Received excellent care. Tracey and her staff always makes me feel comfortable and they show sincerity in not only my health and anything personally I may be going through.

Kelli was wonderful during my well checkup visit. She took her time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She was very thorough yet put my mind at ease with her calm disposition. I'm so thankful for your team!

I feel very comfortable with the entire professional staff in the office. I have just started seeing doctors again, after feeling like my needs were not being met by my previous PCP. Each visit, it feels like I get the full attention of every staff member who is attending to me. I am also pleased that I can participate in the training of future doctors,, via the internship program. My visits never seem rushed, and the doctors have always taken the time to make sure I understand any guidance or instruction offered to me. My health is treated like a team effort, and I am thankful for that. I have had occassional questions between appointments, and the callback responses have been quick.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is a pleasure to work with and they are always helpful, informative and courteous. Tracy is the best and will help anyway she can either during office visits or I have talked to her after hours.

The office staff is welcoming and friendly. The nurse talks to me which is comforting since I hate the whole weighing and bp phase. Tracy is patient and kind and thorough and really takes time to learn about me as a person. I trust her with all my health concerns.

I love Melinda. She actually really cares about you. There aren’t too many Dr.s anymore that don’t make you feel rushed, and take the time to listen to you. They do here. If you are thinking about coming here, you won’t regret it.

South Mountain Community Health can be described in two words - competence and compassion; in this manner, they are unique among healthcare providers. Everyone there listens to you entirely; each appointment involves a two-way dialogue. My appointments are typically longer in duration than previous providers that I've had, as the Nurse Practitioners at South Mountain Community Health focus on the whole person - body, mind, and spirit, and they genuinely care about the total welfare of each patient.

Tracey is the best NP. She is kind, concerned and thorough. The office staff is also the best. Friendly & efficient. So glad we have this team for our health care.

I had an excellent experience at South Mountain Community Health. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was short. I felt that the care I received from Tracey, the NP was very comprehensive and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Its always a pleasure to come to. Staff always friendly, was seen on time. Nurse Doc always seem knowledgeable and very helping and concerned with your health. I like how they listen and don't push meds down your through and send you home. I have been going for years today was my yearly physical ALL IN THE GREEN😍🌹👏 A+

Tracey is the absolute kindest, most willing to listen (!!!!!! i need to emphasize that part), and overall best primary care provider i’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing, and her front office staff is always kind and helpful as well. I always feel welcome when i walk in and i’ve never felt like my concerns were not heard. would give 10 stars if I could!!

The practitioners here are wonderful- so kind and caring. My visit was tela-health, which I greatly appreciated, as I could not physically get there in person (illness prevented me from doing so). I appreciated that they understood that and that Tela-health was still an option.
