Excellent experience! This was with no doubt my top favorite restaurant in Manaus. Also located in a very safe and nice area, it’s a great spot for a romantic dinner date. Hubby and I came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and it was pretty chill and not many people. Food was absolutely amazing. For starters, we had pastel de carne seca com queijo coalho and it was honestly the best pastel I have ever had!! Tried the mojito which was prepared with sparkling water versus sprite and it was so smooth and delicious! In addition, had the guardião drink, which was made with cupuaçu. It was the yummiest and strongest drink ever. So good! For entrees, we had the tomahawk Wagyu and it was perfectly cooked. Also tried the codfish with vegetables, and it was so flaky and scrumptious!!! We finished our meal with the mil folhas de banana with cupuaçu and leite ninho, which was a flaky, layered pastry. The dessert was the only part of the whole thing I didn’t absolutely love. The service was also very good, once we learned that here you need to summon the server and they don’t just come by. A simple wave or eye contact is enough for them to acknowledge you. Very expensive meal, but totally worth it!

We live in the U. S. We come here once a year for 3 weeks to visit my wife’s family. My wife and I and close friends always go out to eat every weekend. Not only is BAROLLO our choice every weekend. But, it is our favorite restaurant in the world! We travel a lot and eat at 5 star restaurants everywhere in The Americas, Europe, Caribbean, UAE, etc. The combination at BAROLLO of excellent food, impeccable service, amazing atmosphere and beautiful People create the best restaurant experience in our opinion in the world!
