Habitat is a great place for pet supplies. Our dog loves the store. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are super friendly. They spend time with you and your pet to ensure that you get the right stuff. There is a dog washing area outside the store which is operated by coins. This is really useful for DIY.

First time ordering one of their products, ordered last month had a created ticket. Product still havent arrived as it is still sitting with the depot and request for reordering as not been actioned! So its just sitting in the corner of their warehouse somewhere. Using the shippit vendor which is the slowest.

Probably one of the best pet supply stores I’ve been to, there was pretty much everything you’ll need and I was pleasantly surprised to find they sold such a large variety of things for small animals, they even had the type of hay which I could usually only find in one other store. Staff were really friendly too

My dog’s favourite pet store. They have great quality foods, origin, ziwi peak, prime etc. Treats and toys are a wide variety as well as clothing and harness/leashes.

We went into Habitat today and were served by Molly. Her customer service skills were amazing. She is very knowledgeable of the stores products and super friendly. We will definitely be returning to this store again because of her. Thanks again :)

I'm very happy to drive 30mins to take my dog for a groom with Emily, he just loves going and she always welcomes him with care and cuddles. Even if he does a naughty little sprinkle on the floor 😁 because he's so excited. He would go everyday if I let him. Always happy to text when ready and always asks what you would like. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. Place does get a bit busy sometimes, can be a bit of a squeeze getting in and out with the cars. Other than that while Emily stays lol so will puppy.

Love the variety of dog toys, especially interactive toys for busy dogs. Great supply of collars and leads too, also the most doggy clothing ive seen in Melbourne. I tend to find items such as a walking pouce with water bottle holder only here. They have snufflemats, chuckit toys, eco friendly toys, touch chewer toys and soft plush ones too. The staff are also super friendly and gave me a box for all the items i bought to make carrying to my car easy. Pricing is similar to other pet store and i prefer getting exactly what i want instead of settling for something else. There is only a few parking spots but ive never had an issue finding a spot. I always leave satisfied with my decision to get my pet supplies here.

They have Dog wash DIY machine. Good for owner who wants to wash dog themselves. Animal friendly to go alone when you shopping inside of shop.

The staff at Habitat know my dog Eli and know that he is a very fussy eater. I have tried many different brands and they provided us with samples to take home to try. The customer service is excellent along with the best support from all the staff. I've shopped at Habitat previously and they have maintained this level of customer service. Their products (mats, bedding and other) are of a high quality and the range is extensive. The advice has been extremely good for our situation and I can't recommend them highly enough. This is the trusted place to get our prep gear before getting our GSD Puppy, bought all the supplies here and even her toys and treats. Habitat offers lower price compared to Petstock or Petbarn and the staff are very friendly. I think by now they already know my excited girl, Luna (: We also took her grooming with Emily on the second floor since she was a young puppy, Emily has known her for a while and understand her behaviour when it comes to grooming. Although Luna can be a handful sometimes, Emily has always been patient and professional. Thank you Habitat team for providing such good experience for the owners and animals (:

This is now where I always get my two dogs groomed from and have always had a positive experience! They always come out happy,looking and smelling good. Grooming services are always pretty booked in advance though. Shop itself is good, offer both fresh and frozen raw food. Staff are always so so friendly!

Took Bobbi to the Habitat two weeks ago, the lady did the excellent job, also I got this cute purple jacket to keep Bobbi warm

Went to purchase dietary prescribed cat food and was helped by this very caring lassie who done it all on the internet, wasn't allowed just to purchase over the counter being veterinary prescribed cat food 10/10 thank you so much. Dale

Loved Habitat. I just found this pet store so close to home and had no idea it was there for over 30 years until just a few weeks ago. Lovely staff. Great range of products although are more expensive than at other places. Very convenient.

I ordered over 300$ worth of dog food, and the order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. I messaged them about how their chosen carrier have been unresponsive and it was way passed the estimated delivery period. They didn't help resolve the issue at all, so I called couriers please everyday for a week to find out where my order actually was. They couldn't tell me when it was arriving or where it even was, so I was left with no option but to drive 8 hours to get food that my dogs can eat as by this point we had completely run out and he has special dietary requirements. If that was me and I had caused such a huge expense and trouble to a customer I'd be way more apologetic and involved in the process, but I guess they don't really care as they already got their money....

A very well stocked pet supplies "depot". I like it that they have very reasonably priced fresh pet food for dogs. Their dried dog food range is also well stocked. Their dog care products including range of shampoos, dog vitamins and supplements, leads, treats, tartare treatments etc is exceptional. I think you'll find all your dog requirements here.

This place is amazing very cloes to my house and I had never had any issues returning food that my dog doesn't like 🙃, my dog also love this place
