Where do I begin? Dr. Schoenfeld is the absolute best. I consulted with multiple surgeons before I decided to go with him for my procedure. His extensive knowledge, amicable demeanor, and past work made him stand out from others. During the consultation, he was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained the risks, and explained the precautions taken to minimize them. The procedure itself was a breeze. I had significant bruising and swelling, but I experienced minimal pain and discomfort. After a week or so, I felt pretty close to normal, and after two weeks, most of the bruising and facial swelling subsided. I am currently about 1-month post-op (with thick skin), and I love the results. Each day, I love my results more. If you're considering ethnic rhinoplasty (or rhinoplasty in general), Dr. Schoenfeld should be your first choice.

I went to Dr. Schoenfeld for endoscopic sinus surgery, turbinate reduction, septoplasty, polyp removal, and a cosmetic rhinoplasty. The scheduling process were very easy, and his surgical coordinator is extremely organized making the process even easier. Before the surgery, she gave me a bunch of supplements to help with swelling and bruising, and it really made a difference! His team is very supportive and comforting during the process. The man himself, Dr. Schoenfeld, is a wonderful doctor and a great person. He is extremely knowledgable, especially with changing the shape of your nose to make sure it fits your face. I am so so SO happy with the work he did, and I’m certain there is no other doctor out there that could’ve given me what he did. I breathe monumentally better, and I love the look of my nose. After a few consultations here in NY for aLower Blepharoplasty I was referred to Dr. Schoenfeld. I had a wonderful zoom consultation and felt extremely comfortable after speaking with him. Dr. Schoenfeld performed my 4th revision rhinoplasty on June 16, 2023, he completely rebuilt my nose, I'm still healing but already looks fantastic! In 2015 was infected with MRSA in nose that collapsed right nostril. Had surgery in 2016 from a plastic surgeon I randomly picked online which failed, tried another surgeon in 2018 that disfigured my nose, in 2020 once again tried a different surgeon to fix it, but still failed to make it look normal. After feeling absolutely hopeless and depressed, reached out to someone that recommended Dr. Schoenfeld for having amazing results on the most difficult cases and felt very confident with my decision as soon as I had my consultation.

My son broke his nose while surfing in Mexico , January 2023. The trauma to his nose and his nasal septum was substantial and he could not breathe thru his nose since. In Israel all the ENT surgeons told us to wait 1 year from the trauma before surgery. It didn't seen right to wait so long without being able to breathe ... I found Dr. Schoenfeld on Google, and read about him being one of the top ENT surgeons in the USA. I chose him because his before and after pics were the best of them all. We had a video consultation with him and he told us that he had much experience with such trauma and that he would have done the surgery months ago.He was very patient and nice answering all our questions. His cost was not more than it would have been in Israel, privately. We traveled from Israel to Dr. Schoenfeld in Washington DC. He and his lovely staff did everything to help accommodate us and get settled in - hotels etc. Everything went very smoothly. After the operation my son was closely monitored and I felt I had an answer to any concern. There was even a lot less bruising than I had expected. 1 week after the op. Dr. Schoenfeld removed my son's nose cast and we were amazed how good it looked. Almost exactly like it did before the accident! Most importantly, he breathes! I highly recommend Dr. Schoenfeld. He is kind, professional and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like some others I found. We are very pleased!

In Jan 2022, I had sustained a pretty bad fracture to my already existing "poorly functioning" nose and was eager to find the best surgeon in the area to repair. Dr. Schoenfeld came highly recommended from a family friend, so I had sent him an email. Update after rhinoplasty - Saw Dr. Schoenfeld for lip filler & cheek filler. I am absolutely obsessed with the results and can see the difference immediately after. I have the highest recommendation for Dr. Schoenfeld. I cannot recommend him more highly! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. He is an expert in otolaryngology, head/neck surgery, and plastic/reconstructive surgery and the most personable, caring doctor you will ever see! I sought evaluation and treatment by Dr. Schoenfeld after being referred to him by another physician in the DC-area. I was suffering for years with congestion and impaired breathing through my nose. After spending a great deal of time happily answering my questions, he ordered comprehensive testing to evaluate my situation. Previous ENT doctors had not been as comprehensive with me. Dr. Schoenfeld performed the necessary surgery to help reconstruct my nose and improve my breathing. I had a great experience with his staff, the actual surgery (pre-op/post-op), and the surgery center. In addition, Dr. Schoenfeld identified that my headaches were arising from bruxism during sleep. Again, previous doctors/nurses were unable to identify this and effectively help me with this concern. RENU is termed "artful medicine" and I agree 100% - Dr. Schoenfeld is a master of his craft and his expertise specializing specifically in head and neck surgery was important to me in choosing a surgeon. I will continue recommending friends, family, and everyone I know to Dr. Schoenfeld's practice.

I came to Dr. Schoenfeld for a revision septorhinoplasty after a primary caused problems with breathing, sinus drainage, and even migraines. The best word to describe the state my nose was in was "mangled." I was hoping for both functional and aesthetic improvements to my nose. Aesthetically, I was specifically hoping for a nose that was not caving in and that looked like it belonged on my face. I was hoping for a natural look that fit my face in particular and not a "one size fits all" approach. Dr. Schoenfeld spent over an hour with me during my consultation and gave me the space to ask every question I had. He confirmed that my nose was a complicated case but that improvements could definitely be made. He explained the complex procedure in detail, showed me the changes he would make, made sure to set realistic expectations, and above all treated me warmly and like a human being. Both he and his wonderful staff made themselves available to me via phone call/email whenever I had questions or concerns, which I am so grateful for! After surgery, Dr. Schoenfeld was again warm and reassuring when removing my stitches and splints, which I had been quite nervous about due to a previous bad experience. When the splints and cast were removed, I was ecstatic. I can breathe fully from my nose now, am not experiencing any sinus pressure or infections, and have had only one migraine (the day after surgery, which makes sense) since the procedure when I was previously having about 4 per week. I cannot express how happy and grateful I am for being able to function so much better! In addition to this, my nose genuinely looks better than the morphs done pre-surgery. It shocked me when the cast was removed because it looks like an infinitely better version of the nose I was born with! It completely fits my face, looks natural, and is exactly what I wanted but didn't think would be achievable. Someone told me I should give my surgeon an award, and I agree 100%, which is why I am writing this review. I could not have had better care or better results, and I am very grateful I chose Dr. Schoenfeld and his team for this complicated procedure.

When I met Dr. Schoenfeld, I already had two terrible rhinoplasties, both VERY traumatic and with very bad results. After those surgeries, I was in bed for almost a month, very swollen, and in a lot of pain, so of course, thinking about another surgery was very stressful for me, but at the same time, I still needed my deviated septum to be fixed so I could breathe. I visited Dr. Schoenfeld three times before making a decision. But after reading a lot of his reviews, researching a lot about his skills, his knowledge, how well-known he was, and the fantastic support, patience, and expertise of his team, on February 2022, I decided to get my third nose surgery, hoping to finally I could breath better. First of all, after my surgery, I had NO BRUISING AT ALL.  NO BRUISING!!!!! I felt very good after my second day, and my swelling was very mild.  It was just amazing to see the difference between this surgery and my last two ones.  This time, I felt amazing, and I was so well prepared by everyone at Dr. Schoenfeld's office; it was just a very good experience. Today, after ten months, I can happily write that I'm very happy with my nose, I can breathe sooo much better, and even my allergies are better.  Dr. Schoenfeld has been super nice, patient, and understanding of all my fears, and answered all my questions. I had buccal fat removal with Dr. Schoenfeld in 2021. Paid eight thousand dollars for a simple procedure. Two years later, I was dealing with uneven cheeks because he had removed too much fat on my right side. I have been fixing the unevenness with Sculptra, but might have to undergo fat grafting in the future. I was genuinely surprised how unprofessionally he behaved for such a renowned doctor. I'm Asian American. When I stepped into his office for the first time, I was greeted with the following utterance: "Let me guess which country you are from." He guessed the country I was "really from" incorrectly, by the way. After the procedure, he kept commenting on how fat my face was and that he couldn't believe how much fat he had to remove. Not only that, he showed my face to "his girls" at the front desk and repeated the same comments to them.
