From the very first time I played this toy with my kitten the strings were falling off, the worst part my kitten ate them and I couldn’t stop her. Cats eating strings can cause serious complications, this is really irresponsible, selling dangerous low quality toys for $16. Cat parents, please be careful with your toy purchase. Petbarn team please take your unsafe toys down before it harms more cats.

Be careful of what you actually pay at the counter. The Wahl grooming section had labels on each product saying 'Buy one, get one half price'. They didn't have the single prices on them. In smaller writing it said 'Single prices from $16.99'. Took two up to the counter and they said this one is normally $31 and this one is $30. So they aren't $16.99, key word being 'from'. I think it is deceptive and the staff member agreed with me.

Amazing service. The staff were amazing. I was there on 14.01.24, and was served by a lovely man. If someone from Perbarn South Yarra reads this review, please let that lovely young man know that his wonderful service is much appreciated.

Super friendly staff, nice vibe in there. The staff know the regulars and there dogs. Clearly enjoy working there which makes for a great time when I bring my pup in.

I was in yesterday and I spoke to a lovely girl didn't catch her name but she had red hair, I was looking for a product that could help with calming my cat as I'm going away for two nights over Christmas she recommended the feliway diffuser, just wanted to say her service was amazing and she helped price match it for me.

The experience we've had here has been amazing. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Only one small downside is that there is a smaller variety in-in-store as it is a smaller space. Easy fix..order and click and collect!

Can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this Petbarn - from the very first time I shopped there prepping for the arrival of my rescue greyhound, to now being our go-to place for any of my dog’s needs. The staff are so friendly and wonderful that they never mind me popping in because I can’t walk past without Percy poking his head in to be fed a handful of treats. They go above & beyond and every single time we visit is a happy and lovely experience.

Placed a same day delivery with Petbarn South Yarra and they were great! Spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who kept me updated with my order and told me about engraving the pet ID tags. Luna and Eclipse look so cute with their new collars!

Ordered and paid for dog food. $206.00. Delivery guy drove up to my place, did not even unload the pet food, just stood there waiting. Shocking delivery service pet Barn.

Love the team in this store! They’re always so friendly and truly love animals. They’re also really helpful and knowledgeable. I go there now at least once a week and it’s always a nice adventure during lockdown.

Great customer service but desperately needs a wheelchair access. It’s a nightmare for me every time I go as have a big dog and pram. The lack of access is making me consider going elsewhere.
