    Nothing but praise for Strength Lab! Their wholistic approach to training makes the whole process achievable, sustainable, and so enjoyable. I have been working with Katie for the past nearly 6 months and I cannot thank her or recommend her enough. She is an absolute gem of a person and an even better trainer, keeping me accountable each and every week, and helping me smash goals I didn’t even know were possible when I started my journey with her. She is so supportive, and knowledgeable, and I honestly am so excited for our sessions every week! Strength Lab has helped me in more ways than I could have imagined - it has transformed my life, my perspective and knowledge of health and fitness, and my attitude towards the journey! Hands down the best decision I’ve made this year!

    I’m nearly 3 months into my program with Strength Lab and have had such a great experience so far! I’ve been training with Kaitlyn, and have had all my questions and queries answered easily. She has created a program that works well with my lifestyle, understood my goals, and motivated me to be consistent. As someone new to the gym, beginning my program at Strength Lab has helped me to feel more confident in the gym and training. Having a personal trainer has greatly improved my approach to my goals, and leaves me feeling I have someone else in my corner who understands and supports me. This is the first time in years that I have successfully and sustainably begun to reach my goals, and I’m looking forward to continue my training with Strength Lab as I keep making progress!

    Had a great experience with the Strength lab team, my coach Jack was patient with me and adjusted my meal plans/workouts to suit me better whenever i hit a plateau which got me to a healthier version of myself now! Learnt alot on my journey with Strength Lab and im applying what i know now to my everyday health and fitness! Thanks Strength Lab will hopefully work again with you bunch in the future!

    I was looking for an experienced trainer to help me elevate my weight lifting, diet and approach to training and was thankfully to connect with Lewis from Strength Lab. Over 12 weeks, I worked with Lewis to re-comp my physique which focused on muscle gain and fat loss. Lewis was highly knowledgeable - coaching and teaching me new training methods, and ensuring I had personalised experience that took into consideration not just my goals, but how my program fitted around personal and professional commitments. Lewis remained in contact regularly throughout the week which fostered a welcomed level of accountability and helped me achieve my goals. Overall I had an extremely positive experience with Lewis and Strength Lab and I would recommend them to anyone looking to dial in their health and fitness.

    This program works. I've bought a few programs from other trainers, this is the first one that worked. I don't remember being this happy and confident in my self. Jack is awesome to work with. Good advice, always answered any questions and had good banter. Highly recommend Strength Lab!

    Great group of trainers, really spot on with everything. I lost around 17 kilos and kept it off. Jack my trainer kept me on track every step of the way. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for real results and learning the correct way of training and also nutrition.

    I joined up with Strength Lab in December of 2022, I've been working with Jack from the begging and he has help me not only make drastic changes in my physical appearance but also my mentality towards training and nutrition as a whole. I have the best experience possible.

    If u wanna see proven results these are the guys!! My coach Jack does a fantastic job always touching base to see how Im going and keeping me accountable so I can keep pushing everyday to get the results we both wanna see!! Without the help from strength lab I wouldn’t be where I am today with the knowledge around nutrition and training so far, still a fair way to go but I couldn’t be happier for the results so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    So I’ve been working with Jack now for about 11 weeks and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s by far one of the best coaches I’ve worked with and I’ve had great results! In the 11 weeks I’ve lost around 14kg and will soon be prepping for a comp next year. He has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about your progress. I’ve recently recovered from a wrist injury in where he went out of his way to find a mobility and strengthening video and helped me through that. 100% you won’t find a better coach. He’s a credit to himself and Strength Labs 💪🏻

    I started my journey with strength labs 12 months ago with the intention of losing some body fat and leaning up for summer whilst building some lean muscle. Jack and Andy provided me with high quality support, mentorship and accountability along with a tailored, appropriate and achievable program which in turn has changed my life completely for the better. Not only have I vastly surpassed my goals, we are now planning my goals for next year with ever bigger outcomes in mind, things I never though possibly when I first signed up for the program. I could not recommend a better Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching Team anywhere across the state or country having tried nearly all of them. These guys are The Real Deal and genuinely care about your goals and helping you achieve those outcomes. I would highly recommend Strength Labs and will continue to work with them for years to come as a result of their fastidious and genuine nature. A true outlier in the Fitness Industry.

    Strongly recommend Jack from Strength Lab if anyone is looking for a personal trainer. I have had the privilege of training with him for 9 months now, and I am impressed with the changes in my physique. I struggled with underweight throughout my entire life, but with Jack's mentoring, I managed to transform to my healthiest BMI ever. I'm very satisfied.     I’ve had the pleasure of having Cam as my coach for 6 months now. We’ve been working together with the goal of putting on muscle while minimising fat gain. Cam’s guidance and expertise have been very helpful throughout my main-gaining phase. The training and nutrition programs are structured effectively, and it is easy to communicate with him whenever there are any concerns or adjustments. The people and facilities at Strength Lab are wonderful. Highly recommend 👍.

    I have been working with Andrew from Strength Lab for the past 15 weeks, and to say I am happy with my results is a complete understatement. As someone who has struggled with weight much of my adult life, what I have achieved with his guidance is nothing short of amazing. Almost 10 kgs gone and a massive 17cm from my waist measurement. Andrew analyses my results weekly and makes any necessary changes to ensure that I continue to see results week after week. His guidance, support and encouragement has seen me achieve results I had only dreamed of in the past. After feeling lost and demotivated in the gym, I now have a program that I love to follow, my plan is constantly evolving and is always challenging. I have pushed myself beyond what I thought capable. The knowledge that I have gained in regard to training and nutrition has allowed me to change my lifestyle and be confident that the struggles I have previously had are now in my past. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and the team at Strength Lab.

    I have just finished a twelve week course with Strength Lab and I feel and look great, I've lost 14 kilos and my body is strong and toned and my overall health and diet is not even comparable to when I started - and the best thing is I've looked forward to enjoyed every single session at their gym, as well as doing their prescribed programs that I can do for the rest of the week. My trainer, Dimi, is excellent, engaging, extremely knowledgable and has helped me every step of the way and also made it possible for me to actually tone up and build some muscle while being on a tight diet, highly, highly recommended!

    The Strength lab team is absolutely awesome. They have been so professional and friendly and I have thoroughly enjoyed my transformation journey with them.     I’ve had Jack as my personal trainer, and I have - by far - seen the most improvement in the gym with him. He understands what works when wanting to hit personal bests in the gym, and holds the perfect approach in understanding each clients own gym journey and what they seek to achieve. He is a knowledgeable coach, who is always on time and very personable. Every session I am pushed to achieve more, and it is through his mindset and help that I have seen the most muscle growth since starting in the gym. I would 100% recommend Jack and StrengthLab to anybody looking to improve their physique, or gain more knowledge about the fitness world.

    The team at Strength Lab are great trainers who go out of their way to help find a program, a diet and a routine that works for you. I've been a client there for almost four years and they helped me navigate COVID and a lack of gym access while helping put me in a good position to get back on track. Thanks to Dylan's advice and support (plus his program on the app) I am more confident in the gym and I can see the progress I'm making - including lifting weights I wouldn't have thought possible (but not limited to that). I'm sure every trainer there is equally committed - plus, as a small business, it genuinely has that friendly atmosphere that so many corporate gyms pretend they have and so few actually do. If you're looking for a trainer and some decent advice, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

    I have been training at strength lab with coach Katie since last 4 months. My experience over here has been really great and have been able to achieve my fitness goals as planned. The coaches over here have an excellent knowledge about their field and can help you design your fitness plan as per your goals and lifestyle, while teaching you about it along the way. I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to take their next steps towards achieving their fitness goals on an accelerated path.

    I have been training with Kaitlyn for a few months now and she’s been amazing . I have trained for years but I needed someone to put some structure to my training and the guidance she has provided so far is invaluable. I love the workouts and the app is so easy and clear. Kaitlyn has been very supportive and the results im getting are so obvious. She motivates me all the time and adjusts the program always to help meet my goals. I cant wait to see more results in the near future. Strength lab is the best👍🏻

    I have had a fantastic experience training at Strength Lab. My trainer Dylan has been very supportive and has motivated me to reach my goals for weight loss and increased fitness. Dylan’s guidance on dietary changes has also been very helpful and I am very engaged by preparing more of my own healthy meals. I continue to enjoy training with Strength Lab and highly recommend their programs and the professionalism of their trainers.

    I chose Strength Lab after a couple of weeks of researching private one-on-one PT gyms around Melbourne. What I was impressed with initially was the care and time taken by Andrew at Strength Lab to discuss the goals that were unique to me. I didn’t feel like I was on a sales treadmill as with the other gyms I had approached. I was given a walk through of the gym and training methodology and introduced to my PT Jack Vance. Jack was attentive and easy-going but also knew when and how to push you towards your goals. I learned a great deal from Jack - especially in regards to nutrition. He was the perfect PT and aligned clearly to my goals and approach. I am very grateful to have come across Strength Lab and thank Andrew, Jack and team for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
