This hotel would not deserve 4 stars under any possible situation. The Mercure hotel is undeniably better for a similar price. The air conditioning barely works. In the Amazon forest. You can’t call from the phones in the bedrooms. Wi-fi is super slow, the swimming pool has some plastic cover and does not have a functioning filtering system. The bed covers do not go under the mattress, often exposing it Besides being super run-down, it is plain dirty. The staff is very cordial and breakfast is nice.

Great hotel with amazing service. The friendly atmosphere and staff here really makes the difference for this hotel. It is in a good location and the restaurant's dinner is surprisingly good and healthy. I am counting down the days until my next trip here.

No towels in room. Went to front desk, was told "we will give you one bath towel and two hand towels". WTH?! There are 2 of us. "Sorry.." No shower mat. Used one of our 2 hand towels. King bed made up with flat queen sheets which just reached from side to side not hanging over. Sane for the one thin nlanket. Naturally, they were all pulled out and wrapped around us in the morning. No body wash, just shampoo/conditioner combo in dispenser. Shower grout filled with black mold. Terrible place

Manaus isn't blessed with hotels. It's fine and does a job.

Very meh - breakfast was good but that was it really! No way the 4.6 stars with 5000+ ratings is real lol

One of the worst hotels I've been to in Brazil... The check in took over 30 minutes (for 6 couples), nothing was prepared for our arrival. There was a leak in bathroom during our stay, light over bed were broken, room service wasn't done even though it was requested. Also worth to mention that safe wasn't working neither. Swimming pool on the roof was disgusting, full of cloudy unclean water, no chlorine inside, and with sham swimming on surface. During complaining at reception, the bloke wasn't able to understand nor speak English properly, and thru tried to change extra money for drinks which were never taken from the fridge. Totally unpleasant stay, avoid if possible (unless you got no choice).

I had a great stay at Intercity hotel. The room is big and the bed is just fine. Also the friendly staff helped me when I needed them. David and James are two helpfull and friendly people. Love to get back here next time.

The breakfast everyday is the same, but the selection is wide and tasty. The rooms are clean, the minibar is full with drinks and foods. In general I am satisfied. Here you can book to Amasonas tour in reasonable price.

Overpriced old hotel. Refurbishment needed. We had to pay an extra fee after picking up some girls

Great hotel for the price. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. Pool area needs some work as things are breaking and old, but still a great view of the city. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel is very nice! Rooms are confortable and breakfast has a great variety of food, including some local options. The swimming pool is also great! It's near the city centre, but there is nothing close enough to go on foot. We had some serious trouble with the wifi connection, that wouldn't work for 3 days, but we could use it in the last day of the trip. Shower could be better.

Who ever reads these reviews, definitely doesn’t understand them and uses google translate to replay. I stayed there few months ago and had a terrible stay. Instead of apologizing and saying we will work on it and make it better for future customers, al they said is - we will see you again. You most definitely 100% WILL NOT going to see me ever again. Try to read this comment and understand it before you replay to it. Thank you.

How can they expect international tourists to have a good stay when not a single person in the entire hotel speaks a word of English? The breakfast was elaborate and good, the rooftop pool and gym are very good, the rooms are outdated with old floors, tiny beds and cheap bedding. Improvements needed!

As the name suggests, this is not a destination hotel but perhaps one for a quick stop. But before you book please know the following. I visited with my wife and her parents, we both had to request upgraded rooms, our room had bed bugs and theirs had mould. The staff were great when you dealt with one who and the right training. The desk at reception for tours was very good, Professional and definitely worth dealing with. Breakfast was very good. With the upgraded room you get included capsules for the coffee machine, but you had to pay minibar price for the water.. really! Pool is great and a good selection of beers. It’s advertised as 4 star but it just is not, 3 is fair, but I give a 2 star rating because of the bed bugs and their dealing with the situation. If you must book, save the trouble and book the upgrade from the start.

Feels a bit dated. Very stale air in the rooms which generally could be cleaner. Rooftop pool is nice but without bar service. Location is ok, but you'll need a taxi/uber to get to the center

Worst and most expensive Intercity I've been at. Mouldy rooms with mould growing on picture frames, black mould in the bathroom, missing hair drayer, the hallway to our room had holes in it made by mould. When I asked for a cleaner room was given the excuse that ´it is rainning season´. Would NOT recommend.
