This
hotel
is
very
beautiful
and
has
a
very
nice
chic
decoration.
Also
the
room
is
super
comfortable
and
brings
great
amenities
from
Natura.
Bed
sheets
and
towels
are
also
smooth,
despite
the
fact
it
had
some
stains
on
it.
They
offer
two
water
bottles
per
day
which
is
nice,
given
the
heat
in
Manaus.
For
the
steep
price
charged,
compared
to
the
other
options
in
Manaus,
just
a
beautiful
place
should
not
be
enough.
Unfortunately,
this
hotel
lacks
in
the
small
details
-
here
are
some
examples:
-
during
breakfast
they
have
a
menu
where
you
can
order
different
dishes.
In
the
first
day,
nobody
explained
to
us
neither
asked
if
we
wanted
something.
Also,
there
was
no
menu
in
our
tables.
In
the
second
day,
we
were
offered
to
order
once
we
had
finished
our
breakfast,
about
20
minutes
after
we
sat
down;
-
staff
is
friendly
and
but
not
as
nice
in
all
the
other
places
we
have
seen
in
the
Amazon:
one
day
we
came
in
and
there
were
3
people
chatting
at
the
reception,
they
even
did
look
at
us
or
asked
if
we
needed
something;
-
During
NYE
dinner,
people
were
in
a
rush
and
parts
of
the
staff
(including
cooks)
left
while
we
were
still
eating.
I
totally
understand
they
want
to
go
home
and
spend
NYE
with
their
families
but
we
paid
expensive
for
the
dinner
and
it’s
not
nice
to
feel
rushed
-
they
should
have
left
through
a
different
way,
more
discrete;
It
seems
like
there’s
a
lack
of
management
in
the
hotel
-
people
have
good
intentions
there
but
lacks
something
special
to
give
a
status
of
“boutique
hotel”
-
those
Kind
of
hotels
are
meant
to
bring
remarkable
experiences
focused
on
small
details
-
I’ve
been
to
countless
hotel
boutiques
around
the
world
but
unfortunately
this
is
the
one
I
would
not
come
back
-
the
cost
benefit
is
not
enough.
