Hi guys, 1. Cost is very high, when compared to other hospitals… 2. Nurses are very less, need to recruit more nurses 3. Security will think themselves as Army man, very strict 4. If the patient in ICU ward, we can see them by only 4-5pm, and only 2 patients allowed…. Icu ward charges 15000 per day room rent and medicines u need to pay additional…… 5. Normal ward charges 4000 with Ac per day 6. Insurance if u ask them, starting they say this one will not get cover we try, Tn kaapetu thitam card is not eligible 7. Reception if u ask something in ground floor they will say go to 1st floor they will say, till 7 pm u need to ask 1st floor for In patient, only out patient deals by ground floor 8. Pharmacy ok there no issue 9. Very silent Hospital and pleasant 10. This hospital is Best for head Injuries. Note: This hospital is for Rich persons with head injuries is best.

Dear all viewer's, here I would like to share about my experience, my won blood brother Bharathi raja who's admitted in this hospital. He was suffering from the brain decease. From the day one doctor's and nurse's were good. They all are professional, polite and willingness . Among that some are not up the scale. Special thanks to Dr. Harish who was looking after our case. Also all the nurses. House keeping Staff's are good.. I felt staff management is little Un-organized everyone is taking decisions. Talking whatever he wants. (Proper training is required) There is no Hierarchy. Looks like everyone is bose, management should look in to it, otherwise it will effect your business. Now the business world is mouth (marketing) spreading is more powerful than the media.I should go and suggest my friends and families. It will reach many people. Quality of treatment is good. Could be batter. From the management someone should be around and should go and check their feedback.. And receive suggestions. Should give the confident and positive talk. Which is very very important in the competitive market. I was trying to reach Mr. Silambarasan who is (public relation officer). I couldn't meet him he was not available in the venue. It was Great experience. we have admitted our 5 month baby in severe condition. Without any operation they have treated our baby and now baby is very good & active. Almost they given 2nd life to our baby. Clear and perfect explanation about the treatment, more responsive and immediately clearing the doubts. Normally in ICU other hospital they will not allow for baby patients. But they allowed me and wife on regular basis to see conditions of our baby. Thanks to all doctors and nurses. In the beginning, they were doing the good job but NOT now i would say. For any patient, who are up to the middle age, should be OK to go there if there is not any other choice. Mainly for aged person should avoid to go there, it's not guarantee that you will come back home. They do force you to get the operation done immediately otherwise its critical and we can't do anything. But, i STRONGLY suggest don't give your consent immediately. Also, one more important thing is that they always announce the death only in the midnight so that others won't know about it. So... be careful!!!

Very happy to share this...My brother suffered brain injury (severe Axonal injury)on 11th April .He was in critical condition. My sister went Craniotomy surgery in Tirunelveli on Feb 2022.The doctor who did surgery wrongly diagonised as brain abcess. He recommended for lot of CT scan and MRI. He rightly identified as veno Thrombosis and we decided to do cranio plastry surgery under his guidance The cranio plastry was done on July 5 2022 by Dr. Arun kumar sir team we stayed in the Hospital for 10 days. One of the best Hospital experiences I've ever had. I was admitted at Hannah Joseph Hospital to get some health issues sorted. I'm feeling completely well after all the appropriate tests, diagnosis and treatment. Such a massive structure in Madurai with best in class Amenities run by Dr. M.J. Arun Kumar (Chief Neurosurgeon/Founder, Chairman and Managing Director). The experience as a whole was great. Usually when you're in a hospital, you feel sickly and the vibe seems off but to be honest, here, it felt really homely and I didn't have that negative kind of vibe at all. Every single one of the people there, the receptionists, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, canteen staff, Housekeeping, Administrative staff, Accounts and Billing etc... were all really sweet, kind, caring, professional and were genuinely concerned about their patients. A place where cleanliness and hygiene is maintained 24/7. Timely checks on the patients, healthy and tasty food served hot between every few intervals and on time and the way they took care of me was exceptional. Not just their patients but even attenders who came along with these patients were taken good care of. Admitted there, I had conversations with fellow patients, all of different ages and backgrounds and heard such wonderful stories of how people lost hope, when other doctors/hospitals gave up and said, "nothing can be done and there's no room for improvement". Dr. Arun Kumar did the impossible with his fellow doctors for these patients, people who were bed ridden, unconscious, whose conditions were beyond healing as they called it and patients who were in such bad states, "Walked" out of the hospital with their head held high. Faith heals is what they say and which I believe is true. The place was filled with faith, hope and professionalism. Money is the only goal. People are very attentive. 100 healing cost is 10000 going here. Listen to my experience. I was admitted to this hospital because my father had an accident and they told me to do an operation right away. We agreed, the cost of the operation is 5 lakh rupees, they said that they will come back and take a scan and do the main operation again. The operation should be done right away or it will be life threatening. They told us that it will cost 3 to 4 lakhs again, and we don't have enough money to pay that again. And they didn't give us a guarantee because our father might die even during the operation due to his age. So we joined Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital. He is now doing well without any operation and no cost. He is working as always. If our father was operated as this hospital said, what would he think, our financial situation would have been much worse than this. So think and act. Because due to the accident, we did not have time to think about emergency treatment at that time. That is their strength.

I came from USA to treat my 83 year old Amma for her acute head ache. I was pretty amazed that Madurai had such top notch Neurosurgeons. Entire team led by Dr Arunkumar was pretty thorough from the get go. They discussed all the options with me and asked the family members to take the decision weather to go for the surgery or not. They under promised but over delivered. The ICU at Hannah Joseph is state of the art hospital equivalent to top notch hospitals I have visited in USA. I still cant believe my 83 year old Mom how she recovered fast and walking on her own, taking care of her almost by herself after the head surgery. I am pretty impressed that Madurai has such state of the art hospital, Neurosurgeons those who are very reliable. I feel blessed that I can take my Amma to a hospital with confidence. Hi everyone my self Suresh was suffering from slip disc issue past from 3 years. Got to know about Hanna Joseph Hospital Dr. Arun Kumar one of the most excellent doctor I have ever met. I live in Bangalore and consulted many doctors, all of them were saying you have to under go surgery and they have to install plate on my spin. They I met Dr. Arun in Hanna Joseph Hospital he is the only Doctor who said it's not necessary to fix any kind of plate or rod. The surgery happened on 2nd of December 2023. Now iam feeling better. I believe who ever is suffering from slip disc will know the pain what I was suffering. firstly my grandfather was admitted at this hospital and y'all did a worse job in curing him, how could yall even?! doctors hid the fact that my grandfather had to go thru a spinal operation and did other unnecessary stuffs and all y'all did was taking money from us(approx. 35+ lakhs) we brought him to another hospital after losing trust in the first hospital and the doctors from the 2nd hospital were the ones who broke the truth to us that the previous hospital was suppose to do spinal surgery and the fail to do so. so now I have lost my grandfather. dear hannah joseph hospital please observe patient's body conditions deeply and provide accurate treatments. hope this doesn't happen to anyone and choose your options for hospital wisely unlike us.

More than two years ago, Our Son aged 7 years had to go through an emergency cranitonomy. when we came to know from a pediatrician in Tirunelveli that it was better to take him to Chennai. One of our dear friend suggested that it would be good if we treated him soon and not to delay further and suggested DR Arun and so…we happened to arrive at Hannah Joseph Hospital. It was really a miracle that we came to the right place, it is with the grace of God or Existence…however one like to call it.... The way how they took care of every detail with honesty and care. All the doctors were very loving and passionate. We felt completely blessed and thankful always to the entire team. This is a very rare scenario to witness in hospitals, these days.
