First thing we noticed here is the parking space which is big when compared to other shops nearby . We request the owners to provide free masks and carry bags which most shops don’t do often. Customer reception should be improved . The quality of products were good and the price is bit high.

Good parking space and the collections are very good. Nicely welcomed. Sale person are some what knowledged on their sectio. Billing experience also quite good since there were less crowd in the week day. May be marketing and display of the offers are very less which l am shopping.

Got a call from them to put favourable rating. Told them I can’t after suffering twice in the billing section. They are not running charity.

If you want to buy regular use dresses for you kid. Its the best place, only problem is billing. You have to wait more than you spend for dress selection.

Are you ruining a shop as NGO?Are you selling products in 0 profit, Don't you earn 1 rupee from your customer and have 1 rupee to provide a carry bag to your customer. even if you are trying to make money from a carrybag as well. how the corporate mentality operates. People would be better away by these corporate-minded shops, They think people are foolish and they are intelligent

Goods with good quality. They should have more friendly staff who can actually help. While everyone throws the dress on the floor if rejected after trial, it looks clumsy when others want to buy something from that section. When it comes to managing queues in billing, all offers are shared while billing and customers are asked to purchase something additional to utilise the discount. Also the queue management is worse at its peak, where just to buy a few clothes we had to stand in a queue for more than 20 mins and other queues were jumping customers. The queue should be managed like a railway/airline ticket booking where, people stand on the queue and the person can utilise whichever queue gets free. That will help them to manage the queue efficiently. Hope the management listens.

Has fewer collection in Men's section half sleeved shirts. Good customer service

Incorrect Google maps location took me to nxt street near pothys parking area. Collections are less comparing to other stores. Nominal price. Less expensive compared to chrompet saravana. Good parking space for car and bikes. Very good response from staff. Tshirts and other kids wears or cheaper than chrompet saravana stores. Well maintained store. Plz do check google maps and select exact location.

Went today. Billing was a disaster. Edit: Went again today. Billing is still a disaster on weekday. It took 1 hour. Donot take Rs. 499 membership. its a funny trap to steal your pocket

We have purchased around Rs-7500/-, they are supposed to offer a trolley bag with minimum amount, but they said they don't have stock..?

I went to max 2 months back...! Salesperson vennila helped me alot to chose the appropriate dresses...! She patiently assisted to chose my western outfits! Really felt to appreciate her patience..Thanks alot! Max has many good collections!
