- We were promised a pick up in the airport. We were waiting and waiting. Only when I called them, they said that there has been an emergency and we have to come on our own. I believe that they could warn us whenever they learned about this emergency and proacrively reach out - Then we had to wait half an hour m in the empty reception when someone would let us in our room - TV didn't have a signal - Shower didn't have hot water in the morning - Annoying sound from upstairs of people moving non stop their chairs - There was a disorganization in the breakfast. The terrace was not ready for everyone having breakfast at the same time, so 2x we had to come later and wait 30 min 'in a queue' - The owner seems not to follow norms of hygiene. Take care of what you eat there and how it is prepared.

Here someone knows something about hospitality! A small but very fine boutique hotel directly at the shore of the fishing port of Marsaxlokk. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport and (at least in the evenings) there is plenty of car parking in front of the door. Our room was small, but brand new renovated and very clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace is prepared individually and fresh. From here you have a fantastic view over the entire bay and the fishing port. Russell is a hotelier with heart and soul and a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotel, that we have ever been. Fascinating seaview, direct from the balcony, incredible welcome host, a diversity choice pf breakfast, extremely tidy room. We are staying for 7 nights, all the time room is being cleaned. Really top recommendation!

We stayed there for 1 night and it was the best place we've stayed in since the first time we landed in Malta! The customer service was amazing, the owner gave amazing reccommendations and saved us from a tourist scam (which we greatly thank him for). He also made an amazing breakfast which my whole family loved and the views were perfect. We loved it there and if we visit Malta again, we would definately go there again. ☺️

A very nice place directly at the seafront. Our room had a gorgeous view over the harbour (we got an unexpected upgrade). Rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace, once again overlooking the whole bay, was freshly prepared and very good. The staff, especially the owner were super friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and gave some great advice about the area. Super chill atmosphere, would recommend the place to everybody.

Each person has their own perceptions. I had two rooms reserved. Everything was very good. We were met at the airport by the host. Daily cleaning, daily towel change, easy access and a more than adequate breakfast for a person who only drinks coffee in the morning. It is located on the seafront, close to any restaurant.

if i visit Malta next time, ill come here again for sure. best staff, clean room and good vibe village. breakfast is amazing with beautiful sea view. It was unforgettable trip with satisfied room:()

Had 3 nights in La Reggia. It is a beautiful hotel with a nice view of the water. The host is very friendly and provided a delicious breakfast.

Amazing little hotel in a great location and with the best hosts. The breakfast at the terrace watching the sea is a plus! Would totally recommend it!

Extremely friendly staff, great hospitality, very familiar! The view across the harbour from the balcony is deluxe. And: you should definetly enjoy the freshly cooked breakfast on the rooftop terrace!

Greetings from Greece! One of the best accomodations we ever had. Marsaxlokk is a very quiet place (especially after 11:00 PM) and has many places to eat (cheap or expensive) and a nice romantic walk in the harbour. The rooms of the pansion are absolutely clean (daily change of sheets, floor cleaning etc.) with an amazing view. The owners of the pansion are very friendly, helpful and they really try to make you feel comfortable during your stay (they even picked us up from the airport upon request and gave us a lot of information). We had daily breakfast during our 6 day accomodation (3 different kind to choose) and were all fresh and delicious. Thank you very much, if we ever revisit Malta we will stay here again! S.S: One tip to whoever come to Malta on summer: Do not use busses so much, they are very crowded and almost never come on their time. In parallel with the very high temperature, it is a disaster. We strongly suggest downloading Bolt and Uber applications and take taxis if you do not want to rent a car.

Stayed here for 8 days. Wonderful small bed & breakfast. Room is new & clean & cleaned & clean towels & bedding daily. 3 breakfast options offered daily - prepared fresh for you & all are delicious. Russel cannot do more for you, offering help, advice & tips for whatever you have planned, he knows how to run a hotel.

Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff, great comfy room with a large bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast on the rooftop was a pleasant moment as well! We had a very good stay there.

For 4 nights stayed in the La Reggia sea view hotel and it was really great, and a pleasent host, that want to do everyting for you. The rooms where also verry clean and i was most exited about the breakfast, delicious! Thanks for the stay!

We absolutely fell in love with La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse and l'm positive you will too. This is definitely a hidden gem that offers a great blend of quality, comfort, and breathtaking sea views. Run by the fantastic Russel, this boutique guesthouse was the tranquil retreat we so needed. The room was amazing and came equipped with a stunning terrace overlooking the Mediterranean! The leisurely rooftop breakfast we had each morning was the perfect way to wake up, and definitely the cherry on top of the cake! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse for 11 nights and i have to say it was one of the best places i've ever stayed! Rooms with a breathtaking view over Marsaxlokk bay are extremely clean! All equpipped with everything you need during Your stay there like AC, fridge and even the iron! Breakfasts are served on the sun roof freshly made by the owner and are absolutely delicious! But what makes this guesthouse really exceptional is people working there - it is family run Guesthouse and Russell (the owner) will go an extra mile just to make sure you are comfortable and everything is fine! Whole family is extremely friendly and helpful made our stay there outstanding! Highly remommended and i will definitely be back! Thank You

Amazing views, amazing breakfast, amazing location, amazing service, amazing room, would 100% come back. The only minor inconvenience was they changed the codes once without warning us when we went out that day but they were quick to answer the buzzer and tell us the new code

The location is great, right in front of the sea. The owner is exceptional, very polite and fulfilling all requests. Breakfast was also great. Dont miss it.

A beautiful place to stay on the waterfront. The owner and staff are very helpful. The room had a comfortable bed with everything you would need for a good night's rest and stay. The room was very clean along with the rest of the place. Views over the bay are beautiful. You won't be disappointed with breakfast they have full English or continental. You can sit outside on the big roof top and see the view.
