Good structure, good price, good location. Spent two good nights there. They have very friendly service. If you are working the industrial park zone, it is a good place to stay. I would go back

First hotel in Manaus I’ve encountered where every receptionist speaks fluent English. Meals are delicious and they have a great variety of food. Our room was very comfortable. Air conditioner, shower, TV, and mini fridge all worked great. TV is quite large (probably 55in) and is a smart TV so it has apps like Netflix and Amazon. No regrets staying here.

Just spent quite a while here recently consistently pleasant staff and friendly service a credit to the Accor Hotels group.

Depends on your definition of luxury. The towels feel like sand paper. No kleenex or basic essentials in room. 1 bar of soap and 2 small towels for 4 people. Full size bed and cot. Its not a twin. Staff basic took 3 calls for big towels. Room service beef and chicken yuck. Breakfast basic but options. Yes the lobby is nice. Would not! Stay here again and I do not understand the 4.6 review for what ???

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and cozy. I love the fact that the floor inside the room is made out of wood. There is a decent-sized fridge in the room which even allows you to put your stuff inside including ice cream because it's a fridge-freezer combination. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very, very friendly. The room service also has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. All in all in a great hotel. Big contra: The wifi is soo slow...

Staff was amazing and the food, great. Also enjoyed some areas (gym and pool) but overall the building is old and the rooms could use a renovation :)

Everything was amazing except the location. But there is always a taxi to take you somewhere. The food here Is amazing, especially the breakfast!
