It's a place to sleep if your looking for a cheap place near the ocean. Wasn't a bad hotel but looks are deceiving and the employees are judgemental and uncooperative. Almost got tossed from here after extending my stay for another TWO NIGHTS for hanging on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. I'm a decent size guy and if I was hanging from that fan the ceiling would've caved in. The bathroom door doesn't close properly and the vibration jarred it loose and the maintenance man even said somebody unbolted it from the stud and it had no support, after falsely accusing me of hanging on this thing. Don't ask for extra towels or any personal hygiene supplies because the maid will lose her mind. Other than that if your half decent you'll be fine here. They have a pool which is nice. You can drink almost anywhere here as long as your not stupid about doing it. Replying to the owner I was not gonna be charged for your ceiling fan and how you had it rigged in the middle of a tile with no support to have it held up so the tile wouldn't break. Your maintenance employee said the same thing, maybe if your bathroom door was aligned with the walls and you didn't have to slam it then lift the door to make it fit that would've never happened.

This place was absolutely horrible! My family and I stayed 2 nights. We left our room to go grab food because it was my birthday. When we left our room door was completely fine, and when we came back it looked like someone was trying to break in the room and the door handle was broke. We told management as soon as we got back. The maintenance man came and replaced the broken spring in the door handle. A few minutes later management called my room and told me they were keeping my 20$ security deposit for the damage. Now mind you we came back to the room with the broken door handle. Then the microwave didn't work, and we were afriad to even tell management because we didn't want to be charged anymore. Later on I checked my bank account to see what I had left and they also took out another 10$ and I'm not sure what for. Over all we felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

If I could give it no stars I would. Horrible place. Front desk very unprofessional. From clear tape on the cracks in the windows. Electrical tape on the holes in the curtains. Flies on in the inside of the room. Not to mention the overwhelming smell. I told the front desk the room and hotel was not up to par like the pictures made it out to be. I did not want the room and they still charged my friends card for the stay we took it as a loss and went somewhere else.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! We put a do not disturb sign on our door as we were gone for the day and when we came back we stopped at the main office to get some towels and toilet paper. The guy at the desk asked us if housekeeping came up to our room, and we mentioned we had the DND sign on our door as to not have people in our room when we were gone (not the BEST area, and we are from out of town and we left some valuables in the room). We only stayed here because our Air BnB fell through, and this location was ideal for our weekend plans. The guy then laughed at us and said "well that's your fault, I can't give you anything." I was disbelief!! Finally after going back and forth, I managed to get some supplies, being ridiculed the whole time. This happened each and every time we kindly asked for supplies. Housekeeping came up to our room after that, and the lady was extremely rude belittling us, and saying she was going to charge us extra because one of the used face towels had makeup on it. Not only was the service horrendous, but the TV did not work, the room was DISGUSTING, and there were bugs all over everything!!!! This place needs a huge upgrade, everything from the actual rooms to the people running the establishment. I will never stay here again!!!!

This place is poorly run by an inefficient manager who fails to help customers and is completely idle when it comes to doing his job. "The man behind the glass" is a complete moron, who has no business operating a hotel; he should be ashamed of himself for the quality of effort and work he puts into his job. His lack of professionalism is pitiful. In addition to the poor customer service, the hotel is old and run down. It lacks cleanliness and customer commodities. 0/10 for this place, DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also, the manager has a deal with a towing service (run by low-life overweight individuals) that attempts to charge customers with invalid parking. There is an inefficient warning side on the wall that is unapparent to customers pulling into the parking lot. All in all, THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!! There are plenty of other hotels in the area that you can have a more pleasant stay at for the money. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

Went here on a vacation a few years ago. Very nice in my opinion. Rooms were okay at best. They weren't perfect, but I'd say they were acceptable. I honestly enjoyed my stay there and If me and my family are ever in the area again, I'll suggest that we stay at this hotel again.

Owner with zero sympathy for guests. Slept first night on the couch at the lobby because the key provided for my room didn't work,owner/manager didn't answer my phones and ringing bell (as he was asleep). Owner woke me up in the morning and refused to pay back my first night. Owner responded as : "Due to covid, we close at night,and your note for being arriving late 1:00-2:00 didn't mention PM or AM...." such a little kid answer.. Bottom line,you should feel bad if a guest ended up sleeping like a homeless in your motel.

Thought we had booked a non smoking room but that was obviously not the case. The smell permeated everything we had. The floor had stains on it that I was scared to even look at too closely. The room was so gross I refused to even use the sink or sleep under the covers. We left the next morning and this place only gets one star instead of zero because they refunded me for the second night I had booked. But I will never stay here again.

The name has changed on this place, it used to be called "Neptune Motor Lodge," but thats all that has changed about this place. The rooms are clean but horribly outdated as is the rest of the building and pool area which remains closed and is in need of DESEPERATE repair. I remember partying at this place back in the late 1990s, early 2000s and the decor has not changed one bit... the only thing they have done is painted inside the rooms and only changed the carpets in select rooms. To me, there is NO justification for them charging any type of increased rates for the summer when they dont even have a pool. Nothing really draws you to it other than not being able to find a room anywhere else. Very run down in appearance as well.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was clean and grounds were clean. Staff was friendly and everyone said hello when they passed us throughout our stay. We were even able to check in early for our stay during a busy music festival weekend. Would stay here again.

For the price in the winter not the worst. But... otherwise idk... real neptuneish.lol. if u need a place to crash if ur all drunk. It works. close to 2 good bar/restaurants. Sunsets and headliner

A second review . I work in a hotel and was off work. I've never seen this type of motel run by only 2 people and have such bad communication skills. This place needs to be shut down .

This Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The front desk staff is absolutely the worst. When I arrived I had to wait almost 20 min for them to open the front door to let me in. Not only did they not let me in, but they told me that my room was already booked. I had already made my reservation. I could clearly see on my app that room was still being held for me. The young kid in the front must have had his friends in the room and turned a customer away. The rudest and worst customer service. I ended up having to stay at a rest stop in my car.I wanted to speak to the manager the next day and it turns out that the staff member form the night before was the manager's son, so of course that went nowhere. Well I hope this review helps.

A mess!! if you are desperate like i was and even then. Well i had a place to sleep once i bought my own linens.

The place has improved since last year. Maybe because I got to interact with the managers wife a little and it turns out she is a nice woman. Being a friendly owner makes a big difference in a review.

Wife and I loved this room. It had a jacuzzi and nice king size bed that was extremely comfortable. At first we were a little taken back because some of the decor looked old, but I think they are remodeling. We were able to walk to the train station and booked last minute through their website. Can't beat the price!

The room I reserved had 2 full size beds. They were very comfortable. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The bathroom could use a little bit of bleach, but other then that it was clean. There was a full size refrigerator in the room which was great. The Hotel is right next to a marina which is beautiful. Its located within 5 minutes of several of the beaches. Breakfast was acceptable. (bagels, donuts, cereal, coffee, tea, orange juice)
