I
recently
had
the
opportunity
to
stay
at
this
Hotel
and
I
have
mixed
feelings
about
my
experience.
While
there
were
some
positive
aspects,
there
were
several
notable
shortcomings
that
left
me
disappointed.
Let's
start
with
the
room
amenities.
I
was
surprised
to
find
that
the
room
lacked
basic
amenities
such
as
a
boiler
and
coffee-making
facilities.
As
a
traveler
who
relies
on
a
hot
cup
of
coffee
in
the
morning,
this
was
a
significant
inconvenience.
It
would
have
been
nice
to
have
these
essentials
readily
available
in
the
room,
as
it
is
a
standard
expectation
in
most
hotels.
On
a
brighter
note,
the
breakfast
offered
at
the
Hotel
was
quite
good.
There
was
a
decent
variety
of
options,
and
the
quality
of
the
food
was
satisfactory.
The
breakfast
staff
was
attentive
and
friendly,
which
added
to
the
positive
experience.
However,
the
price
of
the
hotel
did
not
match
the
value
provided.
Considering
the
lack
of
amenities
in
the
room
and
the
overall
experience,
I
found
the
price
to
be
unreasonably
high.
It's
important
for
hotels
to
strike
a
balance
between
cost
and
quality,
and
unfortunately
this
Hotel
fell
short
in
this
regard.
Furthermore,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
lack
of
kindness
displayed
by
the
hotel
manager.
I
encountered
a
few
issues
during
my
stay,
and
when
I
approached
the
manager
for
assistance,
their
attitude
was
indifferent
and
unwelcoming.
This
lack
of
empathy
and
professionalism
dampened
my
overall
impression
of
the
hotel
and
made
me
feel
unimportant
as
a
guest.
In
conclusion,
my
experience
at
this
Hotel
was
a
mixed
bag.
While
the
breakfast
was
enjoyable
and
the
staff
at
the
restaurant
were
courteous,
the
lack
of
amenities
in
the
room,
the
high
price
for
what
was
provided,
and
the
disappointing
behavior
of
the
hotel
manager
were
major
drawbacks.
If
these
issues
were
addressed,
the
Hotel
could
significantly
improve
the
guest
experience
and
justify
its
pricing.
