My experience to share at hotel Joel inn am booked at Oyo. Nice hotel and gud experience. Compare to another hotel Joel inn room cleaning, bathroom so neat and clean. We provide shop shampoo and bath towel.

My experience with a hotel booked through OYO was highly disappointing. Despite not physically checking in, the hotel marked us as "checked-in" without our consent. When we reached out to OYO's customer care for help, they proved to be unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving us stranded without any assistance. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Reception guy is a shameless person to ask three times the fare even though we already paid through booking. They are playing with customers and making money shamelessly.

Never ever try to book this hotel online. It's a honeymoon hotel for local couples. They take online bookings and always demand double amounts when you reach there. Scam and fraud business.
