If you want to get belittled and essentially called out for dog cruelty in store, go see Stuart at Petbarn Clayton. Having explained your situation he'll make you feel even worse about any of your pet issues. Disgraceful customer service. Tried to reach out to both area and store management and have been promised a follow up call multiple times over a 2 week period and I still haven't heard from them. Stay away at all costs.

Worse service you can get , very rude and unprofessional . Some managing training would be great so you don't waste customers time . I'm sure I Won't be coming to this store again .

Petbarn clayton is my local petbarn, I get everything there! My dogs food, toys, clothes, treats, shampoo & conditioner, literally EVERYTHING. I always have such a pleasant time in there browsing 🙈 the place is a really decent size and is always very clean! Huge shout out to the staff there, never had a bad experience, they are always bubbly and friendly, and if I need help with anything, they are always happy to guide me in the right direction! I spend my time there having a good yarn to the workers and I'm just thrilled with how well they treat me everytime! Thankyou petbarn clayton 💞

People there are very knowledgeable and kind. Sometimes they have great bargains and the staff is not shy to give them to you. I do personally not shop all my pet needs there, but when I do, I'm never disappointed. Cheers, petbarn staff clayton. You guys do care about your job, I really appreciate it.

Been here twice recently and the staff are super nice and helpful, I didn't think customer service like this still existed these days. I needed to swap some dry cat food when my cat who had special dietary needs passed away, and the staff member I dealt with was so kind and helpful. They really do care about animals and customers. I will continue to shop with Petbarn.

I have an account so do a mix of delivery, same day delivery and click & collect. Order is always on time, correct and staff are helpful and friendly. Large range of products, prices are reasonable for a pet store. Membership only prices or online prices on a large variety of products so it's worth being a member and ordering through your account.

my name is Monica Anderson i go to pet barn clayton to buy cat litter and cat biscuits well last Thursday was my shopping day i went to pet barn as normal left my grocery shopping list there we were already had one of those days where everything goes wrong well the lady there went above and beyond when we had rang her to see if my shopping list was there and it was she spoke to my friend and she had offered to say everything that was on the shopping list she saved my day so thank you very much to then person that did that it was very much appreciated if there were 10 stars there i would give you 10 stars thankyou again

Great exp here & customer service from Lara. Couple weeks into owning my cat, I was provided info on dry wet/food, water in diet, on top of that received a kitten starter kit + more with the promos going on.

This was our first experience at Petbarn and we could not be more impressed. The birdcage we were after was missing a tray so the wonderful staff member went out the back and assembled a new one for us. So grateful. Store consistently had customers during our time there. Would highly recommend.

Great store, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about dogs, and provide great advice on more than just products. As new puppy parents, we've had so many questions and they always take the time to talk to us and suggest things to try, such as with training. The knowledge the staff has and shares is well worth the in-store visit, you can't get service like theirs online.

Super friendly, helpful staff. I went for ferret supplies and was surprised they actually stocked a good food brand for them, also some tunnels. The harnesses however choked my ferret and don't seen well designed for their body, I suggest online shopping for that if you need 😅

I went to Petbarn as my Maltese x Shitzu was having anxiety issues. The kind and helpful staff member showed us the products that help. The Thunder Jack and calming drops have been absolutely amazing. Just a few days in of using them has helped my dog be much calmer and less stressed. I thank you very very much.

Quite a large store, wide variety of products for pretty much all domestic pets, ( reptile products are abit limited for range though). Prices when not on sale are average, but if you sign up for a membership - which is free, you do get discounts ( and sometime these discounts are almost 50%). Staff are helpful & friendly, parking directly outside the store, disabled parking & wheelchair accessible entrance too. They also offer same day home delivery for online purchases for a small fee as well, but you need to place your order before 4pm to have it delivered same day, usually about $10 for same day delivery. They have DIY dog wash facilities too.
