Just
had
a
rather
unpleasant
experience
where
we
were
treated
as
if
we
were
born
yesterday!
We
ordered
our
meals
via
the
electronic
ordering
system
directly
in
front
of
the
service
counter.
We
decided
to
order
flavored
water
for
three
people
to
go
with
our
burgers
and
it
was
R
1.00
extra
per
bottle.
We
paid
via
card
at
the
same
electronic
ordering
platform
and
then
we
waited
for
the
order
to
be
processed,
we
always
check
our
order
and
discovered
that
there
were
no
flavored
waters
that
we
ordered,
but
that
plain
water
was
placed
with
the
burgers.
We
said
okay
no
problem,
but
on
PRINCIPAL
that
R
3.00
needed
to
be
refunded
and
the
staff
said
that
the
plain
water
was
the
same
price
as
the
flavored
water
and
then
proved
it
to
them
wrong
where
the
plain
water
was
no
charge.
They
then
had
the
cheek
to
say
that
as
we
paid
by
card
they
had
no
cash!
My
wife
saw
cash
in
the
counter
till
and
we
then
protested,
after
3
or
so
minutes
they
begrudgingly
paid
us
the
R
3.00.
We
then
called
the
manager
who
explained
that
the
electronic
ordering
system
was
fairly
new
and
that
there
were
some
minor
issues,
to
that
I
said
I
had
no
problem
with
it,
but
had
a
problem
with
them
lying
to
me!
He
said
that
he’d
look
into
it
(he
probably
won’t).
So
just
be
careful
and
rather
order
directly
with
the
cashier
at
the
counter
(old
fashioned
ways
are
sometimes
easier
and
without
complications).
