Nice place, clean. Good view. Highly recommended. 1. Breakfast buffet was good. 2. Receptionist was nice. 3. The only minor thing I noticed was that the type C electrical outlet next to bed was hard to access. (See photo)Minor problem. 4. Shopping mall with food court right next to hotel. 5. I've never seen this before, but inside the door there was a switch which turned on lights to indicate if you needed room service, Pretty cool.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was helpful and great. The rooms are modern and up to date. The hotel is attached to the millennium shopping mall which you can access via the hotel car park or just a short walk around the hotel. If you're visiting Manaus I recommend this hotel. There is a taxi rank right outside so you can easily get into the city centre and there are always taxis there.

Terrible night, so much noise from the highway. Only good point : beautiful view on the city, with a great sunset.

Room was a comfortable size. Did not have USA type plugs in most sockets. Cleaning service was good. Plenty of light coming through good windows. Breakfast is good. Everyone rather friendly and helpful. Fridge has items to purchase which I like but room to put my own stuff.

We did not stay at the hotel. However, we were going on an excursion with a van that picks up at different locations, because our pick up time was so early we were allowed to purchase coffee here. When we went to pay the waiter a young man stated three prices and kept increasing first 14, then when he was handed money said 35 and the. Under the premise that he didn’t realize there was two of us 70. He did not provide a receipt or fill out the slip they fill out. The price settled on 50 realis he clearly pocketed the entire amount. Thought management should know about their DIShonest workers.

A pleasant hotel with good food although food service can be rather slow (sometimes upwards of an hour) if there with a group. That said the food is individually prepared and always good and breakfast buffet is excellent.

Despite being dated, this is a well-located hotel with a nice gym and pool. Unfortunately the wi-fi is spotty and makes it unsuitable for business travelers.

It's great here.Five stars as the price is right. Good check in staff.....great breakfast, longer stays of more than three days it will get boring.Rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds, which is high priority and in general everything is kept very clean.All rooms have balconies which in itself is fabulous. Fantastic city views and a rooftop pool! Perfecto!

Love this hotel! Super clean, comfy beds, great AC. My room even had a microwave. It’s also right next to a huge mall with food, pharmacies, stores, and clinics. My sister was sick and I was able to easily get her medicine and food without taking a taxi. Neighborhood feels very safe. I’ve also booked them for when I return from the Amazon. Huge thanks to all the staff - they were incredibly helpful and kind to us. Breakfast and room service were also great! Highly recommend.

Mediocre. In the room we got there was no safe, so they brought it, but then it was not attached to anything. There was a problem with a toilet, they tried to fix it, didn't help, become a complete mess, so we got another room. In another room: there was no chair, no safe, no small towel, the tap was leaking, no hair dryer. Breakfast, however was good. Had also dinners there, relatively good. There is a small fitness and a small pool, but with beautiful view.

Not bad for a local hotel brand, very basic, at least rooms are clean. They were kind enough to let us use the pool shower as we had a late flight to catch.

Great location and awesome staff. Very good breakfast and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
