Less Waiting Time and Good Care

I'm so thankful to Dr. Prashant Raphael, I was suffering from chronic eye problems since years and have consulted many doctors, no one could really find out the cause and kept on giving me steroid ointments and discouraged me that I have got a very rare and serious eye issue at very young age. That is when I consulted Dr Prashant during his visit in Thiruvala chainthanya hospital. He understood my situation and was very fast in his investigations, diagnosis and discussed his treatment planning. I had a very short break in India, he understood my circumstances and gave me an appointment in ernklm chainthanya hospital and did the treatment in the short period. His professional attitude and knowledge has made everything so well.

Pathetic delay but excellent customer service... I went for an eye test for obtaining a driving license. I had to wait almost for 3 hours. First they said doc has gone for lunch and later they said doc was attending an operation. I suggest they inform the patients what exactly is the reason for delay. Apart from that the procedures were simple and excellent support from the people over there.. I should also mention about the security chettan who was ensuring that each and every one who is getting out of the hospital is getting a calendar?

Best eye hospital in kochi & kerala. They have experienced doctors, specialists and surgeons, well managed & supportive medical staff. Easy processing, registration with periodic reminder calls from the staff before surgery or consultations makes feel like more attached like a family. Very much satisfied with the service provided and recommend the hospital and their services for any eye related requirements.

A good hospital with less crowd and well mannered staff. They are maintaining all precautions during this pandemic situation. My husband had cataract surgery there. The whole process was smooth and fast. Special thanks to Dr. Mathew Kurian and Sr.Sincy who assisted us during the entire process.

Poor service. I went to the hospital with my 3 year old son for eye check up that too on his 3rd birthday. Unfortunately I was made to wait for my turn till 1.45 pm. We reached hospital at 11.00 am made to wait till 11.30 am and finally send to the second floor to meet the doctors. Their they made me to run from one place to another for check ups. Finally after first round of consultation I was asked to move to 3rd where I am supposed to meet the doctor. We requested the nurse to allow us to meet the doctor as my son was going to sleep. They didn't bother. And finally they called us. We left the place with utter dissatisfaction. I can't blame the doctors they were good. I feel there was a mismanagement.

The worst eye hospital i have ever seen... Dr.Prasanth he is the worst thing in that hospital. Don’t go to this hospital in your lifetime. There are many other hospitals in that area. Its better to consult somewhere else...

Bad experience. Today visited hospital for eye test for Driving License renewal. Unnecessarily made waiting. Even after telling visit purpose and inability to wait, nobody attended. Hence returned without test.

My mother had a cataract surgery at the hospital. The whole process for the surgery is smooth and less cost. They had good staffs and experienced doctors.. Special thanks to Dr. Mathew kurian and the staff monikya..

Great hospital. I went for myself and my mother. I felt the doctors are very knowledgeable, helpful and take time to understand the issue patient faces. They are very patient to answer the questions and listens as well. Very good staff as well. Very very helpful and polite I consulted Dr. Prashant Raphael.

poor organization causes pathetic delay, they made me wait for several hours just for a vision certificate

May be the doctors and staffs are good and their service too. But make sure when you visit this clinic you go by either a cab or 2 wheeler Bcoz there's no parking for 4 wheelers. No pay n park nearby. Street parking also not possible as it is a busy bus route and the nearby streets are small pocket roads. Although there is a space for parking in this premises the security want allow you to park there unless you have a small car. I had to argue with the security as my car was SUV. The attitude of security(Old man) was like we went there for a fight. It would be appreciatable if they show a minimum respect to their customers.
