Super unprofessional!!! I did eyebrow shape in this shop but I got a mix of burn and tear coz my skin was taken off some but still shaggy eyebrows! Plus, there are some cuts like nails prints at my left eye, I think they are caused by threading. Update: Chill out...why are you so MAD abt my bad experience in your store, just coz i refused to delete my comment??? I am the one whose eyelids were burnt and tore, ok? Nobody gonna be 'happy' for getting injuries, especially on face for female!! Well im so happy for not becoming blind from this accident... Just take a look at their feedbacks for other customers' bad experiences, they've been always arguing irrationally and trying to describe the accidents as customers' faults!

I have always worn lashes but Ava Lashes and Brows has been the best. My lashes look very natural with a pop of wow and I am so pleased. I love Love LOVE this place. Been coming here for a few years now because they are the best. Last week I made a specific request for my lashes and I struggled to articulate it. But Chloe knew what I wanted and created for me the best lashes of my life! I am obsessed and Chloe is a pro. Plus I have the best naps when I visit cos she’s so gentle. I have been to other salons but Ava’s is the best. Especially for the price and service you receive. Ava does an amazing job (Ava does my best friends lashes whilst I sit with Chloe), and Tanya always build beautiful brows for me that I get many compliments for. Was really happy with my brows, but when it came to my lash lift they were not lifted in any way they looked like they each had a perm done, was the longest time ive had with a lash lift and had very irritated skin for it sitting so long on my eyelids. After asking to fix them to be more lifted I came home and was still not happy with how much money id spent, lashes going in all different directions, didnt look like a lift ive ever had before. :(

I only found this place by accident and wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore! Ava does beautiful hybrid lashes and they last really long. I love coming here!

I had the amazing lady Chloe do my lashes and I have never been so obsessed with not only the lashes but her amazing service. She made me feel so comfortable and was the kindest soul. I am so excited to come back so she can do my lashes again as I felt like a queen after she did them and the quality of them was incredible.

Would recommend to others, been coming here for over a year now and i always leave happy with my lashes. i tend to get russian volume or hybrids and they are always amazing and generally last for well over a month. it’s a very welcoming and relaxing environment.

From the very beginning the professionalism and quality of service was beyond anything I had encountered before. The staff took every effort to match the look I was after (in this case very thick and long) whilst matching the lashes to my own natural shape. When I opened my eyes I was blown away! They look incredible! The application was so light I actually fell asleep. I can not recommend the business highly enough, well worth the money - they are clearly the best for a reason. Needless to say I will be a returning customer!

I went here to get my lash extensions and brows laminated and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Not only were the girls so sweet and friendly, the jobs they did were amazing. They both listened to exactly what I asked for and as someone who’s quite picky, I was more than happy with how fluffy and perfect my lashes and brows turned out! I went on holiday straight after and my lashes lasted the whole time - couldn’t recommend these guys more!

The ladies here are the best. I have had my lashes done at a couple of other so called 5 star salons but the service just can’t be compared. They are always professional, lovely to chat to and do amazing work. Never itchy, the blooming set lasts for the full 4 weeks before needing an infill and is worth every penny. As long as this place is around, I’m never going to any other salon for lash extensions.
