This is a beautiful/classic hotel with a lot of history, situated right at the heart of the oldest/most beautiful part of Malmö. It's an affordable hotel, with a very friendly and efficient cleaning crew, the food bar attendants were also very helpful and friendly. I have nothing good (or particularly bad) to add about the reception attendants though... The breakfast buffet is consistently good as well, although it starts early and ends early (because no one cares about night creatures, but that's usual...) As mentioned above, the rooms are clean and organized, but the cheaper options are atrociously badly decorated (Others were told, quoting the staff: "If you want a room decorated with older/classic furniture you have to book an upgraded room" Which is rude, to put mildly. I'll be attaching a photo of the "pineapple-zebra monster table lamp" we found in our room so you can have a better idea of what I mean by bad decoration... (Hell... that's nightmare stuff, and I've seen my fair share of scary things) Another negative side in our room is the bathroom door. The bathroom has two doors: one regular door and a completely unnecessary sliding door right by the side of the bed, and...none of them has a lock! But otherwise the bathroom is organized, clean and spacious, the bathtub was a plus. And as a post scriptum, in case that's something that interests you : Yes, I'm quite sure the hotel has ghosts.

The staff was at the top of cooperation. The hotel is comfortable and clean. My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. Breakfast was prepared for us at night in cans when they knew we would be leaving early in the morning, which was a nice gesture from them. We appreciate it.

An amazing hotel managed my amazing personel . I stayed here for three nights,and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Stayed there twice, +very close to City centre and train station, - but some rooms need restoration and baths should be better

Just bought a Scandic gift card to use for a stay at the hotel. The gift cards states that it can be used at Kramer. Trying to make a reservation online, no dates are available. I am a top tier loyalty programme member, and I called thee speciel phone no in DK and in SE. I called the hotel, and I called SE reservations. Everybody said, that the gift card could not be used at the hotel - that had opted out. But why does it then say on the gift card that the hotel is included. Bad and ignorant Scandic service all the way.

Can't say enough goodness about this iconic hotel. The breakfast was superb, I had to leave early one day and they packed an awesome breakfast for me. Room was exactly as pictured, bed very comfy. It's well located near train station and shopping. Really one of my favorite hotels of all time. Thanks 👍

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. we had a great room. Breakfast was very nice. The only negative I have in mind is that the extra bed was squeaking a lot.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Malmö! Mohammed was extremely helpful in getting me a room even though they where very busy! Rooms are very clean and good for multiple people. Will definitely come back!
