I
recently
stayed
at
Quality
Hotel
the
Mill
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
main
issue
that
plagued
our
stay
was
the
malfunctioning
air
conditioning
system,
leaving
us
in
an
uncomfortable
and
stifling
room
throughout
the
night.
To
compound
the
problem,
the
windows
in
our
room
were
sealed
shut,
preventing
any
natural
ventilation.
The
lack
of
fresh
air
made
it
difficult
to
breathe
and
sleep,
resulting
in
a
terrible
night
for
us.
We
promptly
reported
the
issue
to
the
receptionist,
who
regretfully
informed
us
that
the
maintenance
staff
was
unavailable
as
they
were
away
with
their
family.
Despite
our
efforts
to
contact
the
hotel
manager,
no
one
was
available
to
address
and
resolve
the
issue.
What
further
disappointed
us
was
discovering
that
other
guests
had
encountered
the
same
problem
with
the
air
conditioning.
This
suggests
a
recurring
issue
within
the
hotel,
causing
discomfort
for
multiple
guests.
I
hope
the
management
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
addresses
the
issue
promptly,
ensuring
a
better
experience
for
future
guests.
