Luk fu was at one point my favorite! The quality and taste has gone down tremendously! It’s almost as if the chicken fried rice wasn’t even cooked (pictures attached). I tried it, because sometimes food that doesn’t look good can still taste great (lol) and it tasted worst than what it looks like. Gross!

The first time I ever came here was about 8 months ago. It was pouring rain, I had just lost my home, and I knew I would be sleeping at a nearby rest stop. I ordered the pad thai. Talk about fresh, full of flavor and good. The second time I came here I ordered some dumplings, spring rolls, and was about to get the pad thai. BUT, I met a gentleman in the Army and he shared all kinds of sushi he ordered with me. I never had sushi before and never really wanted to try it. However, it was absolutely amazing! Tonight, I'm eating sushi, sipping some jasmine tea, and eating the freshest bao buns I've ever had in my life! This place is a must try! It is worth every penny, and it's fresh. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back! Have some noodle soups and I want to try the Mongolian beef. BACK AGAIN! Why not? It's only 11 degrees out and the wind chill is almost subzero temps, I got the shrimp and pork dumpling soup with udon noodles. I'd place this at my number two spot in Maryland for noodle soups.

I love the food. The sushi is so good. I love the scenery of Maryland Live Casino in the background. It’s so exciting and a vibe to just sit back enjoy your time with Family & Friends!

Check your receipts! I will NEVER eat at Luk Fu again after the waitress could not explain to me why Dark was written on the receipt. What does Dark have to do with shrimp fried rice or spring rolls? Why? A couple of other patrons that were the same skin color had it on their receipts as well. Such a shame, the food was good but not good enough for me to go back. More for others to enjoy.

Pricey place for a 5th division quality food. So greasy, lack of customer service. $19 for a cheap liquor cocktail. Wouldn’t be back

Today, March 3, 2023, I ordered one large fried rice with shrimp and chicken to go and hostess said $37.49, I said what? Say that again. She repeated it and I asked my wife, do you still want this? She said yes, because for $37 she figured that it would be a large size and very tasty. I must say that I was disappointed in the portion size. The food however tasted ok, but not $37 ok. Then to make matters worse, is how the hostess looked at me when I questioned the price. If looks could kill I would be dead. So we were told that the food would be ready in 30 minutes. We proceeded to take a seat at the bar that had yet to be cleaned up and the other hostess refused to let us sit there saying that there is no waiting area and that they were busy. I counted 6 open seats at the bar and 4 open tables and no one waiting in line to be seated. I believe that she did this because I am Black and was dressed down due to rain and cold outside. I will not go back there again and I plan to share this information with tens of thousands of social media users. What also gets me is that this restaurant is inside of Maryland Live Casino and nearly half the patrons are Black. If I have my way, Luk Fu would be out of luck! UPDATE: On March 4, 2023 the owner replied to my review via email and asked me to contact them via email. I did so and it is now March 18th and no response. Hopefully they will check their spam folder and get back to me with a solution if they mean to make it right.

The place was exquisite and enjoyable. The staff here was very attentive and friendly. The food was made fresh and to order. The staff described the dishes and informed us what they were before we ordered. The food is served quick and presented well. Enjoyable and delightful.

Not bad! My Shiu Mai took a bit long to come out but once it did, good flavor and enjoyed it. Service was good. 2 gin and tonics were nice. $45 + tip

I truly recommend the beef, shrimp PHO, shrimp, or beef lo mein, also the crab rangoon, or the cheesesteak egg rolls they are so good with a decent price point

This is my first time writing a negative review EVER, my very 1st time… I usually don’t bother. But the food here was absolutely terrible. The appetizers are usually always good, but here… not even the appetizers or the drinks! I was so disappointed all around…

I got the beef bulgogi and it was absolutely delicious! Super friendly too would definitely eat here again when I come back! Fresh kimchi and rice too ❤️

Not worth the expensive price for the food quality. If you can get out of the casino to eat, do it. It's a shame cause it smells so yummy.

Hello My experience at Luk fu was exceptional. The service excellent. Food was so good we ordered to go She had beef and broccoli and ibjad Singapore rice noodles. 5/26/2022 = 4 Star = Good food but price to high , we have no choice coz we love Chinese food.

Went Sunday around 4:30. Waitress came to take our order. Ordered a cocktail was told no bartender until after 6? In a casino restaurant?!? 1st dish I tried to order they had changed it from what was in the menu, fine was willing to try it. Second dish was no longer offered as this was an old menu apparently. Asked about an updated menu they didn't have one. Got up and left w/o food. It's a shame because this place used to be really good, but now it's a mess. Would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered for fried rice chicken and vegetables and look what I got it was a to go meal so when I got home I didn’t get to see what I got and I’m very disappointed in this restaurant

First and foremost, I would like to say that you all need a more diverse culture at this restaurant. When we were greeted, it felt forced and we weren’t offered water until like 5 minutes later. It felt like a crime to ask for any sauce or etc. and I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color, but the experience was very unwelcoming. To make things worse, the food was super bland and overall overpriced. I caught the gentleman that had served us, wipe his mouth with no sink in sight. Again, I will not be returning. You guys are horrible.

The customer service is the very worst. They really don't care because they are in the casino and they have a constant clientele but honestly, it's an overpriced carry out. They add a gratuity on your bill regardless of their lack luster service, so you already know they don't care how they treat you. Honestly, in America in general I feel like service and quality is going down the drain but prices are going up because they "feel" people can and will pay. I really hope you all do better. If you all are going to charge like royalty, the very least you can do is treat your child that way. I mean after all, you need your clients in order to stay in business, not the other way around.

We used to LOVE this restaurant! We recently visited Philadelphia Live and REALLY enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere. Came to MD Live and it was an epic fail. The food was disgusting, the service was completely unacceptable! We had to keep asking for a waiter or waitress and they charged us $10 for extra egg & onion in our shrimp fried rice! We waited 90 mins for our food just for it to be room temperature! We were very disappointed and will not be returning unless it’s at the Philadelphia location.

So first of all this place is actually inside the casino so don't expect it to be too quiet. Service was good no complaints there. The char siu bao pork buns were solid my only thing is that there wasn't a lot of filling and a lot of breading but it tasted good nonetheless. The general tso chicken was ok, not too different from othe Chinese places. The wok fried noodles were also ok, nothing crazy. The cheesesteak spring rolls were ok, I think I preference the cheesesteak eggrolls that somewhere place have. The drinks were good and were decently strong, would definitely reccomend the drinks here, the lychee martini was really good. Overall had a good experience no major complaints. Would recommend if you just needed somewhere to get food while in the casino.

Decided to give them a try. Let’s start off with the service. I was seated fairly quickly, 15 min later the waitress asked us what we would like. Food came quick small portions rice noodles very dry over cooked almost like reheated. Received drinks after food was table . Customer service terrible if you’re black.

I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't wanting there my fiance and I came once before and had a good experience. Food, service, and atmosphere 👌🏿 but this last time will be the last time my noodles tasted Microwaved the server wasn't even INTERESTED in greeting us. We were just looking around. The couple next to us left. The price was high and after the food was ordered we had to ASK for our food and drinks which came out very late almost had to just walk off because we felt disrespected. And to finish the bad experience the BILL was $129, I'd rather go to a corner carry-out.

For a place that has Noodles in the title I was expecting good noodles. Flavor was not part of the noodles and the chicken did not hit the mark. The house Saki definitely missed the mark, I will not express what it tasted like but I've experienced better house Saki. This was definitely a miss and I couldn't recommend if you enjoy noodles, but hey I hear there Sushi is ok....

First time eating here and it definitely won't be the last. The service was great even at 1am. The food was wonderful!

Went to eat yesterday 1/22 after work around 12:30am bcus of pregnancy cravings. I ordered shrimp fried rice and the color was light, the taste was so bland and you can’t even feel that you’re eating fried rice as there were barely eggs, no veggies and not even garnished on it. I also ordered beef tendon soup and the soup was probably been seating for a while as it came almost cold that a toddler can eat it right away and not blow it before eating. Overall, The price of the food is not worth it and I should’ve probably went to a typical Chinese restaurant.
