Doña
hayde
This
is
probably
the
most
famous
Nicaraguan
traditional
breakfast
place
in
Managua.
they
have
high
quality
food
in
a
traditional
Ranchito.
When
it
gets
busy
here,
it’s
hard
to
park
your
car.
Customer
service
is
very
slow.
Don’t
come
here
if
your
in
a
hurry.
Takes
forever
to
get
food
and
your
bill.
Tostadas,
are
amazing.
It
comes
with
the
egg
cooked
easy
or
suave.
Most
Nicaraguans
do
not
like
this,
but
I
love
it.
It’s
not
a
big
dish,
but
if
you’re
a
little
hungry,
it’s
a
perfect
little
meal.
Boaqueño
is
one
of
the
most
popular
dishes
here.
It’s
high-quality
Nica
food.
I
feel
the
pork
is
always
dry
and
prefer
it
nice
and
moist.
Nacatamale,
really
good,
but
the
pork
is
a
little
dry.
But
still
worth
ordering.
Overall,
I
would
suggest
this
place
for
anybody
trying
to
experience
a
traditional
Nica
meal.
Note-
I
have
not
been
here
for
lunch
or
dinner.
