Well its located in Malmö, Sweden 20 minutes by walk from Malmö central station. The hotel staff was very helpful & welcoming, room was clean & tidy, charging doc was not near by bed so you have to keep away your phone while charging & in the bathroom there was some smell. Breakfast was also delicious & you can eat whatever you want, you can borrow umbrella in rainy weather which is free of cost, so many cafe bars & restaurants also available near by, shopping outlets also near by. I would recommend this hotel for sure

Nice inexpensive hotel. Average breakfast (only one cheese and one French cheese, horri le meat). Car parking paid extra, very tight parking spots. Super nice and helpful staff. Very clean, spacious rooms.

This is a dated hotel (with real keys), relatively centrally located. The reception was neither unfriendly nor friendly and there was really no need to interact with the staff there. Only Swedish channels on the TV. Electric outlets were put at floor level, which made it difficult to connect to computers etc. at desk level without an extension cord. No mini-fridge in room. Water pressure of the shower was disappointing though it was OK from the tap at the sink. The shower was not cleaned properly (see attached picture). Large variety of food at breakfast, including warm options. Variety did not mean quality however, e.g. tinned mushroom and ‘orange juice’ that was more like orange-coloured liquid. Low value for money for a single room.

It's located about 5 minutes walk from the historic centre in a calm street, everything is available on foot. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was really good with a great variety and I also liked the inner rooftop terrasse. Just one problem: no fridge in the room.

Cozy and clean room with towels, shampo, fridge. Breakfast is really good, lot of different food from eggs (scrambled, cooked), vaffla, salami and lot of cereals. Coffee and tea you can get 24/7 for free. Location is 10-15 from main square.

A very good hotel in terms of location, right next to centrum you can just walk. Rooms are smaller than what one can expect. Although they were clean. The breakfast is usual. Staff is friendly and nice. There is parking just out on the road but you have to make it in time.

The bed and pillows are soft and comfy. The staff are friendly and the hotel is located right in the city with a reasonable price. That's where the list of good points stops for this hotel. The hotel is really old and needs renovation. The hotel door look like prison doors (they even close with a loud booming effect like the movies) and have deep scatches. There are holes in the wall with bigger ones being covered up with plastic boards. The smoke detector is wrapped with many layers of tape presumably prevent it from falling into pieces. The hotel room is also very dark and doesn't feature any air conditioning. You'll need to open the Windows if you like some fresh air or to cool the room. Worst of all the walls are very hollow ensuring that you can hear your neighbors conversation as well as those in the next few rooms nearby.

I stayed for 2 nights for a fair price as it is located in the city centre so plenty to see, visit and enjoy within 30 minute walking time. The personnel was kind and helpful, there is an elevator, my single room was big and spotless clean, the bathroom spacious and included breakfast extensive. One star deduction for the lack of small jars to put the butter and marmelade in, the 2nd floor corridor could use more than one art piece on its wall (the 1st floor was hung full), give the room doors some vibrant colors instead of light grey and the corridor feels less like a jail block, in the room the ambiance of being a formerly theater lacked, the furniture was quite outdated and some utilities for making tea and coffee would also be a welcome addition. Summarizing for me, next time I want to stay in the centre of Malmö, I would spend some more money on a more modern hotel. But for low budget travellers this is the best you can get locationwise.

Really good "budget" hotel. No frills, but very clean, superb friendly staff and convenient for some of the hidden gems of Malmö and also train to Copenhagen. Would go back here anytime...Great value for money.

The staff was unwelcoming and not helpful. They did not understand our clear instructions we had given them. I wasn’t even able to order room services and they never fully explained the reasons why.

Interesting hotel placed in old theatre building. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Bathtub is a big plus after long busy day. Breakfast is very good. Best place you can get in this price.

Really disappointing that the hotel does not recycle given the amount of waste it produces. In a city like Malmö where recycling is so easy it’s inexcusable.
