Really good location to have a base in Malmö. The rooms are totally fine for the price and the location. The staff is very friendly. Also I still don't understand why the bath lights also turn on lights in the room itself?!? Oh and the seagulls can be a little loud.. bring some earplugs.

It is well worth the fairly low price. Rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast and dinner-buffet are of high quality and the location is very convenient. Even though from the outside it looks like an ordinary flat, but I think the reception and dining area have been renovated quite recently as it was very modern and new. Would definitely recommend visiting.

I will try to be as fair as possible in my review and from my experience. Firstly, the positives: - reception staff is very kind, helpful and friendly :-)... - parking in the underground garage across the hotel provides comfort and security for your car at a convenient price :-)... - it's indeed very family friendly and I was even provided with a cot for my 7 month kid :-)... Now the negatives: - the toilet and showers were not clean as per standard you would expect from a 3-star rated hotel. I had to request a change of room because of this. - when I was relocated to another room, the bathroom ventilation was not good. I again had to request a change of room to a room were the air flow to the ventilation was better controlled - sadly telephone service was non-functional in all the rooms I went. This is really bad considering I was in the ninth floor and to contact the reception for basic service required that I always had to go down using the elevator :-(... - the final room I settled in, one of the lamp lights next to bed was not working :-(... - Although parking was accessible , it could be improved with nice direction signs that include the logo/name of the Hotel itself for emphasis and specificity - I found it really difficult to get consistency in the card reading of the door access cards and one had to swipe a couple of times using the card in it's right orientation to gain access to the room :-(.... My overall impressions and opinion: In the current state I would not give the hotel a good recommendation even though perhaps one can agure that you can not expect much based on the price per night that was paid. However, the hotel has potential to improve but one likely reason to explain my low rating on it and it's many negatives is that it seems to be understaffed. I don't know why but maybe it could be an effect of the Covid-19 pandemic and maybe things can improve once things are a bit normal and they can hire more staff to help out. However, standards on cleanliness and basic services should not deteriote if the hotel is to maintain it's integrity and hospitality service. That being said, the reception staff were awesome in their handling of clients and matters. If it wasn't for their friendly and helpful attitude, we would have booked elsewhere. ;-)

This hotel has potential regarding the rooms and cleaning. But first was unsure where the entrance were... it looked like the back side, a staffentrance. But at night it lit up and looked more welcoming. I got a room change the first thing after check in. The receptionists were very kind, polite and processional. Hand soap was missing in both of the rooms I had. And in the shower cabins there were hard water stains on the floor (easily removed in ecofriendly ways). In the first room the table had not been wiped down, and there was some sort of stain on the wall. The armchair was also dirty. As a person working in the same branch, I have the eye for this and can see faults quickly... The room didn't have complimentary coffee and tea, no shoe horn and the safety box was out of order. The carpet in the corridor was filled with quite many stains and had a lot of dirt on it. So over all, I didn't get the feeling that the hotel was clean. The breakfast was very basic. Some pancakes, 2 sorts of yoghurt, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs and croissants. I didn't get what the "plus" in the name was all for? Oh! They had bike rentals for 85 SEK for 24 h including helmet! Very nice bikes!

It's fine if you are not too picky and just need a place to stay. The rooms are neither very nice nor is the price fair for the rooms provided. You are also not given things you might expect to get from other hotels like a toothbrush, toothpase, shaving equipment etc.

Great hotel, the receptionist are super nice. Rooms quite big, gym and wash machine available to use. It is located10 min walk from a beautiful park. I recommend it!

Stayed there for a night. It was pretty nice but very warm in the middle of summer. Comfortable. Breakfast was O.K.

The service was excellent, as it was not possible to get a parking spot outside, and was instead given a spot in the garage without having to pay the full price. Furthermore, the staff was able to answer any questions we had. The beds were very light and therefore easy to push around every time one turned around in the bed, which left a big gap between the heading and the wall, and between the two beds. Furthermore, the cleaning was not satisfying. There were stains on the walls, holes in the bedsheet, and dirt on the floor. The location was nice, as the public transport options were close to the hotel and easy to use. The breakfast was good with a big selection.

Good value for money hotel to sleep For a night. Good organic tea. It was pretty quiet even with an open window. Please improve: Gluten free bread was moldy and the new one was cold. There is no toaster to warm it.

A bit outside of centrum. But nice and clean. Just weird that my room was not clean one day!

The hotel is perfectly located in relation to the nearby sports facilities. The soccer stadium, ice arena and Baltiskahallen are all within walking distance. The hotel is a bit older in some places. However, the rooms are perfectly fine. The breakfast area is a bit cramped, so there can sometimes be long queues at the buffet. The bar area could be a bit bigger. I was not able to test the gym and sauna. The WiFi is excellent.

Stayed at Good Morning Hotel for the 2nd time during a all Women American Football Tournament. Great hotel with amazing service! Staff will do anything to help you out. Room is clean, beds are good (maybe better pillows, but we brought our own). Breakfast is good and location is great. Just 5 min from a good supermarket and 10 min with a taxi to the center. Would absolutely recommend it! See you next year!

For the second time we booked for out sports team, 40+ participants. The service of this hotel is incredible; earlie check-in, late check-out, no question is to much. The Rooms and Breakfast are pretty good.

We booked a room for two nights and had to leave shortly after booking. It’s pretty rundown and dusty. If you have asthma I wouldn’t advise you to stay here. It smells like a thrift shop. This seems like more of a place for students or people who like to rough it. It’s out of the city center as well, not much within walking distance. It’s not even really that much of a budget price, so I see no benefits for staying here when you can have something much nicer for a little more in the city center. I probably won’t get a refund but it wasn’t worth staying.

Is not worth the money. The breakfast buffet that was served was from yesterday's. Tasteless buffet. Dirty cutlery!!! The towel that was in the room had a red pin on it. There was only a small pillow lying in the bed, by which I mean small

Breakfast was amazing - various options to pick from. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Location is good considering there's a bus station to city center just a short walk. All in all it was good I just wish they had slippers in the room :) Bonus points for bunnies being in the park just behind hotel 🐇

Where should i start...... Going up to my room i got stuck in the lift, 2 very small uncomfortable pillows, no plug next to the bed, sauna offered, men and women seperate and they domt mention you have to turn it on yourself and then wait 20 min. The price was higher than on trip advisor and booking. com. The last straw was coming back to the room after discovering the mens sauna does not work and the key cards do not work. We actually asked for a refund and left . Never evet again. The least they could have done was offered to turn the sauna on and tell you in 20 min its ready. Stay far away

Good location for business travellers, free internet that is around 30mb/s, nearby motorway for good transport links. Rooms are clean & OK, but are a little dark in evening and basic. Outside of main city centre which is a bit far away to walk but there are plenty of amenities nearby and city centre is a short scooter or bike ride away. For a place to lay your head, it does the job.

The rooms are cold and the towels smelled of sushi. Our sheets were not changed andits far away from town. For the price i do not recommend.

Was placed here by another hotel after they messed up a room booking. This hotel is below average. The bathroom was unclean - hair in the shower drain and mould on the shower grout. Bed was fine - paper thin walls so you hear the guests next door very easily. Very limited services - not even a hair dryer in the room. No room safe. Extremely basic. Avoid for business travel.

It's my first time in Sweden and in Mälmo especially, and this hotel is amazing, - even better, than I expected 😀

We spent a night at the hotel on our way back from holiday. The rooms are pleasant and friendly, the beds are comfortable - at least they were for us. The highlight of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel building is perhaps not to everyone's taste (somehow reminiscents of Scandinavian modernism). We found the fees for the parking deck a bit too high. However, we will definitely be back the next time we are in Malmö!

The room was clean, reception was friendly even late at night. Bathroom was clean and a lot of room. There is not much luxury but is not necessary for us for just sleeping. Point of improvement: the light is a bit dark in the bathroom which makes doing make up a bit hard. Tip: add a mirror in the main room close to the window or a mirror light

I slept in an icy room, talked to 4 different receptionists, nothing happened, dirty towels in the bathroom, the tv doesn't works, door keys doesn't works it was an awful to nights
