Service & Staff's are always courteous (Inhouse & function make-up's). I had to book an appointment for a service priorly. However, at the time of visit all the staffs were held up with other services. Hence, Manager Vendhan who booked my appointment gave a heads up to take care of my service - My First & wonderful experience with him. Oil massage head & face d'tan services were outstanding. Out of service, he had to teach me few technics for skin care & stress relief (I believe it will really help me out). Appreciate his work & efforts for their customer. The service was not good my wife had taken the hair threading and she got hurt in upper lid and service was really poor they don’t have enough staff for women’s customer to attend and keeps on taking the order for many people For pedicure we have asked for coca butter pack and they are not sure of wat powder they need to use and they say this one is better than this and when asked not sure wat is the name of the powder to be used
