Worst hotel, 200 meter above on hill. No parking. Geyser not working, no food. No helper to pick the luggage. No light in the washroom, have to climb the stairs to reach the hotel. Worst experience.

Very bad experience, they provide only room with no service and take huge commissions in taxis extra. No Wi Fi, no bathroom kit etc. Never book this hotel. Last day they charge 7000rs for a luxury car to Chandigarh but send Maruti Suzuki Ertiga car. And when I ask driver he told that he charge to hotel owner only 3400Rs. Means 3600 commission, take more than car owner.

It is ridiculous hotel with no facilities, staff is only trying to over charge you, no cleanliness at all, rooms are completely different what they have shown in pictures. 2 stars for location because Mall road is in 10 mins walking distance but if you have luggage it hard to reach to the hotel.

Worst worst hotel in Shimla dirty rooms with rats, they don’t know the meaning of cleaning, kute k mare smell wale blankets, no service only looottttt , they don’t deserve any rating zero is best for unique dirty hotel. Kani Bhool k bhi mat Ana

This guest house does not accept bookings from OYO. Forces to cancel from OYO and charges too much for this low grade construction and amenities. There is not a single service they provide. This location is also too difficult to find in that unidentifiable place. Rooms are also too dirty and smell badly.

Don't book this hotel, rooms are not clean. They ask for more Rupees when you visit there. Pics on internet is too old. Small & dirty. I cancelled my booking after visiting the hotel. I have to leave my booking amount too
