I wanted a subtle cooler balayage, and she turned me completely blonde. It was like the stylist didn’t listen to me at all. She asked if I wanted money pieces and I said no, but she gave me money pieces anyway. The transition from my natural hair to the dyed is so harsh, my friends tried comforting me by saying “at least it’s already growing out!” But that didn’t make me feel better at all… I don’t want my hair to look like I dyed it a terrible yellow blonde months ago? I want it to look like I JUST went to the salon…because that’s what I did. I know that not all hair is the same and sometimes you can’t get exact color matches to photos, but I know for a fact that my hair can pull that cool tone because my usual stylist does it perfectly well. I paid $400 for this and was not happy at all. Let this be a warning to never stray from your usual stylist even if they’re on vacation!! You can wait!! LOL…

Wonderful experience! When my hair stylist of almost 30 years retired last year I went to Erica at the Glen Burnie location. I was extremely apprehensive but she made me feel at ease. She is absolutely amazing. She is extremely talented and her kindness to everyone is truly remarkable. I wish I could give her 100 stars because that is what she deserves!

Nicole was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I know nothing about hair, what is or isn’t possible, what will look good, etc. My hair is naturally a medium brown & I told Nicole I wanted to go as blonde as possible while being able to let it grow out & not have to get my hair done often - which I feel like is a bit of an oxymoron because going super blonde needs more maintenance. I also wanted very very cool in tone, even slightly purple. Nicole was able to understand what I was hoping for & use her professional knowledge & experience to come up with a solution that goes for what I’m hoping for while giving me something that looks good & natural. She did thin highlights on top to keep it natural & low maintenance while adding bigger highlights underneath to give more blonde with any chunkiness staying hidden. And she was able to achieve the tone I was going for - very very cool & almost purple. She was able to schedule me for just a tone for next time - which will be cost effective & quick while maintaining the tone I like. That’s very helpful because I procrastinate scheduling appointments & I never would’ve thought myself to just come in for a tone. Nicole was also very nice & easy to talk to. I wanted a new colorist for a while & was dreading the awkwardness of spending that much time with someone new, but Nicole was very personable, genuine, & not awkward.

I got a hair cut by Skylar about two weeks ago along with a glaze. The glaze itself is great but the haircut did not turn out as expected. I asked for a u shape but it turned out to look like a sharp v and I also asked to make it to where the ends did not look chunky. I spoke to management asking for a refund and when I had asked for a refund he ignored what I said and asked me when I was available and booked another appointment with me instead. Then I called again and received a call back from Erika . I stated to her I would much rather just go back to my stylist in another state . She stated again that she could not issue a refund due to the policy stating that if the hair is fixable then a refund cannot be issued . I let her know again that I did not want to go back and just wanted to get it fixed by my original stylist. Also I told them I could send an email of my hair and the results of the cut to show proof of the mess up but she just ignored it and stated that nothing could be done unless I came in and got it fixed by a level 4 . I’m not sure what the difference is between a level 1 and level 4 but I also stated that it would be nice if customers are aware of whether a stylist is new or newer to the field . I have no issue with the stylist but I think the managers should be more clear as well as having better customer service. I just wanted to leave a review because I would rather this not happen to a future customer.

Alissa is amazing!!! She’s talented at what she does! Very sweet, very accommodating, and understanding. I began my hair journey needing corrective services for the length + layers and the coloring jobs I had received prior. She cut my hair to its most longest and healthiest length possible, letting me keep it still to my waist. I accidentally went too heavy on the color choice of toner the first time, so I returned and Alissa helped me get it back to dark ashy blonde swiftly. I love her work and appreciate everything very much! It’s perfect and I couldn’t be more happy with the result! Smiling from ear to ear😁

Tristin is the best!! She transforms my hair into a beautiful master piece every time, I can't even believe it's my hair!! I get so many compliments - my hair has never looked better. I'm so glad I found her!
