This was simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was really spacious immaculate and a pleasure to be in. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Fantastic value for money and amazing breakfast!! Will definitely go again. Well done to everyone who works there.

Not a bad hotel when in an emergency... but the mould in the bathroom was DISGUSTING! I suffer from alergys ... and the room temp was tooo much you can not turn the dam thing off ! 9th floor ... Why is there no fridges working .... as you can see they have been blocked from customers using them ! Covit was a talmud israle scam and it's over now ! Mass GENOCIDE via fake vacines made in israle and talmud pharma

Visiting only for one night and very positively surprised! Very much a dog friendly hotel, we got a special room with all prepared for our dog (bed, bowls and stacks) as well the restaurant was dog friendly and our little friend got some snacks as well. Food was as well a nice surprise, very fresh and well cooked. Thanks !

I really loved the view from my room, unfortunately I was so tired from traveling I didn’t check out the gym nor the bar but my friends told me the bar is really nice. The breakfast is good, they offer much more options than many other hotels in other countries. Swedish standards are really good and I thoroughly enjoyed Malmo and my stay in Sweden. Will come back! Tack!!!

The location is great it is just next to the mall and in front of it there is a pedestrian street full of nice restaurants , coffee shops and shopping shops. It is near to everything almost. Our room was at 19th floor , so the view is marvelous . It is full city landscape view 🤩. The breakfast is Swedish , there is all kind of food: lactofree, vigan, gluten free… you have all options. They provides free bike 🚲 you can use it to discover the area. It is bike friendly. Ps: if you need to clean your room you have to ask for it 24h ahead.

Everything was great. Perfectly located in central Malmö. Shopping, food and subway nearby. Staff was great and welcoming. A bit pricey but well worth it. As an extra positive there is a glass elevator that goes all the way up offering an amazing view of the city!

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Large selection at breakfast but crowded. Rooms are nice but nothing special. The views over Malmö are nice and the sauna + gym on 20th are good.

It is the perfect place to visit the city. Confortable, modern and well located. A good choice!

Traveling with 4 people, we booked a family room. ➕ Parking below the hotel (€€ parking garage) ➕ Modern lobby, restaurant ➕ Tasteful breakfast ➕ Price/ quality ratio is good ➕ Gym with a view ➖ Outdated room ➖ Bathroom needs replacement ➖ Large hotel, so busy elevators

Quite old and dated room compared to other Scandics I have visited. Bathroom was not properly cleaned, sticky floor. Staff was not helpful when I wanted help getting the bathroom cleaned at the reception desk. "I don't have time to help you with that, Try and talk with someone at the bar." I ended up cleaning the bathroom floor myself with a towel after waiting an hour. :( Asked for proper coffee in the lobby the day after and was told in a rude manner that there are bags with coffee in the rooms instead. Every other Scandic Hotel I have visited has offered me to get a cup of coffee and bring to the room.

Ask for a room in high floors ( at least 16) for an amazing view. People working are great, breakfast is good, placement rules at breakfast change from one day to another.

Nice place with a great view - you can see a whole Malmö even Öresund, Malmö Torso, churches and so on.. The hotel is very quite and calm.

Back home a few hours ago , after 4 nights staying there. Excellent views from the 18th floor, room was as expected and comfy, no fault there. Staff - great - easy to check in and out, bar staff, great. Maybe turn the AC up a bit, I had it full blast in my room , and still needed two duvets, small minor issue. Excellent location , I had many walks every morning around the city. Train station 5 minutes away. Buses every few minutes, just down the road also. (literally 5 minutes walk and you went too far). Sooo, easy to get to, fly into Copenhagen , get a train , and walk less than 5 minutes ... Will I go back ? ohh yeah .... already looking

Great service, good rooms, and good location. Its a little far from the train station but otherwise it's close to most things you'll need or want to do. It's also next to Triangeln station, from where you can take the train, bus, or one of the extra long"Malmö Expressen" buses.

Good rooms and friendly staff. Check-in is a disaster. No self-check-in, no waiting management. Everyone stands in the way and pushes ahead. Unfortunately there is no system that a number can be drawn. Toilets are locked and cannot be opened even with a guest card. Because the guests checked out too late before, I had to wait. Unfortunately, no information came when it was free. When it was after 3pm, the check-in was completely crowded. I already knew my room number and the ID was already on file. All I needed was the card to open the door. Still, I had to wait an hour. I don't know why I didn't just get the room cards beforehand. The room number was set, everything was clarified and in front of me endless organizational stuff was worked out with other guests. The staff itself was friendly, the room was nice too, but as a result the check-in ruined the stay.

For a hotel of this size, I was expecting the gym to be decent, but no, same standard Scandic gym and no place to do my training because it was full. The receipt I would like to receive it on my email without asking every time for it. As I booked a superior room, I was expecting to have body lotions in the bathroom like the other Scandic superior room, but unfortunately, I didn't find it here. The location is great, friendly staff, cold room, decent room size, same breakfast as any other Scandic, imagine staying 60 nights at Scandic and eating same food even if you have a variety to choose from, this make me think as a pro member to try other locations just to eat something else. Overall, I would say that it's a great value for the money.

The hotel is a little worn down, but if you get a room at the top of the building views can be fantastic. Beds in superior rooms are not superior. The breakfast situation is a nightmare: a too small space to accommodate all the guests , a poorly designed restaurant where everybody has to queue for coffee in one corner, and the food selection is limited - especially in terms of vegetables - with little focus on local specialities and low quality of ingredients.

It was so nice to feel welcome with kids. The rooms are not very modern but well kept and there was everything we needed. Nice and clean! Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Would visit again.

One of the best hotels in Malmö. Great location next to Triangeln train station, which is right between the cool Möllan area and the more posh pedestrian area. Newly renovated lobby restaurant and bar, and an amazing view from the superior rooms on the highest floors. Super friendly and professional staff!

Nice and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff all the way around the hotel. But that should be special price for guest parking under the hotel

A big hotel with 20 floors. The rooms are fine standard and with nice view from the higher floors. There is also a gym at the highest floor with great views. Many rooms although not all have very unpractical small small sink. Practical location at the city center but still easy to arrive with car, there is a big garage under, the hotel 150 SEK/nigh, with elevator straight to the lobby and also some street side parking near by.

Can't judge the rooms and hotel staff, but the bar, location and meeting room are great as a venue for the english comedy night.

sadly was a bit cold during the night, there are 2 bed sheets not one big for the couple, also no bathing wrap for the sauna???? the breakfast times also should be booked, eventhough the pandemic restrictions are over.

Great hotel, great location but your cornflakes let you down badly. Serve Kellogs and not a wannabe Kellogs. Oh and the scrambled eggs were not very good. Otherwise breakfast was great.

The hotel location is very good, quite central and close to shopping mall. I would NOT rank this hotel as a four star, the rooms are very basic, they don’t have mini bar/fridge in the rooms. They don’t have safe box in all rooms. The showers are old, slippery and tabs are kind of broken (hard to adjust the temperature). It’s also hard to find an activity or playing area for kids… i suppose the hotel is not planned for families with kids. On positive side, the breakfast is really good with a lot of options that works for those with food allergies. Parking garage is available in the same building with an additional cost. Even though the hotel is located by the main road, we at 10th floor could hardly hear the noise or get disturb.
