The hotel/lodge is not at all good Room - small with no chairs table, fridge ,proper almirahs Hotel/lodge vibes - not good , Food - not available , had to order from some other hotel Service - not good at all Location - people only book because its near to IIMK but not worthy.

Room service is very bad,the room is very untidy and unhygienic surroundings.The AC didn't work properly.We took a deluexe room with two beds and the linen was very old no toiletries.The only good thing is whenever you checkin you could checkout after 24hrs which is the only thing no one else offers and also the location of the place is very close to IIM Kozhikode.

Nice budget place, good for families. Parking is bit tight when there are more than 3-4 vehicles.

The behaviour of staff towards customers is not good. The staff don't convey the details regarding stay to each other and create unnecessary confusions causing delay in getting rooms and stay extension. Even after vacating , they call you asking to vacate. There is clearly a lack of communication between the staff.

It's the best room I've stayed in, clean and comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, I like it a lot. As it is close to the town, there are food and other facilities.

Terrible Stay. Extreme small rooms, AC never works, No hot water, insects inside, no room service or cleaning, also they won't refund your money if you check out early. Complete fraud.
