Small but comfortable and clean room. Very cozy and nice. The staff had been spectacular, and the breakfast is excellent. Nice variety of items, I just wish they had Swedish waffles. The adjoining restaurant is also very good, and we had wonderful service there as well. The location also can’t be beat. Highly recommended if staying in Malmö.

The room was really dirty. Stains under the covers. Stains on the floor. The room was super cold no matter how high you put the thermostat. The breakfast was as everything else underwhelming. We had 2 nights booked and had to cancel one night and change the hotel.

Room was nice. Bathtub was clean. Breakfast a bit disappointing for the type of hotel. Lack of electrical outlets in the room.

During the European Brassband Championships we stayed with our Brassband for some nights at the Elite Plaza. Apart from the very convenient location for our stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful, considering especially since we had many instruments to take care of!

It's an old hotel in a great location, which has access to the old town, park and areas of interests and restaurants. It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Staff were courteous and polite, and the hotel has sufficient staff taking care of our needs.

Great location. Staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, and charming. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. My only small complaint is that the shower was in the bath where my personal preference would be just a shower unit. Breakfast was available daily from 7.30 to 11am with a plentiful selection of options. The produce was topped up constantly by their efficient staff. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location in centre, comfortable rooms with a bit older furnishment, but very clean. you can benefit from gym and sauna. The lobby and associated common space newly designed, liked it very much. Breakfast very good. You can visit authentic whisky bar, great drinks, snack food. Very welcoming and professional staff.

Spacious, clean, polite, honest breakfast, good hot water pressure, high value for money. Close to Malmo C station and shopping center. Very satisfied!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially in what came to figuring out the easiest way to load and unload our car in the middle of busy Malmö before moving it to a nearby garage. Our room which faced the enclosed interior yard was quite clean, cozy and quiet, one minor issue was that the main portion had no ceiling light by design so "mood lighting" with wall and standing lamps was the only option. Facilities like the gym and sauna were good, ditto for the hotel breakfast, even if nothing fancy but I've seen worse in nominally better hotels. The hotel's wifi worked alright for me including light video streaming. And the location was top-notch since it was easy to head out for a quick food run or shopping with plenty of options nearby, or take public transport further!

Needs renovation. Hairdryer and heating the room were broken, bed and Mattress old and uncomfortable.

We had a full day workshop and meeting there and we were very packed in the room. The room was spacious but the sound proofing wasn't too good. It was a lot of noise, from outside (the garbage truck), inside (we could hear the flushing from upstairs) and next door conference room (we could hear them talk but not make out what was being said). There was also not enough electric socket for everyone (i had to ask for a power extension). The food and fika service throughout the day was great though. Very good quality food/snacks and service.

Good place to stay but only 22 parking spaces, book parking as soon as you book room. They have a restaurant downstairs, food is nothing wow but closes late.

Never have i experienced such uncaring, lousy and bad service ever. The receptionist was rude, had so much attitude and was completely unwilling to even try and help me or understand my wishes. I felt so confused and embarrassed after speaking with her. I just wanted to go home. I will never come back here, and i absolutely do not recommend this hotel for staying in beautiful malmo.

Centrally located hotel near a small park. The staff was always very polite and smiling. The room is not big but clean. The breakfast room feels like cafeteria but the buffet was nice.

Nice hotel. Rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Hotel was quiet, in a nice location close to many, many shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly, breakfast was very plentiful with many options. The Bishops Arms pub had a great beer selection. Highly recommended from a relatively well travelled British and American family.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly (they gave us two umbrellas for us to take a walk under the rain) and accommodate your requests. Also the adjacent pub serves a nice selection of English-themed food. All in all, a good place to stay while in Malmö !

Great hotel! We stayed here for 7 days to explore Malmö and its surroundings. The location is excellent and very central. Everything you need can be found nearby and you easily get around by renting a bicycle or electric scooter. The service was great, the breakfast was ok but nothing special. Rooms are cleaned every day if you wish and are quite spacious. Beds are comfy. We never had any problems with anything during our long stay here. They also have a pub with standard pub menu for food and plenty of different beers. Mini bar, bath tube, TV, hairdryer available. Also toothbrush etc available on request. Would definitely come back here.

Off the bat I just want to say that this is the most amazing hotel I have ever visited with the most amazing and caring staff there could be. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with so much kindness and joy from the reception team. Our room was stunning with a great view, clean, spacious and all the amenities. Would recommend!

Location ok close to the center of the City. Hotel very quiet. Breakfast ok for the category. Did not test the Gym.

The service was nice - central position. Unfortunately, we booked a deluxe room, on the booking the picture displayed a bathtub - all the deluxe rooms only have a shower... fyi

The staff was very nice and helpful. No complaints there. Good location and good design of the place. However, the room ventilation was really poor and it made the room very warm at night. Opening the window was not really an option as our room was giving directly onto the corridor. The night manager offered us to sleep in another room but we didn't want to move as we were half asleep, so he provided us with a fan. The room cleanliness was okay at best, quite dusty, the shower head was dirty and the shower had grime in the corners. The bed was extremely bouncy. The breakfast was fine, quite classic continental breakfast.
