May22 they're down stairs on the ground level now but otherwise the same good food. Still not spicy lol. Update May/21 glad this place has survived covid and still serving great curry. Its a bit lonely in the food court so give them some joy. I really enjoyed the curry. Hot really does mean hot here. Nice flavours except for the rice. I had Lamb Rogan Josh which could have had a little more meat and I had Chicken Madras which was perfect. Loved the chilli in this dish. A bit more meat and nicer rice would have a five.

Decided to check this eatery based on the positive reviews on Google. I had the mixed Thali meal. The Naan was not served separately, but placed above the rice and curries. It was hard to cut it with the soft plastic fork and knife. The curries were average, too liquid.

I have been to this place many times. Excellent quality and value. Would recommend. Beats many of the restaurants on food and definitely on value.

Excellent food, generous serving and at a great price, very happy they've reopened and now even more accessible at the ground floor food court! Highly reccomend this place to anyone that enjoys Indian food, used to come here on my lunch break regularly and it always put a smile on my face I always get the vegetarian dishes and they are excellent!

Fantastic food. Restaurant quality. The staff are lovely the portions are big. I enjoy the butter chicken and the tandoori chicken the best. Food is consistently Hot, fresh, lots of meat and delicious

Pretty much faultless for food court food. The food is great and the serves are large. I took the $15 option - one vegetable dish, one meet one - plus a little raita, salad and naan. It’s fantastic value and very filling. I really enjoyed the yellow Dahl and the lamb korma. Both were well made and had good flavour and spice. I couldn’t quite finish it it was that large. Service from the older lady here was a bit gruff but I’ll forgive it as good courts aren’t much fun, eh

If you're looking for something quick, easy, tasty, that's cheap and decent, this little food court gem is the place to go! At the top level food court of Frankston Bayside shopping centre, this Indian eatery was the only place open when we arrived. Everything else was still under renovation. Lucky we love curry hey! I wasn't expecting much from a food court outlet to be honest, but we were hungry... 😂 When the gentleman behind the counter asked me to choose another curry after I selected my first dish with rice, I was so pleasantly surprised, what a deal I thought! Then on top of 2 curries and a generous serving of saffron rice, he then topped it up with a dollop of yoghurt sauce, and a massive piece of naan bread. Serious bit of eating that's for sure. Both curries were delicious, the rice was cooked nicely, and the naan was soft and just right. All this for under $12 bucks!!! Thanks Little Spice, we will be back again for a good feed! 😁

Great food, service is horrible. I approached two workers, they both looked at each other puzzled and then laughed at me. Then one of them walked away, as he didn’t want to serve me. Wasn’t even greeted with a hello, not even a smile. Disappointed

This is the best food you can get. Slow cooked meats, vegies, delicious sauces, all gluten free. Great service, a very nice chef/owner, much more than you'd expect in a food court, this is a 5* food served for such a reasonable price. You made our day!

I've lived in Frankston for 8 years, I have tried all the indian restaurants as it's my favourite food yet Little Spice in the food court of bayside shopping centre is still my favourite place even after 8 years. The food is the nicest here and as a bonus is cheaper than all the other places around. The staff are great and the owner is very kind.

Chickpea masala and Lamb Rougan Josh with the saffron rice and papadums= *Chef's kiss*. Restaurant quality food for food court prices, you can't find this anywhere any more. Well done to the owners and don't change a thing. You'll always keep people coming back for more!

Vindaloo tasted so bad as if it had to much vinegar in it or the meat was off. Portion has been reduced to almost half

Great array of options for decent prices. My favourite is the potato one, but the chickpea is also very tasty. Mind the spice levels if you’re not super into spicy foods.

Authentic Indian food, however very salty! Far too little yoghurt served with meal, which is a very cheap watered-down addition. Salad of chickpeas and carrots is tasteless. I would recommend Fountain Gate Narre Warren outlet.

A great staple in Frankston food court. Good price point and consistent taste. A few vegan options. Mild to medium spiced curry. I wish the eggplant would be made vegan, it would be still delicious without dairy.

I tried Mix Tali Without Naan $13.50 set. It comes with one meat, one veggie, rice, yogurt and chickpeas salad. I chose special chicken curry (spicy) and eggplant curry and I like both curry. It will be good if chickpeas salad didn’t place in the curry :)

When I purchase on spot in Plaza, fantastic! Best curries ever! But, on purchasing through delivery, found it to be mediocre.

I come a few times a week and the food is always amazing!! I always enjoy it although the staff are so incredibly rude it’s unbelievable. The owner is lovely though.

Worst ever food. The saleswoman behaviour was so bad that she was treating customers as if the customers were asking food for free.

Great Indian food. I had vegetarian curries both times I’ve been here and they were very tasty. Got the veg thali deal which came with two curries, rice, naan (50c extra for garlic naan), raita and a chickpea salad. Great value for $13.50/$14. They also had vegan options.

Food tasted like off meat. Took 2 bites and returned to store. They were very rude and refused to refund

I ordered meat thali for $12.99 and for some reason I was charged $14.99 and $12.99 on my bank account. I think the person who ordered before me didn't have their payment processed properly so I ended up paying for their meal. I tapped my card twice thinking the first time didn't go through but it did. I'm very disappointed that the staff didn't notice that another customer hadn't paid for their meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. Best quality Indian food for lowest prices. My all time favourite is meat thali with “Butter Chicken” and “Chicken Tikka masala”. They also serve rice and that mouth watering “Garlic Naan bread”. Best taste ever. Eat here for fresh and hot food which is served in just a minute. This was the only food court in level 2 which served food throughout the pandemic. Great job guys 👏.

Vindaloo - meat quality zero! Full of fatty clumps and very little actual quality meat. Please explain. I’m coming to get my money back forthwith!

Can highly recommend. Best value for money in the shopping centre food courts. Curries are all delicious, especially the Madras, Dal & Tikka Masala. I come back every week for lunch because the food and owner are so great. My favourite place to eat!!! Thanks for the service.

Really loved the service that we got when my partner and I popped in for a share plate. We grabbed a meat Tahli with a suprise spicy chicken. It was so delicious that I wish I had gotten two servings.

Today I went to the little spice Frankston before and I have waited for more than 20 minutes and they were not preparing my order and then I spoke to a guy called Venky and he replied me really bad. I think he was in stressful mood and he spoke to me with bad words. I was really disappointed about Indians. I always went to Little Spice.🙁.. He is not good for a customer services. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️..
