They have a lot of good things you might need for your pet, the store is very big and easy to access.

At first when I arrived I was left to my self without a hello. But then shortly after some friendly staff came over to offer help and were very knowledgeable. They pointed me in the right place and even carried my products for me to the counter. Then asked if i need help getting it (large bag of dog food) to the car.

Wish I went to Petbarn. Please give your staff rewards so they actually work. Today I went in to buy a few products. One was on back order. Waited 10 mins for for the manager to then give me nothing. There were 3 staff on. Zaria was lovely but Courtney is not a Manager. Very bad service.

Always great service. They price match what ever they can for you so that you can take it home there and then, instead of having to wait two weeks for delivery from competitors. I've been to a few different stores, and they're all great.

The team are always so helpful and friendly. I am often surprised at discounts I've earnt from spending. Today, Friday (31 degrees) I called as I rushed to the store at 5.58 and advised of my late arrival, eta 6.05pm. The girl I spoke to said she'd wait for me until 6.10 and was happy to. I get in and learn the there is no aircon, poor team were sweltering! She could have been a grump and refused to wait to get out and enjoy this stella day, she was anything but. I always feel welcome, even shopping past closing time on a hot summer Friday evening. Thanks legends.

Got the BEST GROOM here today. Can’t tell you how hard it’s been for us to find a groomer for our wheaten terrier who isn’t punitive (because we can’t always have our pets groomed as regularly as they would like us to) or just outright refused to see us again (when we had to cancel appointment when work commitments got in the way of their weekday appointments). Erin was SO AMAZING with Georgie boy and he looks amazing and wasn’t traumatised when he left AND they are open weekends and well priced. 👏👏👏 🐶 🐶 🐶

I took our dog for a self service BATH which costed $10.00 for ten minutes so she is all clean to see in the NEW YEAR 🐕🦮🐕‍🦺

Rude customer service!! No welcome when you walk in for starters! Stood next in line, three people behind the counter of which, one woman proceeded to serve a man who wasn’t even in the queue. Maybe my colour made me invisible?

Love these guys ! Staff are always friendly here . Huge range of different options for your dog or cat. Only thing I dont rate at all is their puppy pads. They are $60 for 100 and they aren't absorbent enough. Kmart have 100 for $20 and are way better quality.

The best pet shop and grooming in prahran. Cassie is super friendly and helpfully. My dog loves coming to pet stock for a visit. Please keep being so awesome!
