It was my first visit as I didn't know there was one in Gambrills MD and the service was ok. There are a lot of options to choose from. Easy parking in the massive lot. The bubble tea was delicious and I could return in the future. I used the app to place an online order which is around 20 minutes to pick up. I was here on a #TMobileTuesdays promotion.

Everytime we get a bubble tea here it’s only 75%. Come on kung fu tea😀 we paid full price, please train the staff to take out the foam. All of our orders are like this…. I have to say that I love my Hot coffee and yes I like my hot cappuccino. But, today it was my first time in this place and I wasn’t clear in my order and instead of a regular cappuccino came an ice cappuccino, and I just accepted my mistake. I decided to try why not? And guess what? I was not disappointed at all. Taste very good, very refreshing! I certainly will be back, it was a short wait, easy parking, welcome service and nice location in the Village at Waugh Chapel.

This place has amazing customer service and the boba is great as well ! So welcoming and friendly and the store has a nice vibe too ! Trang is amazing and always gets my order to the T <3

They serve sugar type drinks - folks here seem to like that! Good service and minimal wait once ordered.

I wanted to grab a quick cup of joe, before going to Titan’s next door. I got the hot Mocha coffee. It was pretty good. All the Tea options are a fad, though, I think. Excessive and pretentious. A little too hip for my taste... attracting the teeny boppers. Also, I think the name is a little cheesy.

I love it I tend to get the same thing every time I go back. I do have one slight issue I get it everything is made fresh which is a good thing but sometimes there's a line going out the door so waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes for a smoothie a shake and icy it's just not me we're on a good day they get people in they get people out that's why I give it 4 out of 5

I have heard a lot about Kung fu tea but never been to one because the closest one was in college park. I'm glad this one is now open! Now I know what the hype is. The bubbles are AMAZING! They're soft, chewy, and so flavorful itself! I got a red bean slush with bubbles, regular sweetness with no ice(since it's a slush already). It is delicious!! Will come back over and over again!!! Visit 2: I got a wintermelon milk tea. It was okay, I wished I put ice in it. There's a bitter taste to it but it was okay. Visit 3: I got a Caribbean Breeze slush. I thought it would be more slushy. :( it was watery- the lady said it was like that because of the fruits. Visit #idk, we go here a lot: I'll just preface it that I'm not a fussy customer. I had a weird request, hot cappuccino with bubbles, they gave me a funny look because I guess they haven't had anybody ask that lol. I know some bubble places do it so I asked. I also asked the drink to be put in a bigger cup, same small drink size but since it has bubbles, I wanted to have a bigger cup. They were so good and gracious. I gave them 20%, they deserve it so so so much! Always, with us management, give them 5 stars!!

Taro milk tea was not good, did not taste like taro at all. The bubbles were hard.

Best tea spot around. Their Oolong, boba tea is a go to favorite. Hot with a milk cap is so yummy. Go get some!.

My daughter and I went to buy bubble tea today and she really had to use the restroom while we were waiting for our drinks. She has a bad problem holding her bladder so I asked the lady if my daughter is able to use the restroom because my daughter said that she had to go really bad and the lady told us no we couldn’t use the restroom and that there is a restroom at Safeway. I come here almost everyday with my daughter after work I can say that I come here about 5 days a week but today’s experience I would never return. I came here to buy drinks spending my money here and was told my daughter isn’t able to use the restroom and I was told I have to walk to Safeway for her to use the restroom while Im pregnant with very bad foot pain. There was one time I was there with my daughter as well and I needed to use the restroom i asked a guy there if I was able to use it and he was very kind to say yes probably knowing that I am pregnant and it would be a walk to Safeway but after today as much as I loved coming here today will be my last.

The young man working behind the counter was so nice, he recommended a variety of drinks. I went with the Kung-fu tea with tapioca pearls. It was so good I didnt have time to take a picture it was so delicious. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant.

The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is consistency with how well my selection is made. 95% of the time it's perfect, but we recently had some poorly made drinks that were watery. Perhaps they had some new staff members on that shift. However, their boba is always freshly made ! They have more than enough selections to choose from and this location is pretty popular. We don't have one near us so we drive about 20 mins to come here once a week.

My favorite place to come for a quick “pick me up”. It’s usually the mango green tea with mango jelly. The service here is usually pretty quick (unlike Starbucks), the line is usually more manageable, and the app makes preordering really easy. The app also makes it easy to collect rewards and offers that are easily redeemed for free/discount drinks.

I am from out of town and my son ansisted we go here the other day, I was hesitant due to having an incident with boba before. I said what the heck and ordered the original wow, I do appreciate that it is made with lactaid as dairy does not usually agree with my tummy. Although I usually prefer almond or coconut milk this was still very delicious! My associations with boba have changed for sure! The pearls had a nicer flavor and softer, chewier texture than at other places I have had. My son got the boosted strawberry lemonade and he really enjoyed it! HAve not had boba in nearly two years since the incident, but this is the best I've had!!

Love this shop, staffs are always nice and friendly, never had a rude interaction with them for years that I have visited. Seeing some bad reviews on the services is quite surprising, but makes me wonder how they approached the employees. Customers are not always right, hope more and more people understand that. The inside of the store isn’t fully open from Covid, as many other businesses are in the similar too. But i’m sure that they are preparing for it. The drinks are always freshly made and good, never had a bad drink from here before. The employees are trained well. Love this location more than the others!
