My stay at the quest Burwood east has been very easy and pleasant. From the get go, Lisa the receptionist was very sweet and enthusiastic which made me feel very welcomed. The rooms were kept very neat and clean which made my short lived stay very enjoyable.

Undoubtedly, this establishment ranks among the most exceptional locales I have had the pleasure of visiting. The overall ambiance exuded a remarkable sense of gratification. Particularly noteworthy was a member of the staff, whose name I believe to be Rea(?). Her demeanor was marked by an extraordinary kindness, as she exuded joy and warmth while attending to our every need and addressing any inquiries with a gracious and welcoming demeanor.

Love this place!! Can’t fault anything. Everyone I come into contact with are friendly and professional The room was clean and comfortable. The little chocolate and welcome card was a great touch. Absolutely well managed!

Had a very pleasant 3 week stay. Spacious, modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic but good gym. Close to a tram line and the delicious Sofia. They don't seem to recycle ♻️ which is disappointing for a major business in 2023.

Having stayed at many Quest Apartments over the years, I believe Quest Burwood to be the best so far. Everything was perfect. The 3 bedroom apartment was immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. The fact that it was Pet Friendly accommodation did not alter the quality and standard expected from Quest Apartments. The sofa had a well fitted protective cover, of which my two dogs quickly took advantage and made themselves comfortable. Knowing the sofa was protected from pet fur allowed me to relax and not have to constantly prevent the dogs from doing what they would normally do at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Quest Burwood. My only complaint is that I did not stay longer. I'm sure that this will be rectified on my next visit. Thank you Quest Burwood. You have a very satisfied guest in me.

My recent hotel stay with my mum at Quest Burwood East was an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel's warm and welcoming ambiance immediately made us feel at home. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process.Big thanks to Rea who was quick to address our concerns. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We would definitely consider returning for future visits to the city.

I stayed in this hotel for a long period of time for 24 days from 25th August to 18th September. Unfortunately I did have more bad experiences than good. Starting with the bed, this is a really poor quality bed. I started having strong back pain after 2 days which last all the rest of the 22 days! it actually passed once we came back home In addition, the cleaning staff does not clean toilets at all, they haven't cleaned the toilet even once in the all 24 days we stayed there. Also, they only change sheets once per week unless you specifically ask them to. they don't vacuum the carpet nor give anything a wipe. Very poor cleaning service. There was an incident with a smoker in the hotel. some person attending an event in the hotel decided to smoke cigarettes inside the lifts room and closely outside it on level 1 where the parking of the hotel is. When I first booked the hotel stay I knew they are published as a "smoke free" hotel and this is was one of the reasons we booked the place. I have made a complaint to the staff, I have received an email saying they have a "strict no smoking policy" but when I asked them to fine the smoker they declined and said "no, we warned him instead", not so so strict policy after all.. On top of all the property manager has zero compassion and understanding for families who has children with disabilities. At one stage I decided to pay with a different account for the stay and so I paid in full with one card. However a few days prior to that I paid with another card the installment price so I had to ask for a refund for that installment since it was all paid for already. They said they refunded it to the second card instead without asking me, they just made the decision because that is what they felt comfortable with at the time. When I called the property manager Alex to clarify this she put me on hold "drying me out" trying to get rid of me so I will give up and hang up. Then following a long conversation with her she agreed to call me the day after to give me an answer which she never did.. style "I will call you" and they never do.. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommended this hotel. There are so many other places who will provide you with an adequate service and a professional one at a lower price so why waste your money and have a negative experience.

The room was so clean and comfortable, no issues at all. Absolutely lovely place to stay. The service was so very good. And all the staff were very friendly and lovely specially Rea who has a very positive attitude. Would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Really enjoyed my stay at Quest Burwood East!! The establishment as a whole was very clean and comfy. I had no issues staying here and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to John/Jhon (I'm not sure which spelling is correct ha-ha). Would definitely go back next time!

Spent 4 months at the Quest and had extremely enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, although it was a bit less accessible for wheelchair access I still managed to comfortably navigate the room. Having access to the well equipped gym was great. I can’t speak highly enough for all the staff, John, Bram, Alisa and everyone else. Their customer service skills were impeccable and made me feel welcome every day. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and friendly place to stay. I’ll miss it…..and the Tim Tams 😊

Absolutely love this Quest hotel in Burwood East.. I’m not sure if it’s just the amazing night time receptionist Alessa ( I hope I got her name correct ) making the entry to this accomodation so fabulous, warm and welcoming with a personal touch that makes this place feel just like home with a 5 star feel.. Or if this Quest is the best accomodation I have stayed in, in my many travels. It’s so good to have such accomodating and friendly staff - including the room cleaners that are actually human toward their guests, rather than just professional and uptight, which is so last century. Plus!!! It’s pet friendly here, my cat and dog have had so much care and accommodating love here, you can’t tell that other animals have been here but you still feel welcome to bring the entire family. There’s great cooking facilities and laundry facilities in the rooms. Modern, chic with a 5 star homely vibe.

We found the size and fit out of rooms to be excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the responsive and helpful staff. Also has very convenient and secure parking arrangements. Definitely intend to stay here again.

We used the conference facilities at Quest and the team was amazing to deal with prior, during and post the sessions. Rea and Mark were so accommodating and worked collaboratively with our team to meet the ever changing needs of each session. Great communication, service and exceeded expectations in every way.

The reception team were absolutely a gem as well, very friendly, super welcoming and very helpful as well (particularly in recommending some hidden gems in Melbourne). Nice, clean and easy access!! March 2023 Rooms were fantastic and very clean and tidy. The one room apartment was very spacious, great amenities, excellent sized fridge and dishwasher. The balcony was great and terrific views. The nursing home across the road provided some colorful entertainment and best coffee is across the road at the restaurant. Car park is used by the gym and random people, be ware of the speed the vehicles traverse the car park in. Staff were very helpful, as with all Quests, we return given their support and the cleanliness of their rooms and price. Also be ware of Burwood Highway at 80kph and Mahoneys Road at 60kph vehicles are unforgiving and will not give way to pedestrians!!

I stayed for a few nights and it was wonderful. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly and the people at the front desk made me feel very welcome!

I do not recommend staying at this property. The room was unclean throughout. I asked the desk to send someone to clean the shower as it had chunks of dirt floating in the corners, it was still unclean when I returned. The floor hadn’t been mopped prior to my arrival, there were 2 stains in 2 separate parts of the rooms of various colours, pillow had a shoe print on it, baseboards were yellowing already (hotel is only less than 3 years old). I have over a decade of experience in this industry and it was very clear to me that Quest Burwood East does not have any procedures in place to protect these rooms against longterm use, let alone basic procedures surrounding how a room is to be cleaned.

Quest Burwood East was an absolute wonderful hotel! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The views were spectacular from the room. It’s right in the middle of everything so it’s easy to walk anywhere. Absolutely lovely place to stay. And all the staff were very friendly, Specially Rea she always asked us what our plan was for the day and how our plans went from the day before. Would Absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Rooms were very dusty around beds! Staff are extremely rude( except one Australian girl with black hair )! The trolley they’ve gave me didn’t even work- then they watched me and whispered rolling there eyes as I struggled (single mum)they have no customer service skills &spoke down to me a!wouldn’t have them as staff ! I left 1st of Dec 23 10am

Exactly what we expected, we had to travel hours for our dog to have surgery and the Burwood East Quest offers a discount for clients of the vet we were seeing, the room was well equipped and very comfortable and very clean, close to everything we needed and very honest, friendly staff, I left my debit card at the front desk and they promptly got it back to me. Thanks again for a perfect place to stay.

Love this pet friendly place. We booked this as part of our work holiday and have been very impressed by the room size, cleanliness, the service. I did a phone booking when our Airbnb cancelled on us and it was difficult looking for pet friendly accommodation. The lady (sorry can’t remember her name) was very understanding and accommodating. Shout out to Jhon who looked after us during our stay. The pups had a lovely time. The hotel/ services apartments is also close to some parks to walk the dogs. There is a Coles supermarket about a 20 mins walk for essentials. We will be back.

Won't stay here again this is the SECOND time I have stayed here where they don't have anyone on reception. On my first stay I had to wait 30mins to just to check in. I completely understand the front desk person are helping other guests up stairs but the reception should never be unmanned especially during peak check in/out times. This isn't fair on the one person that is left to do everything for multiple guests. Reception staff member was lovely and polite. Inconvenience with parking have to park at the gym go check in then drive up to hotel parking. Should be allowed to be buzzed into hotel parking. On the rooms here they are clean and bright, bed is average.

Owner was rude to my friend when she needed help getting back into the room there was no violence at all the owner may say there was but I was on the phone hearing the whole ulceration.... funny how the story changes when he knows his in the wrong as her safe steps workers even knew about the rudeness and nasty behaviour held towards my friend when she ended to get back in there room to her baby but couldn't as the door wouldn't open..... extremely rude owner

Pet friendly place. The team was very responsive and accomodating. Close to The Glen and other shops if you have a car. Very fair price compared to the good quality of the rooms. Burwood Hwy is very busy so can't even cross the road to get to the park by foot. If without a car it can be quite limiting.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very clean and spacious. The staff (Alex, Ash and Kris) we all really helpful and made our stay feel like home. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. If we’re ever back in this part of town, we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay. Apartment building & rooms are very modern and nicely furnished throughout. The room was very spacious, clean, sound-proof and kitchen had everything you need.

Visited for a work training session. Room allocated too small, not enough table space and chairs - would have known how many were going to attend so poor planning

Extremely friendly members of staff and this includes the cleaners here….everyone works so hard to make this a very enjoyable stay for all who come here. It was so amazing to have meet you all and Thank You so very much to everyone for helping my very large family(5 kids) feel at home here for the last 14 months, it truly meant the world to us and we will never forgot any of you or our time spent here at Quest as we have some really great memories from staying here. I would highly recommend ppl stay here above other places of accommodation around as it’s not only close to everything you could possibly want access to including a 24hr coles and Kmart only minutes down the road but you won’t find more nicer, more polite or better staff anywhere else in Melbourne in my opinion. We absolutely loved every second of every minute we spent here 👍🏼😁👍🏼

Due to flood damage to the room we originally finally booked our rooms had to be reassigned - the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated with alternative rooms- thank you to the duty manager and receptionist on duty for ensuring we were comfortable - first class service and kudos to the team 🙏

Dog friendly and has a carpark on site! There's a green space nearby for pet toilet runs, there's a waste bin on the highway side of the property that I used for pet poo disposal. Room was clean, had a small balcony.

The staff went above and beyond putting rose petals trail from the doorway to the bed and on the bed ,also on the bed towels shaped like kissing swans heads shaped in a love heart ♥ 🍫 on the bed and a bottle of sav blanc !! Top class service in every way! Staff went out of their way to make my husband and me feel special as we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The most gorgeous of decorations greeted us as we opened the door to our room! We were blown away by the attention to detail and care we were shown! Our room and all furnishings were immaculately presented. The shower was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Bedding and towels were of the highest quality. All staff were extremely professional in their manner, yet at all times so approachable and friendly. I can not speak more highly of my experience... 5 stars to the Burwood East crew for making our stay better than we could ever have imagined!

Basic simple yet functional rooms. Double glazing to cut out traffic noise would be a plus. Cleaning definitely needs attention. A larger fridge would be good also and an up to date stove. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Bed is comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

When we arrived I was informed that our booking had been cancelled without us receiving any notification and we had to make the booking again. Property not secure and unsafe. Anyone can enter from the street and access the lift to any level. People were sitting and sleeping in hallways, making a lot of noise and arguing and banging and kicking on the doors of guests. The door to the carpark were left open for long periods (hours) adding a further security risk. Carpets, Furniture, Soft Furnishing and Bathroom were stained and dirty. There was loud banging coming from other parts of the Hotel. A terrible experience and I wish I had carefully read all the reviews including those on Tripadvisor before booking. We were offered a discount on a future booking but we will not be back under any circumstances, a refund would have been more appropriate. The property itself would have been and excellent facility when first built but appears to be now neglected and on a downward spiral.

The location of the Hotel is so accessible. The staff are very accommodating. John and Alyssa at the front desk are so helpful and made sure that we had a great stay at the hotel. Had a wonderful experience. Would definitely book again.
