö is located beside one of Malmö's thoroughfares, amiralsgatan. It is about a 20 minute train ride from Copenhagen Airport, CPH or a 50 minute bus ride from Malmö Airport, MMX. The airport bus stops outside the hotel, and it about a 15 minute walk to either the Central station or the Triangeln station. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the shopping area and about the same to Möllevången, which is the restaurant side of town. Whilst the lobby area is a good size it feels enclosed as it is cluttered and there is a walkway through to the bar and restaurant. The breakfast is served on the second floor. There is a small but functional gym on the fourth floor. The rooms are nice and modern with a good working surface with plenty of outlets and the bathrooms are a good size. Given the location, the hotel is well situated for exploring the city or if you are there for business

We stayed two nights and it was rather unplesent as the hotel did not have house keeping. Even after asking for new linen the hotel expected us to change the beds ourselves. I have a hard time understanding why corona would hold any hotel back from cleaning rooms every day, while sure it saves a lot of money on cleaning.

It was a pleasant stay. A very nice hotel with a good location. The staff were very friendly. The room was cosy and clean and breakfast was really good.

The rooms were very small with little basic amenities. The broadband was not working for most of the times. Adjusting the temperature in room AC was not possible. The TV had just 1 boring English channel. The rooms were clean although daily cleaning was optional. They didn't have international adapter for their plugs. The breakfast buffet was great. I would prefer any other hotel for a stay at Malmo.

The USB point was not working and I did not have my UK to Euro adapter to charge my phone 😑 I

Hotel is ok, the staff are really nice, I booked for 5 nights, when I commented regarding the room readiness they offered another room, bathroom products like conditioner or body lotion can be requested in the reception as they’re not in the room by default but the packs aren’t easy to use. Breakfast was good too, see photo!

First time at this hotel in Malmö. It has everything I ask for, great staff, a good bar & bistro, gym in the same buildning and a well-prepared breakfast buffet. The room was clean and fresh.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel was clean and stylish. The room had a practical layout with well-positioned lamps and outlets. The only disappointment was that we booked a room with a double bed and were hoping for one with a single matress. Instead, this was just two single beds squeezed together. However, the bed was super comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet had many options. During our stay in Malmö we saw some other hotels that seemed more special so I'm not sure if I'd book this one again, but I definitely do not regret booking here.

Cosy, calm and clean place. Beds a bit softer but all bedding seems to be new, same as whole bathroom. Staff very nice and helpful. Also the location is great. Breakfasts just the way I love them, so happy to stay!

A nice hotel. 5 minutes walk from the center of Malmo. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are professional and friendly. You can park in the parking garage for a small fee, and the breakfast is delicious and extensive. We'll be back for sure

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and adequate. Only minus regard rooms was poor pillows, too soft and mushy.

Very fresh hotel, friendly staff, only thing I'd say is missing is maybe a small fridge in the room. Otherwise no complaints. Great breakfast.

Girlfriend took me to this hotel and it was very cozy, two big beds, very comfortable. Could also watch TV and YouTube on TV so that's great too

Fabulous hotel. The staff are first class and give such a lovely friendly service. The restaurant food is exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be coming back again soon.

Very basic hotel, rather dark and drab. WiFi did not work properly on my floor, only in reception, which is hugely problematic when you want to sit and plan your journey or work. Breakfast had a huge range of food available which was nice although again a bit dark and drab. Shower in the room was a bit weak, provided shampoo/gel was really bad. Bed wasn't very comfortable, the thin single sized mattress shifted and even slid off at one point (despite being two beds pushed together, they had separate small mattresses and it wouldn't work to sleep across both very easily, separate duvets too) . Staff were very friendly and I can't fault their service and kindness. It's a decent trek from the station too. Overall I would look elsewhere next time, the lack of WiFi was the biggest issue as my phone Internet doesn't seem to work in this country so it's essential. With working WiFi I would maybe push it to 4 stars as it was adequate for the price I paid.

Great hotel with a very convinient location. Easy and smooth check in and check out with the option to store your luggage. We had a room on the 13th floor with the most amazing view over Malmö, Øresund and all the way to Copenhagen. Great morning buffet with lots of choices both hot and cold options.

Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from Malmo Centralstation in a quite area. It is very close to the old town and shopping area. No noise from the streets. Rooms are clean, but small. Ventilation system is modern, so no disturbing noise from it too. Amenities are very basic - soap and shower gel. That’s it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is classical for Nordics hotels. Nothing extraordinary but all usual products are present. So, good hotel from a big chain.

Great hotel, convenient location and good facilities. We stayed in an immaculate and spacious family room with lovely views over the city. Fantastic breakfast with great choice of food and drinks (although some members of the family wanted to dock a star for waffles being apparently restricted to weekends!). Decent bar and nice decor. Friendly and helpful staff at check in.

Great hotel almost in the city centre of Malmö. We had the most beautiful view, our room was located at the 13th floor. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, you don't hear it inside your room. Nice breakfast! During our stay in Sweden we noticed that everywhere you go there are vegan products. Very nice if you are lactose intolerant. Also in this hotel was a special corner with vegan butter, milk, yoghurt and stuff. Nice! And last but not least, the employees were very kind!

The bar part (never tried the hotel as i live in Malmö): + very nice and classy bar environment + cozy sofas + airy design + shuffle board + Polite and friendly personnel, the receptionist especially helpful and happy + Wardrobe and "luggage storage" if you are just passing by for a cooling drink or a snack + Decent drink list + 5 minutes walk to the centre (Gustav Adolf torg) - not the most experienced bartenders (most of the time) if you like coctails and want to order a drink that is not in the "menu". - non comfy bar chairs Overall it's a really nice place and offers A LOT more class than bars in Malmö in general, so it's a favourite in Malmö.

Staff is incredibly sweet and thoughtful! They recommended a crazy good restaurant for us and we've been treated amazingly. The room had a beautiful design and was very cozy. The lobby looks nice as well. Breakfast was rich and delicious 😋 we would recommend to everyone visiting Malmö!

Very cozy and open room for four adults, with one double bed and one ”sofa-bed”, the latter perhaps a little less comfortable. Nice and easy going personnel and a very good breakfast open for three hours. Good price and affordable for students.

Quite Satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It is located In the heart of Malmö and near the town where many restaurants are located. Personal in the restaurant are very welcoming and if you book through Nordic choice hotel and download the app, you will get a voucher of 75kr for every night you stay so don’t forget about the app. You can buy soft drinks, snacks, etc. breakfast was quite ok compared to other restaurants I have visited but still it is ok. Rooms are quite fresh. There is a parking just outside the hotel “DAVIDA” but you can’t pick your car after certain time so instead we parked our car on the street. There are different “taxa” areas for parking. So Google the taxa area for example taxa B and see how much you will need to pay and from what time etc. it can be good to mention that if you are staying for less than 3 nights, then they don’t change your towels. If you want new towels, you will need to ask for new towels, toilet papers, etc at the reception.
