My daughter attends aftercare and School Holiday programs for 3 years now. She gets the best experience and always happy with them. They have a well planned programs and activities. From indoor and outdoor active fun play, educational science experiments, baking, arts and crafts with the unlimited and highly quality resources, the incursion and excursions during school holiday, the highly educated educators and so much more. Thanks a lot. Highly recommended. 👍

I have worked with TheirCare for around a year & a half. All the staff that I have worked with at TheirCare seem so nice and caring. TheirCare is more centred on community than the company. I find that we care more about the staff and children's wellbeing than the company's money or reputation. All this is very much unlike Camp Australia, which is the complete opposite. That's why I left Camp Australia and joined TheirCare. I wouldn't think twice about joining another OSHC company. I rate TheirCare a 4 stars: ☆☆☆☆, because they are excellent, but as we should all know, nothing is perfect. I would definitely recommend it. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at TheirCare. One of my personal mottos is: 'Being your best self, Belonging to the community & becoming the best you can be. Who cares? At TheirCare, we all care. It's where kids love to be in person, be themselves and be their very best.' -Daniella DC. NOTES: -TheirCare is safe, nurturing and engaging. -The activities are fun and tailored to the interests of the children. -The TheirCare services have lots of engaging resources and nice environment. -You receive frequent work a select few or several TheirCare services, near home. -The TheirCare app is easy to use and navigate. -The TheirCare payroll team accurately processed all my payments, unlike Camp Australia that often got them wrong.

Their Care St. Damian centre is the best centre I enrolled into for my little boy. The room sets up with lots of fun activities. All educators in the centre are responsable and friendly. They are running fabulous holiday programs too. Love it!!!

I have nothing but positive feedback from my child. I receive regular communication from the service and carers. I am alerted to anything out of the ordinary at pick up. Food options are nutiritous and activities are enganging and often physical in nature which my child thoroughly enjoys. The carers are wonderful, don't put up with any nonsense and provide a safe and caring environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending TheirCare. Extremely happy with this service.

Every time I pick my kids up. They don' t wanna go home. So the staff are obviously doing a great job. And i like that the staff updates me with what my kids did on the day. Even if it was something my kids cried over. Doing a great job you all at Hampton Park Theircare. Thank you for watching over our kids. Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year🎊🎊🎊

I've had a challenging experience as a parent with TheirCare as our new provider. While the coordinator is fantastic and my girls adore her, the billing and customer service aspects fall short. Given that this is a recent provider change, I'm hopeful that improvements will be made soon. The lack of communication regarding billing, particularly the absence of a heads-up about confirming CCS, is disheartening. 😞

My son loves going to before and after school care at TheirCare. The carer is friendly, helpful & has a great rapport with the kids. Great activities that are age appropriate. My son says the food/snacks are really good to.

I enrolled my three kids into before and after school at John Warby Public School Sydney (where they currently attend) and was so pleased with the service provided by TheirCare, this was evident by the teachers of my two both boys (whom both have Autism) their teachers expressing since attending before and after school their behaviour and attitude towards their work improved positively and they became more interested and involved in many activities which allowed them to socially interact with other children outside of their class. Definitely recommend TheirCare they’ve made booking very convenient online all through their portal log in, and I like the prices much more affordable than other care centres which is great! The carers who work for TheirCare are even more helpful and create a space where it’s safe, fun and inclusive. Very happy with the service and will continue to use it, as the times are very flexible for both before and after. Thank you TheirCare 😁😁

Variable service experience depending on the carers working at each centre (school). Our experience at Ripponlea in particular has been a nightmare - a yelling carer that scares the kids, high volume of kids to carer, inconsistent procedures of letting some kids sign in without parents and insisting others sign in with parents, no positive behaviour reinforcement: focusing on negatives and singling kids out to sit in corners of the room (shame-based reinforcement). Management is responsive to feedback however, they don’t follow through with actions at a site level which is disappointing and doesn’t effect change. We used the service at another school for three years and had a vastly different experience (a positive one). It comes down to the quality of the hired carers and their level of engagement, experience with children, and attitude.

DPS Their Care has been nothing but amazing in the past 2 years of us using their service. They have had long serving team with minimal to no turnover, this means I have a great relationship with the educators when I collect my Son (And a good chat of course, sometimes for quite a while!) but the team know me, my son and my family which is so important 😊 they provide a great program that is always on display for me to look at and the holiday programs are so much fun! Highly recommend Their Care, a great program and support your providing to families in need!

Theircare started at my child’s school this year and have been amazing. The staff are literally the best!! They have amazing holiday programs and experiences for the children to enjoy. I love how they pick my prep up from her class for after school care. It is so nice to know the option of before and after school is available to parents and the children enjoy attending! I pass parents on the way in and often hear comments such as “oh good luck getting your child out of here! Mine didn’t want to leave”. My daughter loves going and never wants to leave. It’s great that my child can socialise with all children from her school that she otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to meet and play with. I find that really comforting during my child’s first year at school as she has made some meaningful connections thanks to theircare.

Extremely disappointing experience. Young workers who appear to have not previously worked with young children. No nurture or care. My daughter has done after school care for 6 years, never had an issue, ‘TheirCare’ have only taken over this year and I have my daughter resisting and in tears having to go for the first time ever. Young carers have no concept that the children have been in a controlled school environment for 6 hours prior, they allow no free play, I walked in to witness one worker screaming at the children. Their communication skills with parents are limited. I am currently looking everywhere and anywhere for alternative care for my daughter after school.

Applied for a position with Their Care , got the position, did First Aid training , got my Working With Childrens Card , etc was all ready to be onboarded . Hopeless communication skill in their own offices no one communicated with each other nor with me on who my team leader was or her name etc then they switched me from one school to another and didn’t even bother to communicate that with in their office ! Very bad would not trust them to look after my kids especially if they can’t communicate at all !

No matter how many times you write to higher ups, they will not listen much less try to do anything to support the educators. The coordinator for a service is Sydney is horrible. She has left medication at school during excursions, offloads her tasks to others and is never happy to take on feedback from staff who have more experience at the service than her. She loves to micromanage and has a great power problem. She is the reason many staff have left. Parents often complain how unhappy they are with the service and educators never want to work when the coordinator is around. I have worked with the school for many years but this is the first time I have seen the children not willing to come to ASC anymore. It’s upsetting to see kids not want to go anymore because of an adult who cannot do her job properly.

My children are always so happy to attend the after-school at Orrvale as well as the holiday program at Shepparton East! We are very lucky to be able to access these two centres as the educators are wonderful, dedicated and passionate about great care for kids. Kids are having so much fun, too! And the amount of great activities, excursions, sports and no screen time - yay! - it's all wonderful :) I am very grateful that while I work, I don't have to worry about my kids. I trust their educators and I know that the kids are in good hands.

TheirCare use to care about their staff but that has changed. You are now just a number. Happy to have you work for them but not willing to pay you for the full hours that you did. Multiple emails, calls but just fob you off.

Theircare at Ripponlea has made my life so much easier. Hannah is so flexible and willing to accommodate the needs of each individual family. Some services are so rigid and don't show flexibility however Hannah and her team are always willing help wherever they can. Hannah and her lovely team of carers are always so kind and welcoming, my son is always greeted with a friendly smile. I am so grateful for this service, I could not get through parenting plus a full time job without Theircare.

We are so happy that our kids school had made the decision to witch to Theircare. Ever since then, our kids been having great time with them, thanks to the endless efforts from staff members. There was more than one time our little girl cried, thinking she was missing out one of her before care sessions.

Amazing educators and staff at Morang South Theircare! Whenever I walk in the staff are always greet you, are friendly and are interacting with the children and provide a relaxing and calm feel. The educators have created a sense of belonging and a safe and engaging environment to each individual child. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service!

I have been very pleased with the excellent care my children have received from TheirCare, the staff, facilities and resources are great. My children love going to OSHC because of the interesting activities and the opportunities to socialise with other children.

I can’t speak highly enough of this organisation. We have used Bundoora and Concord after school and holiday care. The staff are friendly, polite, welcoming and absolutely dedicated and committed to the children in their care. I have found the staff to go above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for our family. From the educators right up to the area manager, I’m in awe of their dedication and commitment. Thanks so much, Vince and Sabrina

Absolutely awful experience for both my young son and myself as a parent. Would not recommend. It’s run by very young adults who sit around and chit chat instead of actually supervising the children. My son was left bored and unattended to for many hours at the program with mimimal supervision. The programs they advertise aren’t what they actually do with the kids - it’s a lie to lure you in. I am incredibly disappointed. 🚩🚩🚩🚩

My girls absolutely love going to theircare the activities they offer and participate in are fantastic I hear the excitement the whole way home. And my son is keen to begin next year. Leader is fantastic with him even though his not currently attending the service yet.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Would always give shifts then take them off the roster without notice. Would be given 2 hour shifts during holiday care. New staff would be hired and given longer hours and more responsibility. Management were useless. The area manager had no idea what was going on. Manager wouldn’t respond to texts or emails. Ridiculous rules made by managers which affected the kids wellbeing.
