Horrible service... especially from William.. apparently the only person who can copy a key. First they dont even want to copy the key.. Then they just leave me standing there for 15 minutes Finally he comes back and told me i wasn't important enough for his time.. The worst experience ive had in a store in a long time..

Expensive and sellers don't help; just hang around. When you ask things they respond bad and not friendly. Only go here because of something I don't find somewhere else; not because I like the shop

As all SINSA stores you find a variety of items you don't find at other places. And as all SINSA stores customer service is a weakness to overcome, maybe 1 out 10 visits you find someone to assist you. It is FIY (Find it yourself) situation on every visit.

Buena selección de productos, se mantiene bastante bien aptovisionado.

Another sinsa visit for some of my tool and heavy duty cleaning supply run, I can't complain about the place, the prices are good and they have mostly the things I look for, the one star missing is still for the time they closed half hour before their schedule time.

It's not the cheapest place, but at least you know what you are buying it's a good quality product, however they need to train better their staff, some have told a product is discontinued, because they dont know the product or dont want to look for it

Place has enough parking space for the amount of customers there are. Most of the time I find excellent prices and offers.
