I
will
try
to
be
as
fair
as
possible
in
my
review
and
from
my
experience.
Firstly,
the
positives:
-
reception
staff
is
very
kind,
helpful
and
friendly
:-)...
-
parking
in
the
underground
garage
across
the
hotel
provides
comfort
and
security
for
your
car
at
a
convenient
price
:-)...
-
it's
indeed
very
family
friendly
and
I
was
even
provided
with
a
cot
for
my
7
month
kid
:-)...
Now
the
negatives:
-
the
toilet
and
showers
were
not
clean
as
per
standard
you
would
expect
from
a
3-star
rated
hotel.
I
had
to
request
a
change
of
room
because
of
this.
-
when
I
was
relocated
to
another
room,
the
bathroom
ventilation
was
not
good.
I
again
had
to
request
a
change
of
room
to
a
room
were
the
air
flow
to
the
ventilation
was
better
controlled
-
sadly
telephone
service
was
non-functional
in
all
the
rooms
I
went.
This
is
really
bad
considering
I
was
in
the
ninth
floor
and
to
contact
the
reception
for
basic
service
required
that
I
always
had
to
go
down
using
the
elevator
:-(...
-
the
final
room
I
settled
in,
one
of
the
lamp
lights
next
to
bed
was
not
working
:-(...
-
Although
parking
was
accessible
,
it
could
be
improved
with
nice
direction
signs
that
include
the
logo/name
of
the
Hotel
itself
for
emphasis
and
specificity
-
I
found
it
really
difficult
to
get
consistency
in
the
card
reading
of
the
door
access
cards
and
one
had
to
swipe
a
couple
of
times
using
the
card
in
it's
right
orientation
to
gain
access
to
the
room
:-(....
My
overall
impressions
and
opinion:
In
the
current
state
I
would
not
give
the
hotel
a
good
recommendation
even
though
perhaps
one
can
agure
that
you
can
not
expect
much
based
on
the
price
per
night
that
was
paid.
However,
the
hotel
has
potential
to
improve
but
one
likely
reason
to
explain
my
low
rating
on
it
and
it's
many
negatives
is
that
it
seems
to
be
understaffed.
I
don't
know
why
but
maybe
it
could
be
an
effect
of
the
Covid-19
pandemic
and
maybe
things
can
improve
once
things
are
a
bit
normal
and
they
can
hire
more
staff
to
help
out.
However,
standards
on
cleanliness
and
basic
services
should
not
deteriote
if
the
hotel
is
to
maintain
it's
integrity
and
hospitality
service.
That
being
said,
the
reception
staff
were
awesome
in
their
handling
of
clients
and
matters.
If
it
wasn't
for
their
friendly
and
helpful
attitude,
we
would
have
booked
elsewhere.
