Rooms are good but don't expect any special service like water etc..... Don't come here if you are on family trip... For alone it's good. You alone can stay but with wife and children... I can't even think of it

That property management cheating with oyo customers. 1. When i was search oyo app rooms other-then room clearly mentioned if you want stay rtpc test required when i was searching the time not showing in front of search results in this hotel 2. When i checked in the room time they can’t tell this information they will provide room key and collect it my id proofs they will not return at time time my proofs - if you need clearance check cctv footage 3. Once i go the room they will knock my room and ask to come out immediately ask RTPC test i said I already vaccinated then why asking they said you need to continue room pay 1500rs or immediately vacate the room. They said Other costumers waiting for room.

Scam!!! Not even worth for single star. The checkin time says 12:00 its a noontime. When we call and request for an early checkin they will accept, but at the time receptionist will say rooms are not available, so ealry checkin will cost extra 900. The rooms and services also not good. Don't waste your money and time

Unprofessional staff and zero customer service. I had booked 2 rooms for 5 of us in booking.com and made a partial payment as they demanded payment stating there is a huge demand for the rooms. So when we checked in the staff asked for RT-PCR negative certificate for all 5 which was not informed to us while booking nor during making the partial payment. The staff denied us check in and asked us to pay separately and take the room without RT-PCR certificate which was a higer price than we booked. And the irony was the staff wasn't even wearing mask and the reception looked like a Decorated dust bin. As the customer care was unreachable we cancelled the stay and made alternate arrangements. Worst experience. Don't even think of booking room here.

The hotel is not what it's advertised as, the location is pretty bad, unprofessional employees, unhygienic atmosphere, dirty room, the bed sheets were dirty and stained, I would highly NOT recommend this to anyone, extremely horrendous.

Waste of money..... Not worth for money... No TV.... No bedsheets..... Nothing available....... So please don't stay...... Price in OYO is one price... But their price is different.... So please don't choose this🙏

Very Bad Hotel, Horrible Stay, Bed sheet not clean may be from month, just repeating Dirty and after Many Reminder , Not change bed sheet. No Room Service, small bathroom , Dirty water

Very very worst booking experience in my whole life time.. they cheating me.. they asking additional payment.. they already give my booked room to other's.. my payment also still not be refunded.. my suggestion for owner and working staffs better to close the hotel room and go for begging...
