I tried to Switch my sons Doctor to This One and they are all over the place. I Was told in order to get my child scheduled they needed his record. I tried to get this Release form from them and every Lady I spoke to said they would email it to me, after calling the forth time someone finally emailed me a pdf of the form. I emailed back IMMEDIATELY and never heard back. Today I decided to call to see if I can get him scheduled…. And to my surprise they claim they haven’t received my release form. … I just don’t understand how or why they couldn’t reach out to me ? I’m just trying to get a physical. I literally wasted a week and a half with these People. but Luckily I have found Much more organized office and have my Baby scheduled for next week . You guys seriously need to GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

I would rate no stars if possible, The staff In Hagerstown’s are not helpful! what so ever! I relocated to Virginia and wanted last physical & shot records sent for my 2 sons. I was prepared to wait but one of the representatives said I might as well request the whole record because my kids had under maybe five visits here. She also mentioned. I could get the record same day. I sent the request in, another lady in the office picked it up I called in hours later to check on the status because the lady I had spoke to before said it will only take minutes. The lady in the office informed me that it would take two weeks for the whole record. I then requested to get just the last visit (physical). Explain to her why I requested the whole record in the first place. she then proceeded to say that would take two weeks too. & was very rude after I explained to her what is going on my end. Not only that she asked me several times what did I want, when she had already said she received my fax that I sent. She asked me my name several times and the whole request was hand written in the fax I sent to the office. After thinking long and hard. Why would they treat me the way they were. I read on the site that they have an actual portal that I can go in and pull medical record myself!!! None of the staff mention this tool to me nor did they try to assist any further. Do not bring your children here stay away

I went to this doctor as a child and this doctors office is horrible, they NEVER could give me a proper diagnosis for anything, for example when I was having breathing issues they said it was allergies when really I was having asthma but was never diagnosed until going to a specialist, I had a lot of skin issues again they told me allergies but really it was eczema, when I have a broken wrist they told me it was a sprain 🤦‍♀️. One of the nurses were EXTREMELY unprofessional and would say smart remarks to me and my siblings when we CHILDREN. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place better doctors else where 👎🏼

Wait times for the Dr are long, which typically don't bother me too much but when calling to speak to someone about my children the staff are not very pleasant. Recently had my daughter brought in due to irritability and congestion (17 months old) . My daughter has waxy ears and they couldn't see the eardrum due to wax so they used a machine for it...barely showed an indication of an ear infection. The provider was going to leave it at that. I Asked them to clean her ears so they could better see if she had an ear infection (which I would have thought they would have come to that conclusion of cleaning them themselves) which she did indeed have an ear infection. I also asked for a covid test since family was coming to visit the next day. Next day they call saying she was covid positive. Thats it. No follow up questions or instructions. I got more information from the covid response team for my son when I notified we were in direct contact and the md health Dept who have checked in with us. The providers have yet to check in on my daughter since testing poSitive. If it wasn't for me advocating for my daughter, we wouldn't have known she had an ear infection and 2, wouldn't have known she had covid and could have exposed my immune compromised inlaws who were supposed to be visiting the next day. Very disappointed in their responsiveness to my daughter's illness

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Should’ve left the first time I had to beg for my concerns to be addressed but I’ve now learned my lesson in the most disrespectful way. If you care about your kids well being I highly suggest going with other options and if you do decide this is the place for you personally speaking from my experience unless you want to be yelled at and put down for simply advocating for your child’s health stay away from dr poh .Showed no compassion or understanding for my daughters situation. Would go into detail but then I’d be writing this forever. She’s was completely unprofessional. Never should a doctor act the way she did towards me and definitely not in front of my child. Wish I could find corporates number but for now this will have to do complaint wise.

Doctors are great. Staff, not always so polite and respectful. Specially when the insurance drops the provider you kids have seen their entire life and they are rude and not explaining the problem to you about not being able to schedule an appointment when your child is in need of medical attention.

My daughter sees Vanessa at the childrens doctor she does great with her. My daughter has been having some problems an she is always listens to our concerns an is very detailed thank you so much for your help! Also my son sees Pam for his care an she is always good with caleb an addresses all of our concerns she is always pleasant, calm and gentle when caleb has appointments with her! Thank you both for everything you do!

I Called My [THREE] son's 'Primary Care Pediatrician', Whose PCP [Practice's] NAME in Hagertsown,MD Is "THE CHILDREN'S DOCTOR" Due to some ONGOING PAIN that my 6 year old was having. So I Took My #SecondBornSon (Name:Ezekiel,Age:6) to an ⚠️URGENT VISIT⚠️ to MY KIDS' *PRIMARY CARE PEDIATRICIAN* *After setting UP The Appointment for THE SAME DAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD,22. THE KIND 'Lady Doctor' ( PLS use my date & appointment time to get the docs name & Her SWEET 'Student ( LADY) Doctor' WHOM was SHADOWING THE PEDIATRICIAN; STUDENT DOCTOR'S LEARNING "HANDS ON" While A Pediatrician Did Her ROUNDS...I love it! 5 stars BCUZ BOTH were VERY UNDERSTANDING, helpful, considerate, and kind! As Well as "Hope" the receptionist.

I love them! We can always get appointments when needed. I highly recommend.

I have been taking my kids here for 14 years and have had great experiences. All of the doctors have always taken the time to listen to any concerns that I have and appropriately address them. Dr. Van is the doctor my kids go to primarily and she has always been fabulous with them. She is very knowledgeable and really knows how to talk to and interact with kids. The staff is great with the kids. I really like that they have evening and weekend appointments because don't always get sick Mon-Fri 9-5 and we've had to go in the evenings and Saturdays before. I've also called after hours before and they've always been very patient and never seemed like I was bothering them when calling in the middle of the night over a concern I was having. I would recommend this office to anyone with kids.

My kids have been coming here since they were born and we absolutely love them. The doctors are great and the nurses are super nice. We usually get seen in the Keedysville Office and see Dr. Pam and Dr. Van. They’re both great and my kids love them.

They have been my childrens pediatrican for their entire lives! Been to another office but it was not the same and I came back! They have the most amazing Dr's, Nurses and staff! Highly recommended!

Im a first time momma and I have been super nervous since I left the hospital, worrying if im doing everything right for my baby girl, and our first appointment today calmed my nerves greatly! Dr. Van is very sweet and thorough, and gives you actual facts instead of biased opinions. ( I felt bad because i could no longer breastfeed without using a pump and formula to supplement in between because of pain and scabbing) but she let know that I was doing the right thing for my baby. She is very knowledgeable and patient, this Dr. Knows what she is doing and is experienced! Her staff was very kind and efficient, and also very knowledgeable, you can tell that they love their job and that makes for a very welcoming and safe environment. I highly recommend! 💖💖💖💖💖

My son was banned from the office due to being argumentative , cursing and aggressive. My son is diagnosed with ddmd which is a mood disorder and he also has adhd. He was being seen for a possible ingrown toenail and when the doctor began touching the toe my son became agitated. My son did not pose any direct harm towards himself or the doctor and no authorities were contacted. Pretty much the doctor didn't want to deal with my sons disposition and refused any further care.

We are seeing Children Dr hospital for long time. They have great staff and especially Dr. Masood is one of the best Dr I ever meet.

Been going there for many years. I'm finally too grown and have to switch to a different place for 21+ aged patients. Gonna miss it.
