Great view from over here and is a nice spot to view the sunset and enjoy fireworks on the 4th of July. If you come early, there are spots to just sit around and relax which is what many people did with blankets and tents, but my family and I were only here visiting for a few hours so we left pretty early. Got some cool pictures just sitting here and there are also some benches as well as a couple of chairs with tables in between. With the hot sun, it's good to bring a hat or sit in the shade unless you're trying to burn or get really, really tan. Overall, glad I came here. It was very pleasant despite it being so hot outside, but luckily it cooled down. Also, fair warning if you come here on a holiday like the 4th of July where there's a lot of people gathered, try to use the restroom anywhere else besides here if you're a woman. The ladies' restroom line was about 30 people long and it was a long wait for my mom and sister. If you're a man, there was literally no restroom line, so you should be fine. But nonetheless, it is a park restroom so cleanliness is not really expected, so if you can use the restroom elsewhere before you arrive, just go ahead and do that.

Love this walk even in sub zero weather. Love the views along with the history it is so an interesting trail. Be sure to walk into the park at the northern end of the trail. Still construction going on in the old General Motors plant but you still can get by

Very nice park/waterfront area with long, wide and clean path. This is really a scenic place, especially during a summer evening . Easy to park and get around. The information displayed around the park are a nice touch.

I love this area so much. I wish I could afford one of the beautiful apartments there but I settle for a lovely stroll in the safe and well maintained avenue. Take the kids go for a great walk support the locat business.

I stopped here with my family while in town. Great scenic view of the Hudson River. There was a walk path and benches to sit. Community members were friendly and welcoming. There are educational stations of historic information, English and Spanish. There are picnic tables available to sit for a picnic, snack or treat. The park has a children’s playground and splash water park. Park is cleaned and is a great place to relax and enjoy family time.

While passing through on business we stopped here just to stretch a bit. It’s a very nice park ! Little harbor by the train station, plenty of walking area and pet friendly. The town is super cute too !

Stunning Park I have visited the other side many times and I never got to see this side. It’s probably better at Sunset. Still really great place to go for sunrise. The pets are skateable, and there are plenty of docs to step out on to get a better view of the lower Hudson.

Love the Park and walking trail BUT BEWARE OF THE CONFUSING PARKING and FINES. The parking lot signs here are confusing and the separation between Tarrytown residents only parking vs public access parking is not clear at all. When I saw a meter maid giving out tickets I asked her if she can direct me to the right area for non resident parking and she wouldn't help. She just told me go read the signs. I said to her the sign is not clear as to what area bc the parking lots look the same without clear separation and she being the metermaid would know what area is for who to park but she still refuse to clarify. Instead I watched her allow a whole bunch of people to park and leave and then she purposely walk over to their car and give them a ticket. A respectable city official would have said something to help people. Absolutely worthless of a human being to purposely not provide info or guidance just so she can fulfill her quota. Despicable city employee, should be fired. Her picture and govt vehicle license plate are attached in the photos below. In the end a local resident walked up to me and pointed out where it was safe to park and pay the right meter.

Very nice walk! They had some construction going on there but it didn’t block any of the path. Relatively flat, great views of the Hudson, lots to look at!

It’s a really nice park right by the water to walk and enjoy the weekend. It’s super walkable to downtown and close proximity to different restaurants and stores. Beautiful view!

Absolutely beautiful park! There's a lovely little walkway with fantastic views of the tappan zee, along with plenty of shady outdoor areas to gather and lounge. There was a wonderful, diverse crowd enjoying the park and it was a lovely place to relax for a couple hours.

Nice trail good for mostly walking, you can run on parts of it with pavement. It overlooks Hudson on most of it. There is a magical hidden lake in my photos bellow cannot recall where I found it exactly, but it is the best I have seen.

I was in Tarrytown for. Corporate event and they organized an early morning walk. We explored a bit of this park and it was absolutely gorgeous. I visited in late September and the views of the Hudson River was a pleasant surprise but I also enjoyed when we came upon the beautiful Halloween decorations. Love it!

Beautiful views of the hudson. No grilling allowed but you can bring your already prepared meals and enjoy them here. You can also bring your pups.

We visited this place just as a pit stop on our way home from CT, and we had to stay longer than we had planned to! The view is fantastic. This has got to be the cleanest park that I have seen. Gorgeous view of the bridge - specially when the sun sets.
