I love Papa John’s, but I always leave disappointed from the Galerías branch, service is disappointing, the waiters go to you whenever they want, they don’t care about your order, and the time it takes to deliver is outrageous

Ordered a personal pizza over the phone one hour in advance. When I arrived to pick it up was told “it’s not in the system and there’s no record of your order”. I explained again that I had called a hour earlier. Was told rudely that it wasn’t in the system. After insisting the cashier went back and checked. Sure enough my pizza was in the oven. She refused to tell me how long it would take until finally a manager came and told me when my pizza would be ready. All I needed was a simple “we’re sorry, your pizza should be done in ——minutes”. Next time I won’t waste my time I’ll be ordering pizza elsewhere in the future.

Our time at Papa John's was great. It is a nice place to share time with friends. Pizza is absolutely tasty, and I love there's a lot of options to choose from. Sweets are also very good! Overall, greatly recommended!

Delicious, clean. All staff wore mask. The doors were open for ventilation and fans were on for customers protection.

Really great pizza and the atmosphere is fantasic! This is a pretty cool place to sit down and enjoy a nice pizza pie and have a relaxing time with friends, family, or go on a date with a loved one. Went here with family and it was totally awesome!

Great pizza with tons of variations but prices are higher than what you're usually used to spending for pizzas. Attentive and friendly staff and nice ambiance. This branch also serves as a stop for people coming in and out of the mall cinema.
