This was my favourite hang out place, but it really fell apart past few months. They stopped serving tea or coffee. The newer staff will ignore anyone who are not large white men, and in multiple occasions encouraged large white men to push into the queue (much to the mens' own discomfort). There had been one instance where I was trapped with a threatening drunk person in the booth area, and then I realised that entire area is a massive blindspot. There really isn't much appeal left over here.

Fantastic bar selection, comfy settings with great games to play.. all the staff are lovely and the same goes for almost all of the customers as well. Ever accommodating staff, close to PT and a hidden gem with some outdoor seating. Have had a couple of birthdays here and it is a crowd pleaser that's also family friendly!!

Came here recently with some friends for the first time and had an absolute blast. They've got all sorts of different video games and board games you can play for free with a great selection of drinks. We ordered some food to the bar which we were able to have as inside as well. I asked Sean the owner if we could use some of the PCs they have set up and he was happy to turn them all on for us even though we didn't end up using them, which was really appreciated. He even took our photo as we were leaving and let us stay slightly late so we could finish our game. Highly recommend for anyone into games and cool gamer bars!

A delightful find in Huntingdale. Pixel stocks an impressive list of Victorian made spirits. Brogan’s Way would be very happy to learn just how many of their Gins are on the shelf here. The bar is set up for gaming…both online and on boards.

Free place to play board games/consoles/computer games and socialise with friends. The place gives wholesome vibes and feels like it’s run for the community. They only serve drinks (including alcohol) here which are priced at around $8 for a milkshake.

They serve drinks only and no food. But given the young crowd I think owner has understood the demand. They college crowd just wants a place to hang out, drink some beer and play some video/board games. This is exactly what is offered. All in all good fun.

Perfect place to chill with your friends whilst playing some board games and sipping your choice of bevs. Reasonable prices for everything and found the staff generous and skilled. Went there for my birthday and was well taken care off. Comfy n cozy place like no other P.s. Definitely get your hands and mouth on those nachos!

A great place with great service! And what can we say about the choice of background music - it's just gorgeous. Very friendly staff, always clean, fast and comfortable. Perhaps it would be great to add some interesting non-alcoholic cocktails to the menu, so that non-drinkers and drivers can also enjoy something magical! Post scriptum - your nachos is almost a miracle of the world.

Stumbled in this place thinking they have pool tables but found out that it's a gaming bar and Cafe. Pretty cool place with PC's and gaming consoles. Drinks are very well priced.

Great local place that offers a different type of scene. Filled with gaming consoles and PCs, and board games great for people who prefer to do an activity while getting their drink on. Drinks are priced well and they have a pretty interesting bar menu filled with Jaffles. The beer on tap is also quite different with chocolate tinted stunts being my fav.

Really amazing bar with an awesome vibe. I went there by myself and next thing I knew I was invited to learn and play Catan with some new people. Would highly recommend

This place is great, seemingly cheap and good drinks, no food sadly, and cheap games. I went there with some mates for like 5 hours, and I didn't spend anything since I don't drink.

A cool, quirky bar perfect for game lovers. Very relaxed ambiance, not pretentious - you can play video games or board games while you drink and chit chat with friends. They don't offer food but you are allowed to bring your own - order pizza, kebab etc nearby. Will definitely be coming back

Pixel has been a go-to place for my friends and I when we're in the area! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! There's plenty to discover every time we visit, with different board and video games, events, and vibes!

I truly love going to Pixel Bar. The staff are wonderful in every regards, the games are great, the drinks are delicious, and overall, the place has a very welcoming and fun atmosphere. It’s good place to bring friends, but also conducive to meeting people with similar interests. I cannot speak more highly of this place.

I go fairly regularly with a group of friends, and the bar is great. A lot of my friends are queer and this venue as been really exceptional about it.

A delightful, game geeky kind of space, replete with comfy sofas and xboxes. The bartender was an absolute gem and provided me with amazing drinks. A fantastic little spot, and convenient to both the bus and train. I will be back!

I love this little hidden gem. Perfect ambience for any gamers who like to share a drink with friends while they game; a perfect place to learn; or even just a comfortable spot to have a drink with friends among friendly, welcoming staff.

I held my 30th here on a Saturday night, the staff were friendly, caring and all too happy to accommodate, the selection of drinks satisfied even my pickiest guests. I had organised the event with the staff through their discord and found the whole thing effortless and the monetary expectations (minimum bar spend) reasonable, would recommend and would go again.

Absolute mad place with tonnes of events throughout the week, can have fun gaming or just a casual meet up. A good range of drinks to choose from on a decent price.

The place is amazing for gaming, but the coffee is average.

Popped in for some late night bevies and Mario Kart as my birthday was winding down and had an absolute blast. They even made me a custom cocktail that was delicious. Love this place. I wish I lived closer. Update: Went back there tonight. They aren't doing jaffles anymore which is a bummer but now you can order in. Still a great place for a beverage and some console gaming 2nd Update: Still awesome. Great beer list at the moment too.

I hosted a Virtua Fighter 4 tournament with my best friend Dean. The staff were very accommodating and demonstrated an advanced level in computer skills which greatly assisted us. This place is a safe haven for gamers, 10/10 would visit again!

It’s a pretty nice place to relax and hangout with friends. Not your usual cafe. If you are into board games or video games then this is the place. Limited options for food and drinks but they are well priced with good service.

Been here a couple of times now and it's always the first place that comes to mind when I want to catch up with my mates. Atmosphere is lively and friendly, staff are lovely and always up for a chat and the selection of games available, both physical and digital, are second to none. Awesome place to sit down and have a beer while you play Zelda and rescue the princess.

Opinion is probably biased because it's one of the only things open that late in the suburbs that isn't a take-away joint. Decent range of spirits, friendly staff, amazing set up and the place can actually pull off the gamer bar set-up without it feeling like a pandering gimmick. Very genuine, very casual, a slightly different way to spend a night out.

Friendly owner. Very generous with samples. Got rid of the jaffles but he explained it was better for the business which is fair enough. Once more, into the fray!
