Well organized, clean, so many items, friendly staff. They carry most brand and have a big clearance section.

Wasn't seeing any special finds or labels on the clothes racks for women. A lot of inventory with not much diversity in selections or labels. For example rows of basic cardigans or t-shirts. Prices were really high on items I wouldn't expect, like $50 for dress pants that were just basic and a label I've never heard of. I didn't have time to look at accessories or other departments, so the store might have more to offer but I was hoping to be more excited by the clothes. The store itself is very organized and well kept.

Best selection of shoes Ive ever seen in any Nordstrom Rack. Clothes were eh but Id go back for the shoes alone!!!

My family and I frequent your store in Potomac Mills, VA. quite a bit. We are please with the selection, prices and location. However this morning I went in the store to pick up my wife package. I saw Kayla when I first came in. She looked at me and looked away, no greeting. I said excuse me, we were pretty close so I know she could hear me. I said excuse me again, she turned around seemingly annoyed. She said yes. I didn't understand the attitude as I have never seen here before in my life. I asked where do you pick up packages from an online order. She said do you have the barcode? I showed her the barcode and she just began pushing buttons on her little machine. She scanned the bar code, and went to get the box. She came back put the box on the counter and walked away. I was taken back and really surprised. I have nothing but good experiences and customer service at this location. I left feeling unappreciated and frustrated. My family and I will have to find another location to spend our money if Kayla and others like her give the same treatment.

Really like the store, but online shopping I’ll probably never do again. I ordered a handbag for my wife received and email saying it was going to be delivered today, it never was so I called customer service they said it wasn’t going to be delivered for another week from now! If I’d known that I would’ve just purchased from the store. I was just asking myself since when does it take 2 weeks to deliver something simple. I mean im in VA and according to customer service it’s currently in NJ 3 hours away but going to take 5 more days to get here! 😵‍💫😂

I was getting my walk in during the mall walkers hour at the mall but Nordstrom had opened early for the holiday season and I noticed they had hats 70% off so I went in and bought one and then finished my walk. It was great!

Let say I had purchased online from actual store Northstrom online site well things didn’t worked out need to return and it says any northstrom rack you can take it back and I’m like wow amazing finally took my return to rack and well made it little uncomfortable cause product was over $500 I’m surprised what could you buy from Northstrom less than $500 it’s expensive store they had to get manager approval and it says jewelry and watches cannot return at rack which I get it and I was not even doing it but finally return and they asked me next time don’t return here take it back to actual store I’m like it’s bit strange. Well all goes well …

The women's section is great from what my wife and her friends think, but as an old school nordy rack head the men's department is subpar. Decent cologne selections and great kids shoes department.
