We always used a hair dryer on Sassi and it took forever . My brother recommended this pet dryer so we decided to try it. It is awesome!! Quiet. Lots of air force. Compact and light weight. Shipped and received in perfect order. Will definitely recommend as a great air dryer.

Great service considering over the Christmas period. Have used the Neem soap conditioner twice on our new pup (rough collie) and works exceptionally well. Her coat feels like silk. As well, here in WA can't get away from ticks in our bush. Neem is a great repellent and will even kill the ticks and repel mosquitoes. Highly recommend, very good value for money.

Purchased the Electric Fence 3km Solar Energiser SKU: 306 in March 2022, a year and 9 months ago. It arrived very promptly with clear instructions and has worked flawlessly on a 100m section of my horse paddock ever since. Great value and recommend this unit. I have just purchased a second identical unit.

The Pet Control HQ blood glucose meter is excellent. It only requires a small blood sample. This ensures that my feline friend is not subjected to unnecessary further torment, in particular since it has become a daily exercise. - Don’t get me wrong, my feline friend is not fond of getting her ears pricked, but it certainly helps that a small blood sample is suffice to get a reading. The use of the BC meter is straight forward and easy.

We bought a remote collar from Pet Control HQ and both the product and the service has been fantastic! It was a bit tricky to pair the remote to the collar to begin with but the live chat was helpful to get that sorted. Then my dog chewed the remote so I needed to buy a new one- this was an easy process through the chat service. Then my dog ran into the ocean with his collar on so we needed a new collar. Fortunately I was able to buy a single collar and the recently replaced remote was able to be paired with the collar. All in all, a great experience with this company.

So far so good. But what instructions are really bad. It’s way too much information and it doesn’t flow well. There is a lot of back and forth. What I would suggest is to have chapters based on the layout, a chapter on dos and donts.

Clippers work extremely well. Shipping to NZ was an okay timeframe and the price was great. Will definitely purchase from Pet Control again.

Once set up, this works exactly as described, easy simple instructions. Love the product, price was great too. I’d advise running the wire through electrical conduit for extra protection of the wire.

From the very beginning, we were impressed by the ease in which our system has been incorporated into our lives. It is truly an awesome product; both of our dogs are secure in the yard, and we have a piece of mind that we weren't expecting. We had an electric issue a few months after installation, but our system alerted us to the issue, and it was resolved easily with the company sending us replacements needed at no cost to us. An absolute lifesaver! We had issues with a neighbours dog who continuously tried to dig under our fence and attack our dogs. Unfortunately they wouldn’t do anything about their dogs and containing them, so we had purchased the control fencing and collars for our dogs just to keep them away from the fence area and hopefully not provoke the other dog into wanting to enter our yard and it has worked an absolute miracle. We have not had a single incident since using this. I love that it has settings way they can get a mild shock a heavy shock or no shock at all, with just a beep warning, which has been perfect, and our dogs already understand the boundaries and they would almost be fine without the collars now.

Ultimately not having success because of our location with interference, no fault of the product .when it come to product return ,Choe made it a seamless process. Can't say enough great things about the prompt customer service. I use a dual collar fence system. Have used it for three years now. Has worked like a charm. I use the dual collar remote system at the dog park, in the field, hunting upland birds. Overall, great system!

I purchased a small (for 3 kilometres) Electric Fence Energiser from Pet Control HQ for an exceptionally good price. It is operated by Solar Energy. Although I have not used it yet, I had been assured by a friend, prior to its purchase, that it is a very good and reliable unit. He has 3 of them and they have been used regularly over a few years and are still working well. I had hardly turned over in bed when I got a note from the local Post Office that it was available for collection. I am very impressed by this firm's prompt attention to my order and the quality of the product and will be buying further items from them in the near future.

Chloe provided excellent customer service & and was very easy to talk with. She answered all of my questions and even answered a few that I hadn't thought of. I have not yet installed the product but I have full confidence that Pet Control HQ will be there for any needed support!

Super easy to order and delivered within a week. The remote has made walking out large puppy enjoyable. Haven't set up the perimeter fence yet because we haven't need to. The remote was all we needed.

I ordered the electric fence on ebay from pet control hq to keep my dog in the yard. It's a great product but unfortunately in my situation it was not suitable for my property I just wanted to thank Chloe for her perfect customer service and follow up product knowledge and information to try and make this work for me.
