Inviting, inclusive, really good at exercise classes, good PT's and a place that is both a gym, a community, a cafe, does treatments and is in the same premises as a couple of naprapats. In today's situation, also very affordable with newly renovated (2023) changing rooms with sauna. Well worth at least one visit!
