Five stars because both at checkin and at checkout the receptionists were very helpful - they helped us with preparing for our early ferry journey (the hotel shares a side entrance with the digital checkin kiosk) and in the morning, gave us a breakfast bag because the ferry left that early. The room was very clean and comfortable and dinner was delicious (we were lucky to experience the dinner entertainment). A great base for discovering Trelleborg and for travelling on. THANKS

Perfect place to stay if you’re taking the ferry. Ferry check in is in the same building so it is incredibly convenient. Dinner and breakfast are provided and are of good quality. Rooms are big enough and very clean. Shower is a bit odd but typical of Scandinavia. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues taking touring bicycle to rooms and they even offer an outdoor (fenced in) parking area for a small charge. Would absolutely stay here again without a second thought. Also check out the beautiful murals in the atrium!

Location was awesome , you can see the ocean right behind the hotel and if you get the room on that side you can see the ocean from room. Overall everything was good including food and hospitability

Siisti hotelli ihan sataman vieressä. Laivojen saapumista ja lähtöä oli mielenkiintoista seurata. Aamupala oli ihan perus hyvä, ei niin hyvä ja runsas kuin muissa Clarion hotelleissa missä olen yöpynyt. Aamupuuroa jäin kaipaamaan. Huoneessa oli kirja kaikista Trelleborgissa sijaitsevista julkisista taideteoksista. Se oli todella mielenkiintoinen opus näin taiteen ystävälle.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, close to the ferry terminal.

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht ok. Die Lage direkt am Fährhafen ist zwar praktisch doch nicht besonders schön. Negativ war, dass durch eine defekte Tür jeder Zugang zu einer Etage Hotelzimmer hatte. Es gibt die Zimmer nur mit Halbpension. Leider war das Abendessen erbärmlich. In jedem Landschulheim wäre das Fleischwurstragout über die Theke geflogen. Das beste an der Brokkolisuppe waren die Croutons. Zugute halten muss man jedoch, das für früh Abreisende ein gutes Frühstückspaket zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Preis-Leistung ist wirklich top. Für uns als Familie ideal, nach der mehrstündigen Fährfahrt. Abendessen und Frühstück war im Preis mit enthalten und hat uns allen geschmeckt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

I am just disappointed in the room view. Owning a dog, the room available was not among the ones with better views, despite paying a quite pricey fare for the pet supplement. Just a shame really, which made me unhappy, being forced to spend an expensive night out. Location is handy, if you're travelling by ferry and the food was ok. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Stayed there from 22 tto 24 juli 2022. The room was fine and quiet. Breakfast was fine as the other stays at your hotels in Sweden. But...I am sad to say on the 2nd evening at dinner we found a small catepillar in 1 salad with beetroot and feta...we told 1 of the personel this and gave him the plate first he was like he couldnt see the little worm until it moved...then he just said "thank you"? After 10 minutes he came to our table and tried to explain it was "normal" with insects in a salad? We didnt see anybody taking the salad dish away from the buffet so nobody else would get the same problem...and also nobody offered us a compensation, like a sorry and a glas of wine .I am a member at your hotelgroup and would appreciate some kind of thank you or maybe compensation by some points....I am not sure that the health authorities would have liked finding a worm in the food....best regards Elsebeth

I give 5 stars because: Customer Service, Location to board ferry at 7:30 AM (check in at 6:30) is in the same building, Room is comfortable, clean and the wi-fi is fast. Also they include an evening meal and breakfast in the price of the room. The breakfast starts early enough that I made the 6:30 check in.

Great place to stay if you are taking the ferry the next day. The offices and check in for the ferries are literally in the same building. The breakfast was very good and included in the room cost. The rooms had air conditioning which is rare in this part of Europe.

Very polite staff. Rooms in good conditions. Clean. Diner and breakfast included. Next time i will stay in the same hotel.

Arrived Sunday evening. Staff excellent. Advised on getting Covid test and on take away breakfasts for early next morning ferry. Would recommend!

Nice and clean hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful! Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in superior rooms, so we were downgraded to a standard room. No big deal, but it would be better to mention this on the website. We had high expectations of the superior room, so we were a bit disappointed (even though we understand the situation of course!).

Had dropin breakfast, cost 150kr which is a bit much as there are cheaper alternatives in trelleborg. Other than that a nice selection of food w crispy bacon

Booked this hotel via Clarion booking tele directly for my family including a boy and his extra bed. At check in, despite I showed the receptionist that the booking confirmation is for all 3 of us, she insisted to charge me 350 SEK more for extra bed. Later j called the booking number and the agent told me he will talk to the receptionist. after a while, the Booking agent told me that it is clarified that the receptionist was wrong. Anyways, I have to talk to her manager at 0800 to somehow get my refund. But my boat leaves at 0730 so thiseans I have to call again to the hotel manager....... Complicated and time consuming. This was very unpleasant. The room is so basics and breakfast take away box included some pre made sandwich, tasted so bad. So, my overall experience here in this hotel is very negative.....
