I am in awe of how amazing Rob did my hair!! It was absolutely horrendous before, I had a very faded out uneven red and previous box dye. Wanted to have a brunette balayage and haircut but I knew it would be quite difficult and I also wanted to try not to damage my hair too much. Rob understood my concerns and also gave me a realistic breakdown of what would be possible. I finally found a hairdresser I click with and had such a positive experience! Finally!! He is such an amazing person and I enjoyed my experience and getting to know him. Thank you so much Rob! I am so happy with my hair :)

I got my ears pierced, and loved the experience. The man who pierced them was so welcoming and made me feel at ease before and after they were done. Lots of helpful information was provided and aftercare tips! Will definitely go back here to get my next ear piercing! (Went on the 11/12/23)

I had a great experience getting my ears pierced. Ben was very professional and put me at ease. Also has a lot of knowledge with hair products. I would definitely go back to Ben for more piercings.

Ben, the piercer, answered and explained all my questions before piercing. He was good at locating the best spot according to my ear anatomy and existing piercings. The shop salespersons were, however, very impolite (especially the one wore bright red lip stick) - her tone and facial expressions were like if you were just to ask questions but not actually purchase any products or services, please go as we were really busy. Some other salespersons were not very much better too.

All the staff at the store are so lovely and Amelia went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She was so friendly and helped me as I had initially bought the wrong version of a product but made sure I was able to swap it for the right one. Such excellent customer service and helped me out so much!

Ben was a legend, good as. He got the centering perfect on my lobe for my first peircing, very precise and delicate. Not too long of a wait and good execution. Highly recommend!!

Antonia was amazing today. So knowledgeable, honest, lovely, and patient. It was Boxing Day and we returned multiple times because my daughter couldn’t decide what she wanted.
